The location is very convenient to our work, and the kids schools. The mall is down the street and there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. We are happy in our new home.

Convenient location, reasonable price, and the most important- it’s clean! The recent updates to the building make it even better. Staff is also very responsive!
Worst apt ..no fixed anything .no maintenance They dont care about customer
Don’t get fooled by the renovations on the outside. The building is infested with rats, you can hear them running all night through the walls. They won’t do anything about it, but set traps outside of the building. Not worth the amount of money they charge at all. The parking is also a problem, always gets full at night leaving you to park on the side street if you work late.
Gema and the property manager are totally awesome! They went above and beyond my expectations. They helped me with everything that I needed help with. They made this move such a easy and smooth process! The renovation to the property it so nice! Keep up the great work ladies!

Hello, I lived here for about 4 months already an I have had 5 proboems already an now im having bed bug problems that I habe never had before they are all up in the wall. I habe let the office know an the matience people but nothing has been done yet I habe a 2 year old an 1 year we keep getting bit up by them an they habent done nothing to stop them yet. At least you think you habe more then 5 problems an a problem like this that they will either lower your rent 30 00 dollars or put you in a new apartment for the same price but no all they care about is money money money instead of really solving the issue. Dont stay here.

My wife and I have lived here for almost 8 years. They address problems as they occur and are reported. Denise and Emma are very attentive and helpful. The grounds are well maintained and my neighbors are nice. We love the location.

Lived in this apt almost 3 years, one week after I first moved the whole apt flooded thankfully they took care of it, unfortunately they are under new management and the new manager it’s a disgraced very disrespectful, not professional at all. Not a pet friendly place guys BE CAREFULL!! my 10 years old dog got killed by a car due to their negligence, the never responded to my complaint , never an apology, the lack of compassion because of the loss of my dog is unbelievable. The place have rats lots of other tenants complaining and I have pictures and video it. All of the sudden because I posted on social media they decided to text that they want to talk to me. REALLY what happened when I went couple of times to the office and manager all she did was asking me to leave their premises . Unbelievable what kind of horrible people.
Rats running between the walls in the middle of the night! I pay too much to deal with the poor maintenance here. Forget about getting anything fixed properly. They do a quick cheap fix and before you know it the issue is back (i.e. black mold). Disgusting! I can’t wait to move out of this dump. Plus the old property manager was the nicest and most helpful...not so AT ALL with the new property manager.

Go see the appointment for yourself... they don’t look like the pictures on line. The rent is to high , they don’t keep up the property. The property needs a facelift BAD. The apparments smell like mildew . ALl lies.
This place is Trouble . I am a resident here and they just Towed my car in the parking lot just for not showing the parking permit .And I have lived around USA i never had so much trouble anywhere i lived . Every month trouble . And apartment is very old . Not a good place for Professionals. Stay away
I have lived here for almost a year now (since July 2015) and at first, I loved it. I live on a third floor overlooking the pool and while my two bedroom apartment wasn't an ungraded one, it did me just fine. However, I did have to call to get various maintenance issues fix and it does look like they just put a quick fix on everything to keep their costs down. Free internet included in rent is great but the signal drops off and it can be slow loading stuff with connection issues. My big problem with staying here was about 5 months after I moved in I noticed more noisy people moved into the complex. My neighbor downstairs even got inappropiately harassed for cigarettes and could tell someone was selling drugs in a first floor apartment. I mainly dealt with noise complaints I had to constantly call into the office. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am but no one seems to respect them. People talk loudly outside their apartment, play music, play in the pool, etc. One such complaint was tenants jumping in the pool at 5am! I could hear everything as I'm a light sleeper and my bed faces the window. So many nights I spent losing sleep because of this! I wouldn't recommend this place if you want somewhere quiet but if you don't mind the nightly noise then it would be okay. I felt safe here most of the time and they do have great amenities but I would not live here again.

However, management is devoted to resolving all issues in order to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living experience at Castille Severn.
Glad you asked! When it comes to having all bases covered, this place is about 80% ideal. Location is great! Banks, grocery stores, mall, spas, hospital, dentist, the list goes on! It's even on a parade route so great for you Mardi Gras lovers! (Could be a negative as well ??) The property includes a pool, bbq pits, laundry room and a gym. I'm not going to lie to you. It's not state of the art, however, it is kept up well. I've used all except the pits if that says anything. Maintenance is 24/7 even weekend and holidays but they are pretty efficient so you usually only have to call for emergency or random things like changing a light bulb. For all you tech lovers, you're going to love this! Wifi is INCLUDED in your rent! Can't beat that with a stick! I'll admit there are days that are a little shaky, but they are few and far between. Parking is rarely an issue. There's usually a spot it just maybe on the other side of the building. Hey we could all use a good walk every now and then! Office staff are nice and do what they can from application to your stay to make sure things run smoothly. All this without breaking the bank! ??
