The Lodge at Lakeshore

When I first found about lodge at lakeshore I had sent in an inquiry and jimmy responded immediately on his day off and sent me everything I needed to know and a virtual tour and we scheduled an in person tour. We met and I instantly knew this is where I wanted to be he was kind very personable and professional he walked me through out the whole process which made the move easier. I have been at lodge at lakeshore for over a month now and nothing has changed ever same great customer service any questions you have he will get them answered and any maintenance requests gets done with urgency jimmy and his team is the best and I recommend to all looking for an apartment home.

I've lived here for about a week now and I am happy with my experience so far. My first interaction with the property manager, Jimmy, were great. He immediately answered the phone when I called (unheard of for most landlords) and answers every email within an hour (usually minutes). The move-in process was easy: I filled out the paperwork and showed up the morning of and he handed me the keys. Jimmy also provided a gift bag of garlic bread and spaghetti for your first night's meal, which was so wholesome and thoughtful. Walmart and target are a 5 minute drive one way and there's a food lion and dollar store 8 minutes the other way. The property itself is in really good shape. Good landscaping. People pick up after their dogs. The few tenants I've interacted with have been polite to me. It's right next to a highway so there's nothing can be done about the traffic noise, but it's otherwise pretty quiet here. My apartment is nice and had been thoroughly cleaned before I moved in--Jimmy also put in one of those glade plug-in air freshener things. I've seen a few small house spiders inside my apartment, but I leave them alone since they eat other bugs. More importantly though, I've seen zero roaches or ants inside. From my experience so far I would highly recommend calling or emailing Jimmy if you're looking to move to Greensboro.

The Lodge at Lakeshore has been great so far. It is a small community, and everyone has been friendly so far. But what sets it apart from other places is the property manager, Jimmy. He is very communicative, is easy to get in touch with, and is quick to respond to emails. I had no issues with the application process, or with obtaining info about the property and amenities.

The Lodge at Lakeshore is a really nice place. With the lake and all the beautiful trees, you’d never know it was in a city, but it’s very close to everything you’d need. There are a lot of beautiful birds around, and the lake even has a swan. The neighbors are quiet, a lot of young professionals and nice families. Jimmy in the office is good guy; he always remembers your name and puts together little treat bags for us. Dragan, the maintenance guy, is very fast and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it.

The Lodge at Lakeshore is not like the other boring cookie cutter apartment complexes popping up these days. It has charming campground feel where the main office building is literally a log house. The nature path is gorgeous, especially at dusk/sunset. The property manager, Jimmy, is very responsive and comes up with thoughtful goodies throughout the year. And maintenance requests are handled extremely fast. It may not have a pool, but the super nice Greensboro Aquatic Center is a 12 min drive down the road. SO many shops/restaurants are super near and convenient like CAVA, Chipotle, Chick-fil-a, Target, Walmart, Red Lobster etc. We’ve been here many years and have had a great experience!

I'm a current resident. I've lived here over four years. It was the best move I made since I moved to Greensboro. I enjoy the views and my unit is spacious and comfortable. The staff here is top notch. I'm spoiled by how quickly and how well maintenance responds to my requests. Management's door has always Always ALWAYS been open to me. They are never too busy to empathetically address any concern I may have, major or minor. The environment welcomes you in a way that makes you want to be a better neighbor to those around you. I highly recommend it. In fact, I often do.

Our daugher is relocating to Greensboro and needs a place to stay as she continues her education at UNCG. I had phone conversations with Jimmy, and he was so helpful. My wife and I drove 3 hours to Greensboro and made an unannounced visit. Jimmy took the time to give us all the details about their property. His personality and kindness sold us! Although the final decision is our daughters'. If I had to relocate to Greensboro with my wife, I would choose The Lodge at Lakeshore without any questions. Kudos to the owners of the property. Jimmy was welcoming and informative! The property is a well-kept small community in in and of itself!

This property is beautiful, but even better the management staff is great. The property manager Jimmy was great. I moved in from out of state, and he made sure that my move went smooth and comfortable. Even the maintenance person Dragan is great. He responded to my maintenance call the same day. And the property and location is perfect. It's nice and quiet. I've been here for 2 months now, and I love it. If your looking for a new home in greensboro area, this is perfect!!!!

This property is truly fantastic in every way. The management works so diligently and nearly at the speed of lightning to fulfill tenants' needs. There is one particular individual who currently works here, Jimmy, and he is the definition of above and beyond. I've never met someone in this business who is as hardworking, compassionate, and genuinely caring as Jimmy! He was the reason why I decided to move here. It's very quiet and clean here, with lots of nicely maintained areas to walk and appreciate nature. The location is a perfect, hidden gem!

