Surrounded by farmland, open fields, and equestrian centers, Broadway Park embodies the pastoral environment Oklahoma is known for. Many houses in Broadway Park date back to the 1970s, adding to the neighborhood’s quaint charm, but there are rental options available in every style and budget here. There aren’t many businesses in the area but there are several shopping plazas and restaurants nearby. US Route 77 and the John Kilpatrick Turnpike allow for residents to easily travel into the heart of the city and other metro areas.

Property Ratings at The Links at Oklahoma City
I have lived at the Links for a while now, and I have hated the last half of the year living here. Some new residents have moved in during that time, and they have been consistently extremely loud almost everyday/night. I only get like 4 hours of sleep a night due to them blasting their music during quiet hours, which is 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. We have tried calling the front office about it multiple times during the times when they were loud (which was usually around 11 p.m.-2 a.m.), and they said that they can't do anything about it when it says in the lease that residents have the right to enjoy the comfort of their homes in peace and quiet. We have also tried talking with the residents to address the noise issue, and they said they would stop. In the end though, they did not care and still played their music at unreasonable hours. If you want a quiet and peaceful environment, then STAY AWAY FROM THE LINKS!!! YOU WILL NOT EVER GET GOOD QUALITY SLEEP!! THE STAFF AND THE RESIDENTS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU HERE!!!!
I have been at the Links for almost a year now, and I have enjoyed my time here so far. The only inconvenient thing I'd say about this place is that it's kinda far away from everything, but it's a nice and quiet area for a reasonable price.
I should have read the reviewd before i signed a year lease. These 2 months have been horrible. I will most likely break my lease. The apartments are dated and not well maintained. They have a wood frame so the floor creaks LOUDLY with every step the upstairs neighbors take. Ths plaster on the wall and ceiling is peeling. Half the appliances are new and the other half need to be replaced. New stove and microwave but the fridge and washer and dryer need to be updated. There are broken down cars in the parking lot. Maintenance came to my apartment for routine check and left my door unlocked when they left. The apartment was dirty when i moved in the only thing they replaced was the carpet. And theres so much more. The size of the apartment is great and the convenience to Broadway extension is the only good thing about this complex.
This place really is a joke when it comes to maintenance. ((See previous reviews)). They're not actual workers, they're just young guys in regular street clothes who come into your apartment and joke around like they're your friends. My A/C broke twice in the year and a half i lived here. Both times it took over 3 weeks to fix. Every time I called the front office they kept saying it'll just be a few more days. Or i was next on the list. Until another week would go by. They don't have actual A/C people on site, they contract out to another company so they really don't know when that company is going to come until they are there (that was told to me by the manager). Don't let them trick you into paying more for the golf course view, for more than half of the people facing the golf course, your apartment will be directly in the sun all day so your electric bill will be through the roof trying to keep it cool. When my A/C was broke it got up to 85 in my apartment during the day. My dryer would only dry a load of laundry if you ran it 3x. When I asked them they said to make sure and clean out the lent trap and try to dry smaller loads. The dishwasher would fill up with water in the bottom of it and never drain. All they said was to rinse my dishes better (which I tried running with no dishes in it so I know nothing was clogging it, they just didn't know how to fix it.) The walls are super thin. For the first half of my stay I had great quiet neighbors... then I got new neighbors who played music all the time and I could feel it shaking my floor, I could hear their conversations. It's not worth the money trust me!
I moved here July of 2015. I am currently a college student and had no idea of what regular utility bills should look like. My water bill was constantly $100 plus each month. I spoke with the water department and they told me that there must be a leak somewhere and to have the maintenance check it out. Once checked they found not 1 but 2 leaks. After 3 or 4 quarterly maintenance inspections I was upset to learn that they had fixed the problem before then. I asked the office for compensation due to maintenance not doing their job thoroughly and they told me that it was my fault and I would be responsible for them not thoroughly checking for leaks (this is one of the main things that they are to look for when conducting a quarterly inspection). The woman in the office was rude to me on the phone as well. Although the maintenance team comes out quick they leave the broken parts after resolving the problem for me to discard. My boyfriend's motorcycle was stolen on property and the office was unconcerned. I really like the apartment itself but am disappointed in the way that these situations have been handled. If it was not for the way these situations were handled I would have given this place a 5.
I lived here for a year, and since moving out am constantly finding that nobody is as good as they were. They had routine maintenance and salted the sidewalks and stairs when it snowed. The apartment was big and the price was fair. I'm thinking about coming back. I love love love this apartment!!
They are great place for kids, golf course is taken care of. Maintenance requests taken care of quickly. Friendly staff that will help you out w/ great turn around times.
