The tidal creeks and marshes once used as hideouts for treasure-hungry pirates (including Blackbeard himself) now make up the scenic landscape enjoyed by South Myrtle Beach residents. A few miles down South Carolina’s Highway 17 will transport you from the tourist-filled streets of Myrtle Beach to the coastal properties of Murrells Inlet. This quaint fishing village is known for show-stopping flavors that make it “The Seafood Capital of South Carolina.” Each day fishing and shrimping boats deliver boatloads of fresh seafood to be cooked up at local eateries soon after.

The hallways are a mess. The trash people drop stuff all around the elevators and in the elevators. Nothing has been done to clean the hallways for the last 5 months. The wind has also been blowing debris into the hallways as well.

The whole community is super friendly and welcoming. Leasing office staff are amazing from the first time we came to the complex for a tour to communicating through email for our application process to arriving here on our move in date. The complex is beautiful, apartments are cozy and affordable, it has a lot to offer such as ammeneties, on-site services, and so much more. Location is perfect, there’s so much to do in the area but you don’t get the noise from inside your apartment or walking around in the community.

Nice place. My apartment is quite and like the view I have. Do wish I had a deck. I have great neighbors. Alot of people don't pickup after their dogs though.

Great place to live, people are nice and mostly respectful. The dog waste stations are great! Just wished people used them. It's not the lively fault as it does get posted in the weekly info emails begging residents to pick up after their dogs. The grounds could use a playset for the kiddo's that would be a great addition. Not a fan of the gravel in the dog park. There is a young black cat running around building 115.

The pickup of garbage is one of the best features. The noise from the residents reving up their motorcycles either coming or going is totally uncalled for and very disrespectful especially late at night or early morning.

Love the different events that go on especially the pretzel and beer that was fun. The food trucks every month are fun also. The only bad part is the dog park really wish the grass was back.

Everything here has been pretty good! Just upset about paying for a dog park that is not usable for my dog. Beside that mostly everyone is pretty cool here

From the moment I came for the first tour till moving in it has been the best experience. Beautiful property with so many amenities. The leasing office staff was so incredibly nice and helpful in every way. Highly recommend!

It has been nothing short of amazing here from day 1. The office team has handled any concerns I've had quickly and have always been very responsive. The resident events are always so fun and well planned. They keep the community beautiful and the amenities well maintained. I'd choose the Lively as my home for years to come.

Everybody here is great. Management is wonderful. Love this place. The only thing I would suggest is to have assigned parking and guest parking.

It has been a good experience here at the Lively. The girls at the office are very nice and helpful. Again, I love the location because I’m only 10 minutes from work.

Everyone here is very friendly! It feels very safe here love the environment and the grounds ! Love the pool and gym area . Live the apartment the way it was designed I am finding that my things are fitting very nicely !