I'm a new resident, and I'll be giving another review after living here for a while, but for now, I want to say the leasing experience with great! I started working with Jimmy via email because I lived in another state. He was so attentive and responded consistently to my questions. When I got to NC, I went and took a look at several apartment complexes in addition to the Lodges at Lakeshore. Hands down, this place was the most reasonable price, and the service I received from Jimmy made all the difference in my choosing to rent here. Having a great relationship with your leasing office staff really does contribute to the quality of your experience wherever you rent. Jimmy and the rest of the staff are OUTSTANDING and a big reason I chose to rent here. After living here for a few months, I'll leave feedback about my experience with the property. Still, for now, I just wanted to say that if you are looking for a place where you feel cared for in the leasing process, you cannot beat the service provided by Jimmy, Twanna, and the staff at the Lodge at Lakeshore!

Honestly, Mr. Jimmy and Miss Tawana made this the easiest move possible. I moved from PA two weeks ago and I am so happy to be here. The process what easy, swift, and fun! I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to move!

Just wanted to say how great, courteous, and efficient the managers and staff are at the apartments located at the Lodge at Lakeshore. Jimmy, Tawana, and Dragan do their best to maintain a safe, quiet, and properly running atmosphere. Things are fixed and/or addressed quickly and efficiently -- NOT haphazardly or inadequately. They are friendly when approached and professional. Living here is pleasant and comfortable. all because of Jimmy, Tawana, and Dragan. Thank you!!

The property managers, Jimmy and Tawana are amazing people who made the moving process smooth and enjoyable. The level of hospitality that they’ve shown has been miles and miles ahead of what any other property managers could give. I’ve been living here for about a month now and everything has been great!

The property is a little bit of country living smack dab in the city. Jimmy and crew bring it with customer service. Most requests can be done online along with paying your rent. If you send an email, they answer promptly. If you want an apartment that feels like home, look no further.

The Lodge at Lakeshore is a great place to stay. I was stressed trying to find the perfect apartment that had everything that I was looking for. When I found The Lodge and contacted Jimmy and Tawana in the office they were very helpful and over exceeded my expectations helping me get an apartment. It is a smaller complex, which is perfect for me. I only had one or two minor maintenance calls and someone was out the same day to fix things. Everyday I see staff riding around on a cart picking up trash and making sure the grounds are well kept. If you are looking for an apartment that is located close to Wendover this is the perfect place, and it is also pet friendly.

Neighbors are nice .. I’m going on my 3rd year here and I just love it here . Jimmy and Tawana are so amazing !!! They stay on top of any problems that may pop up ( rarely ) . And they like include the residence in little activities . We’ve had pizza parties , blood drive , etc . I couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment .

I was looking to rent a 1 BR and there wasn't one available but they took down my info and actually called me when a unit unexpectedly opened up. They made the whole process a pleasure and are very helpful.

The property manager Jimmy is AWESOME and he made it so quick and easy for us to move in.Very helpful and responded back quickly to emails. He welcomed us with open arms. The property is clean and nice. It feels like home here.

From initial contact to moving in and now over a week of living here Jimmy and staff have been nothing but AMAZING! Everyone is extremely welcoming and kind. This has been the best experice with any property manager I've ever had. Jimmy is impressively quick in responding to emails and has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at home in my new apartment. Also these apartments are adorable! Much cleaner and put together than I was expecting. The views from the balcony are stunning, and the leasing office and Clubhouse are aesthetic. I feel like I'm definitely going to call this place home for a while ??

I toured Lodge at Lakeshore and had a wonderful experience. Jimmy has to be the best property manager in the Greensboro area, if not beyond. His level of care, follow-up and effort to support customers was unmatched by the fifteen complexes I visited during my time there. In addition, the complex is small and Jimmy knows each person we saw during our visit by name. As if this was not enough, the residents had a personal connection with him and this was unmatched by anyone I saw. The property is nice and very well maintained.

The move in process was professionally done. Mr Jimmy and his team worked to ensure everything was properly prepared for me to move in. He kept in constant contact as I had to wait to move out of my previous apartment. Nonetheless the Lodge feels right at home!

The apartment is a great size for one bed room. Lodge is quiet and conveniently placed near major shopping centers. Also the staff are polite and get things done.

We’ve been looking for an apartment for about 7 months now and we ran across The lodge and meet Jimmy, and he has been working with us since the beginning! We viewed the property months ago and we loved it and with jimmy helping us every step of the way, he was able to get us in right when we were ready! I’m very satisfied with the management and the property itself!

I have resided at The Lodge at Lakeshore for almost 3 years. Jimmy the now property mgr and LaWanda are the most compassionate people to make this place a great experience. The location is accessible to unlimited shopping center and medical needs. Management are attentive to customer service and respectful. I would highly recommend this apartment to others for all the right reasons.

I recently started fostering a 4 year old dog who isn’t crate trained, so I have been leaving him out during the day while I’m gone. The property manager has worked with me on apartment checks in letting me know a timeframe so I can come back to take my dog out during those checks.

This is an amazing apartment complex. They welcomed us since we walked through the door. Very good customer service, nice and clean apartments and real nice genuine people.