These apartments are great! Anytime we have a maintence request they respond to it in less than 24 hours. The office personells are super helpful and friendly and also live on property, available day or night. The apartments are spacious for the price and you can't beat the location, right on the highway and only minutes from Edmond, and a short drive to the downtown area. Will definantly live here as long as we can. Highly recommended for couples and singles. The only compliant I would have is lack of covered parking which would be nice in severe weather. Lindsey management is the best around.
I have been living here for almost 3 years about to work on the forth possibly. They have been extremely great! I only had one problem when my heater went out in winter. I went to the office the next morning and by the time I got home from work my apartment was warm! They keep the complex looking nice and kept up. The golf course is amazing to live on and provides a great view. The price is even fair, they average with the normal day to day person that works steady hours. They have pet buildings and none pet buildings that make it better for everyone. If you don't want to be by a pet you don't have to, or if you want to be by the furry animals you are more than welcome. It has been a great experience here living at the Links.
These apartments are amazing. The rent is the best price wise of what I found anywhere else. It is in a great location, Oklahoma City and Edmond are within ten minutes from you and it is easy access to the Turnpike and I-77. There is a pool, a work out facility, and the whole community is well lit and very safe. I never feel like I have to worry about safety.
The prices are reasonable and the staff is AWESOME!! The problems you encounter are fixed immediately. They even have free golfing and a great walking path. Its located right outside of Edmond, and only 10-15 minutes from downtown. The only thing I dislike is it isn't a pet friendly community.
Right off the main roads. 7 minutes from necessities, clean place, 9 hole golf course, decent prices. Very cool neighbors.
This is a good apartment complex that has lots of great amenities. It is close to the college and reasonably priced. One of the best perks is it comes with all appliances including washer and dryer. The complex is on a 9 hole golf course that is free to all renters. The property is well maintained and a nice place to live.
Living at the links the past year has been by far the best apartment experience I have ever had. They are located right off 122nd and Broadway extension. They are now gated and I've always felt safe and confident in the area they are. This is about 15 minutes from UCO campus and 10 from Oklahoma Christian campus. The location is also 15 minutes from downtown OKC, Penn Square Mall, and Quail Springs Mall, these are all great areas to be around for college students. We usually take the turnpike to Quail or Broadway extension to Penn or Downtown OKC. There are 2 WalMart's and Target's within 10 minutes for everyday needs. The amenities are also such a plus to living at The Links, we have free access to the golf course, pool, tennis courts, and work out facilities. The value of the apartments is perfect and just what we were looking for and a great cost for two college students. We've been averaging about $60.00 a month during winter months for electricity and $90.00 for winter months. $21.00 a month for the water bill and that is average, then we also pay for high speed internet from Cox, $49.99 a month. We have a two bed two bath and find no issues when splitting the rent. They do have pet friendly buildings, but do require a deposit for this. They also have a waitlist that requires the $200 deposit in order to get on the list, it took us one month to hear from them but, it can take up to three. I would say it's the perfect apartment for college students or young professionals that work in the area.
Anyone that actually lives here know this is isn't true. Golf course is dirty, maintenance crew I've been trying to get my AC fixed for 2 months now. They come in feel its blowing and leave, its blowing warm air!! I don't recommend this complex, it really takes along time to get anything fixed right and not just band aided. I am moving as so as I can. Complex is very dirty. Built new building in front to hide the bad ones inside.
We have had a pretty good experience there for 2 years. They are usually pretty quick about responding to repairs. When you move out, they will probably try to keep your whole deposit, so make sure to argue it.
The Links in OKC are great! My wife and I live in a 2bed/1bath for $675 and we love it! It's just off the city limits of Edmond, as well as right by a highway, so you can be just about anywhere in 5-15 mins. The highway is just far enough away that you rarely hear it except in the stillest night when a siren goes by. The appliances and cabinets are slightly outdated, but that is easily overlooked (for us at least). The traffic can be dangerous though, as some of the other patrons will often drive nearly 40 mph around the complex. If the Links are too outdated for you, but the location works, the Greens (three-story buildings located at the front if the complex) is another great option. Slightly higher prices, but great apartments and owned by the same management company. Regardless of which you choose, you can't choose wrong.
I live in the Links Apartments in Oklahoma City and this place is amazing. From the moment you enter the complex you can tell it's nice. It's gated campus with the grass seemingly always trimmed to the perfect height. There are swimming pools, tennis courts, and a golf course all for our enjoyment. The campus is spacious and parking is easy to find. The neighbors are about as quite as possible. The staff is easy to get ahold of and quick to take care of your concerns. My central air has been acting up and they've been called back again and again trying everything possible to fix but have now decided to buy a whole new system. These guys are truly amazing. Haven't had a single complaint. This is the perfect place to rent an apartment from. It is the promised land.
