I'm a current resident for almost a year now and I am still very happy with my apartment. Most recently I called in a service request for my washer, and the request was completed in record time! The two maintenance crew members, Renaldo and Jose were both efficient and friendly. They understood the problem and went straight to work to get my machine back in business!

We were set to move into our apartment having only toured the model, we wanted to see our apartment before we signed the lease so on move in day we were handed the keys and looked by ourselves at the place, dead roach on the ground multiple roaches in the dish washer. Very beautiful location unfortunately after asking many residents walking by while I walked around the complex, most if not all had complaints and warnings for us.

06.26.2023 Last month at least four cars were broken into here, one of which happens to be my neighbor. I called the office as the police officer was downstairs taking the report from my neighbor and I asked what were they going to do about the issue. The team member said that she was just finding out about the issue but I was assured that they would put the word out about it..... crickets. 5 wks later and still nothing from management to the residents about the incidents with the break ins. Now I have periodically seen police patrol thru over night and every now and then a security truck drives through. I find it shady that nothing is said to us about this, smh but if the office or an amenity is closing early for this weekend or any other small mentionable happens (food truck) and the emails won't stop coming. A break in happened and nothing. Renter beware... By the way Mr V. and Josh in maint. are the best. KUTGW

Avoid, there are other options. The property management company(PAC) is out to nickle and dime you. Especially when you move out. Here's a handy list of problems: - Thin walls (can hear EVERYTHING) - Faulty appliances - low water pressure - lots of mandatory fees beyond base rent - when you move out, expect to be gouged with fees - lawn maintenance scratches people's cars on accident a lot while blowing dirt and grass through the parking lot. Bottom line here, you might move in and like it at first, but that WILL change. The staff and maintenance folks are fine, they don't have power to really do anything to help you, if it costs their bosses at PAC (preferred apartment communities) any money. I'm salty because I truly had a negative experience with PAC, and I urge others to avoid giving them your hard earned money.

I have wanted to say something about my experience for a while now but finally got the courage to post here. I have never experienced something so shady and unbelievable at an apartment complex or any establishment. We had just moved from Ohio and my boyfriend got a new car when he moved to Florida about two days prior. We noticed that the gate arm at one of the entrances was sometimes stuck in the up position, we didn't think anything of it because it just stayed there. One day we were leaving for lunch and we started driving under the gate, and the arm smashed down on top of our car out of nowhere! I was so shocked and scared because that had never happened to me before. We called the office and told them what happened and asked if they could look into it, the top of our new car was scraped and dented pretty badly. We expected an upstanding place like this to take responsibility for the accident. We immediately contacted the insurance company. The insurance company called the office several times a day for months, and no one ever answered. We asked the office for the security footage because then we would be able to prove what happened. Instead they came back and told us that we were misusing the gate, they even lied to us and told us that there were witnesses that saw us driving recklessly. My boyfriend is an extremely careful driver and I was there as a witness so this was a ridiculous accusation. We continued to ask for video footage, and then we found out it was actually deleted. I am extremely disappointed at the blatant disrespect and lack of accountability of this company. We already felt like outsiders being from out of state but when this happened I just wanted to move back home. I am hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else, but if it does please call the police first to document it. That's the one mistake we made.

I have been looking into past incidents involving our gates and our resident directory. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate any residents with your name. Our gate system does not currently include gate arms, and hasn't since at least 2021. If an incident did occur prior, I can still assist though. The Lodge is a wonderful place to live! Their apartments are spacious and the buildings are well kept. While it can get noisy sometimes from the pets some residents may have, management has done a great job of enforcing rules. This community is exactly what you see online. Just as beautiful and peaceful as the pictures show. The club house, pool and fitness center are all just like the pictures.The staff is always asking how I'm doing and is there anything that I need help with. I had a broken dryer when I moved in and I called them that same day and with in an hour the guy showed up to fix it. Jessie is a ball of energy and will do what ever it takes to make this place the best it can be. I was concerned about highway noise but it isn’t even an issue. You can’t hear it inside the units.

I’m extremely unsatisfied with the management as I believe they are deceiving the residents. I applied online for a 1 bedroom unit on 4/14/2021, signed the lease on 4/17/2021, and moved in on 4/21/2021. Based on a special deal they have on the website, 500$ should have been deducted from my first month’s rent if the move-in happened prior to 4/31/2021. However, when I asked about it AFTER moving in they said it would not apply to me as the initial online application should have been done after 4/16/2021, something not written on their website special deal at all! I believe this is being dishonest and they are taking advantage of me!

We've lived here for a year, signed a 15 month lease. Key amenities for us was the outdoor fireplace and pool area fire pit. They have worked properly for maybe 2 of the 12 months we have lived here. Management gives excuse and blames and don't fix the problem. Very unprofessional and rude! The place was built two years ago and is beautiful, but don't move here if you expect amenities to be repaired on a timely basis. Did I say, management is rude and unprofessional. In hindsight, we should have moved in somewhere else.