I've been living here for about 10 years now, which obviously means I'm very satisfied with the location, amenities, and value the property offers. The new management is doing a great job keeping the strong points strong and acting on opportunities for improvement.

I like living at the Lodge. Its peaceful. The management is awesome, and very personable. I am also very pleased anytime I need something done in my apartment they are fast and efficient in getting it done. Ive been living here for almost 4 years and I'm still happy.

My apartment is the Greatest! The environment, and setting is like being on vacation for me, but I get to live here. Double Perk??! The management consist of Jimmy, and Tawana, they are very Professional, respectful! Being real, they make you feel at home. Always looking out for you. The maintenance crew is Great! I stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with my roomate and we love it !!!! We have good neighbors and a caring Property management team who goes out their way to insure any questions or concerns we have get answered . Look forward to another year here .

I've been a renter for a few years now and I can honestly say that this has been my favorite apartment. The maintenance is speedy, the apartment itself is bright and open, and the location is great. Also, the front desk staff are incredibly pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. As a recent transplant from the East Coast, the people who work here have helped to make this place home! I don't have any complaints and would recommend the Lodge to anyone who is looking!

I moved Here with my girlfriend at the end of July and I have Nothing but love for this complex. The staff has been incredibly helpful and the two service calls I’ve made were responded with within 6 hours and remedied. I’ve never had parking issues and have always felt safe. It’s close to grocery stores and less than 15 minutes from down town. I truly give the lodge a 5/5 review.

Best apartment I've lived in since being in Greensboro, hands down! Management is friendly and beyond helpful! The property has a wonderful dog park and a lake that's just so cute. This is a great property

I recently toured a one bedroom at Lodge at Lakeshore. I was impressed with the size of the floor plan and the cleanliness of the apartment. In addition, I was extremely impressed with the new property manager, Jimmy. He is extremely professional, attentive to details and requests, and his mannerism is one that makes you want to be a part of the community. Upon move in, the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned. The management team was very attentive to any needs we had during move-in. The community is very quite and clean. A few request were made and were taken care of immediately. This is a great community for college students to families.

It's nice to stand by the lake and watch the geese and swan, area is nice and people are friendly, parking is great and is never filled up so you'll always find a space, management is amazing and quick to respond to your issues or needs, and i am very satisfied with the apartment so far. No issues, spacey, and everything is working fine

I give you a few reason not to rent here. 1. Parking is horrible my car got dented up by someone who had a party at there apartment and there vistor ran into my car. A hit and run 2. Snow when it snow in this park lot they want come clean it up for you they don’t believe in pollwing the park lot I fell last time hurt my back. 3. The office has a big turn over I have had 3 different apartment managers and all of them had different qualities one really cared the other 2 didn’t. So I’m be honest stay away from here. 4. People don’t clean there dogs poo up behind them either

The place seemed nice when we first moved in. We started noticing certain things after living there for few months. First, the bathrooms started smelling like wet dog. We told the management, and they didn't do anything until a couple months later, after which they just sprayed an air freshener. We had a suspicion that it had to do with all the birds that were very active in the area (on a side note, the parking lot gets blanketed in bird droppings daily, invest in a car wash membership if planning on staying here). They told us that the birds couldn't get into the vents, but that was exactly what they found right above the bathroom fan when they finally came to investigate further. It looked like it had been dead for weeks. We also got our stuff broken into in the parking lot. They stole our TV, laptop, computer parts, gold, and various other tools and smaller items.

I have come to enjoy my new residence at The Lodge. I've been a resident for about five months now. My neighbors are respectful and maintain a respect level of noise during the night and on weekends- I hardly hear any of them. I can study at night and on weekends - which I love. Being new to apartment living - I have really enjoyed the atmosphere here at The Lodge. Pet friendly - was a big plus for me - being a pet owner. The staff help maintain the pet friendly atmosphere by providing a dog park and waste bags/basket - which is really nice. I have slowly transitioned into my new home- the third floor is not too bad after all. The office staff are both helpful and responsive. They help keep The Lodge friendly as possible. I have enjoyed staying here so far.

It's a decent place to stay. It's located next to a lake. Be mindful of the geese! The clubhouse is cool. The resident events are cool.

We have lived in our appartment for nearly two years so far and have been very satisfied with it. The maintenance crews are quick, responsive, and flexible( trust us, we've called them before when things have gone wrong). Our apartment is a two bedroom two full bathroom with a sunroom extension of the living room instead of the patio that other apartments in the complex feature. The rooms are a good size and the open layout of the kitchen and the livingroom really create a nice space. There are quite a few activities and features the complex has available to all residents including free kayak and mountain bike rentals, fishing poles for the pond (which a lovely swan has made its home recently, something my fiance was pretty excited about), and grilling areas which are nice to cookout with friends and family in the spring and summer. Overall we have been very pleased and have made it a nice home to come back to in our time here. After our first lease was coming to an end, we considered looking for another complex or renting a house closer to our jobs, but we decided to renew our lease because we really liked what we had for the price and the location is convenient to get anywhere in the city.
