The community is peaceful, and the staff has been welcoming and helpful, which made my transition to this new environment much easier. The apartment and facilities are clean and well-maintained, and I feel safe and comfortable here. As a new resident, I appreciate how organized everything is and how quickly the staff responds to any questions or needs. I’m still getting used to the area, but I’m happy to call this place home. Bad smells of urine and dog droppings everywhere. Lack of cleanliness. Insecurity The treatment before and after the rental contract is concluded differs. They do not keep their promises.

The process of getting the apartment was great and easy. The service provided was good just wished to see the apartments before the moving date. Over all there Apartment was good just needed a better cleaning since there a few dead small cockroaches.

Very nice and comfy apartments I would just stop the valet trash, there are ppl that are nasty and leaves their trash outside their door for days letting it leak and it smells like garbage when you walk up or down the stairs

The steps are dirty simple solution every day after most people leave for work get a leaf blower and start from the 3 floor and blow all the way down

It's cool. The management always seeks to keep the surroundings of the buildings clean. Repairs are done urgently with the maintenance crew. I have been living in this apartment for the past six years. With all the natural disasters, there is always no major damage to the property. There is always no flooding on the property.

If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would. Zero stars wouldn't suffice. At the start of my lease in June of 2023, I had an amazing experience. This was my first apartment. Every month, something would deter that experience. Since the old staff was replaced, my experience plummeted. Management is careless, unresponsive and lack empathy. Recently, I had to vacate my apartment due to presence of mold throughout my apartment, which in turn damaged my personal items and affected my health on a day to day basis. I was told by Laurie, the property manager, to move out because they refused to accommodate me while "trying" to rectify the issue, refused to do a mold testing and have not responded to me since. I have been showing my face in the office DAILY prior to me vacating only to be ignored, turned away, or given a run around by Tina and Laurie. Emails go unnoticed, phone calls do not help, nothing is in writing, and they make it seem as if there is seemingly nothing I can do to help myself further besides moving into another unit at a charge of $750. For an issue that wasnt my doing??? I feel that is totally irresponsible, unfair and inhumane. I did vacate my apartment because my health only worsened by the day, and Laurie acted as if she was doing me a favor by "letting" me do so. Not following the lease agreements, and trying to doctor it to protect themselves and not given me anything in writing or any responses since June 12th. I moved on June 3, 2024. It's a shame, very disheartening and plain disgusting. Besides the mold, the constant flea infestation is ridiculous. There are stray cats everywhere. If you have a fur baby, please beware! Pest control doesn't help, and don't get me started on the roaches. They come big and small no matter how clean your space is. Maintenance is wonderful, I have no complaints. During the ordeal with the mold, they sent Manny, who is not a specialist.. The most he could do was clean it, but even that was unhelpful because it does not solve the problem. Overall, I'd say only move into this place if you are desperate enough. For this to have been my first apartment and to be treated, disregarded and cheated the way I was, I wouldn't wish on anyone. I could go on for days, but hopefully this review helps anyone considering moving into this hellhole and I can FINALLY get a response since emails don't help.

Overall it’s been good. I do wish the front office team was nicer. It seems they get new people thrown in with little to no training before they start taking calls. The washer/dryers are very outdated & so is the dishwasher. The community itself is okay, lots of Loud music all the time unfortunately. Also Gatewise is inconvenient because at any point your phone could die, and they don’t give out a manual code to type in.

Horrible. Not happy move in. & office does not respond to emails or calls. Only 1 pool open by the leasing office. Other pool is closed & dirty which should be clean & open as the apartment complex is huge & 1 pool is not enough - it does get full.

Please be very careful, living here in these apartments is a bad decision. Please listen. Management has a business with Houston TOW AWAY. because cars can only be registered during office hours. NO online They take your towing car..this happens every day it's not fair. stay away from these apartments please.Neither your family nor friends can park, because they take the cars if the office is closed.. why??? just because they have a business.

This place is horrible! My neighbor's dog always has a bunch of poop and trash EVERYWHERE in the hallways. Imagine walking outside and you immediately step on poop right outside of your door. Dog poop everywhere!! I told the office several times and they either don't answer their phones or do nothing about it. This place is disgustinggggg. I wish i can post the pictures I have on here because you would be amazed. Do not move here. Horrible service, the gym is small, the gates are always broken. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team, hats off to you guys.

My truck got stolen in front of my apartment parking lot today. Made a police report and office management couldn’t show me the video because they need the manager. Don’t believe that is true. They never answer the phone. I’m Scared to live here. They don’t have security either. Rent went up so high and everything is outdated. Full of cockroaches. Please don’t come here.
If I can give this apartment a zero I would. Water is shut off at least once a month with no explanation and all you get is a sorry for the inconvenience. This apartment is terrible, I currently live in Phase 2 and I promise you do not move here

When I first moved into these apts I had roaches extremely bad, I had a 3 month old baby and had to keep all of her bottles and formula wrapped up right so that roaches would not get into it, the apts didn’t care, I had to call pest control myself to try and fix the problem as well as get pest spray from Home Depot across the street, my car and my apt was broken into and the apts did not care nor did they try to fix the situation, move me u it’s or let me out of my lease, they never even fixed my door when it was broken into, I had to sleep with a coffee table up to the door until the day that I moved. Please if you care about your well being or your children, do not live here!
Staff is unreliable and there is a huge lack of communication that will cause you an inconvenience and they will do the minimum just to get you to shut up! It’s a rip off and major disappointment. Go look elsewhere, I wish I had!

I am please with property. It's kept clean and free of trash even on weekends. The office management & staff member are awesome, I appreciate all they do you make my stay here safe and comfortable. I would recommend if you're apartment shopping this is a great choice stop by take a look...I am a active & happy resident.??

I’m moving in and when I tell you Lanisha has been supremely helpful!! She’s been patient and understanding and a huge help. I love the property. It’s well kept and the renovations are going to be incredible. It’s a great place for a great price. I’m excited about my new home!!
The biggest issue with this complex is their policy on utilities. They offer no credible explanation for why the water & sewage bill is consistently over $120 per month!!! Let that sink in. One-hundred, twenty!!! That's insane! No other place charges remotely that much. No way the water should cost more than the electric. I have researched 70 places. It's a crime to pass on those outrageous charges directly to the residents. They water dead grass, sprinklers go off during thunder storms, broken sprinkler heads geiser water into the streets...! All the wasted water charges for the complex get passed on. It wasn't always this way. It was a 'regular' too high at $60 or so then inexplicably and without warning it skyrocketed. They didn't tell us it would be near this much when we renewed and they gave no option to get out of the lease. We never would have agreed to renew if we knew it was going to be this outrageous!

We have lived in this complex for over 14 years. We have seen it through its roughest of times and it definitely went through a rough spot. I have to say since Adrianna and her amazing team took over, we have seen so much and continue to see improvement. The staff is friendly, including the maintenance guys. When we have issues with anything in the apartment, they come right away to fix it. My neighbors are nice, even the ones that have moved away. I have remained friends with a few of them. A few of my neighbors residing in my building have lived here at least 8 years. If you're awesome and nice, then I would recommend living here. We would love more friendly and respectable neighbors.

Just moved in (on a Friday)and filled out the apartment survey for problems and issues I found and turned it in on Saturday, By Monday maintenance came out as promised, as did the exterminator (few ants). By Tuesday the carpet issue was worked on. By Wednesday the refrigerator issue was resolved. Throughout all of this there was good communication and follow-up on issues by all the management team to make sure things got done - which I have not seen anywhere else. From the managers to maintenance to exterminator everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. Their screening of tenants is also very good and every neighbor we have met has been really nice. The 1st Friday here I expected loud noise and music but it has been pleasant every night. I highly recommend these apartments!

This is one of the worst properties I have ever been to. First I called 5 times, and no one could ever set up an appointment. Then I asked for a manager who was never available. The staff was rude when I toured and acted like I was being a burden to see units. The area is scetchy too, and when I spoke to residents in the parking lot they all agreed there were too many problems and they were leaving. Do not rent here!

I have been a resident of Limestone apartments for one year. There are positives and negatives here, but I consider this a fair review. Let's start with the positives: good closet space, fireplace, garden tub, in - unit washer and dryer, fitness center is always clean and equipment is new. The bedrooms are a nice size and high ceilings are a plus. Neighbors are also friendly. Now for the negatives: the "updates" aren't really updates...the cabinets are peeling, hardwood floors are buckling, and the faucets (new hardware) are loose. My air conditioning went out 7 times in 3 months (June, July, and August). Management was slow to respond and didn't seem to care. The hallways and parking lots are littered with trash and the most frustrating of all roaches. My apartment has been sprayed a bunch of times but it seems pointless if the entire building is not sprayed. All in all it is a decent apartment, but for the money I expect more.
Customer service is bad an they have a pretty big bug problem
I moved here in May of 2015, although it may be pricey for a 1 bedroom apartment I enjoy the amenities that my money pays for. The property is clean, the pools are beautiful, the staff is helpful and the apartment is nice! The onlly downfa I've had so far is not getting my gate card and gym card right away. Besides that I'm enjoying my stay!
I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but as a prospective resident I'm completely turned off by the lack of consideration and blatant ignorance the leasing staff at Limestone operate with. Disrespect is an understatement and if this is a sign of what's to come as a tenant I don't expect to be satisfied at all. The manager is never available and the amount of misinformation is atrocious. The application fees don't reflect the level of service you actually receive and yes, you will be lied to and hung up on. Consider elsewhere. These amenities are not even updated, but they are charging a premium to live between Motel 6 and a Home Depot. Simply not worth the hassle.
I have lived at the Resort at Limestone apartments for 5 years and I just renewed my lease for another year. Management is extremely helpful, area is safe and provides 24 hour surveillance, complex is well groomed, and tenants are very friendly. It is pet friendly, and most of all, very close to fine dining, shopping mall, and various stores!
It's a beautiful complex, beautiful apartments, just beautiful. And the amenities are great. But, my goodness, the office staff. They are the worst. You can try to get a hold of them for hours, no one ever picks up the phone. They are so lazy. They only pick when there is a prospective renter and they don't want to discourage them. You've got to be lucky to get one of them on the phone and when you go to the office, they don't acknowledge that you're there for at least 10 minutes. They are VERY lazy. Otherwise, Limestone is a great place to live. It's near malls, restaurants, supermarkets and everything else.
This is by far the worse property I ever lived at. They just want people to move in. The actual apartments look nothing like the model. Management is rude and constantly changing. Nothing is done or if it is it is halfway done. There are also a lot of foundation issues
Nothing gets done on a timely manner. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They never call you back and they rarely answer their phone. Prices are good and upgrades are pretty but this application process is stressful and a headache.
Since I have lived here at Limestone I have gone through at least 4 sets of mangers. This set of mangers are the first that really seems to care and are mangers of their word. The Upgrades that are being done really has made a difference. We even have security when means they seem to care about our well being.
