They charged me over $700 on move out for cleaning, painting, and damages that I did not cause. I left the apartment immaculate on move out. They charged me for damages that were present in the apartment upon move in they explicitly told me not to worry about. I was completely blindsided by these charges. I do not recommend staying here. Be prepared to lose all your deposit and then some. I've never lost my deposit anywhere before this place. DONT RECOMMEND

There is dog poop everywhere, they don’t remove your trash even though they charge you. No pest control, trim trees leave branching on the ground. Management is horrible! Loud musics and cars daily. I have lived here for a long time and will not be renewing. The rent goes up and up every year with no incentive for long time residents. They are ripping people off! Please read reviews and Beware! Too many other nice places in area.

PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT sign a lease agreement without reading everything over very carefully. Unfortunately, my husband and I were in a rush to move out of our previous apartment and precipitously signed a lease here…..first mistake. When it came time to terminate our lease, we were basically taken for everything we had. We were charged for the carpets being cleaned, and “lucked out” on not being charged for the apartment being painted because we had been there for over two years; if not that would have been an additional fee. We paid a pet fee of $198, that went straight to their pockets. In addition to the carpet cleaning fee, we were charged $150 for a pet seal on the carpet. You would think the $198 pet fee we paid would be used to cover that expense, IT WASN’T! So, if you want to lose hundreds and hundreds of dollars from your security deposit then go ahead and live here!! When the pandemic hit, the once beautiful property took a turn for the worst and was constantly filthy. Dog poop everywhere, it smelled, and he breezeways were stained from trash leaking and was never cleaned. It was embarrassing having family and friends over due to how disgusting it always looked. !You have been warned!

Like all other apartments, they will make sure that you do not receive your security deposit back. Excuses upon excuses will be made to ensure this, ranging from "your apartment needed to be repainted because it was discolored after you vacated" when really they repaint the apartments every year and don't want to pay the cost. They're cheap as the coat of the paint they use, and service is pretty terrible. They shut off the water without warning during the winter storm and left us without water for a week, and barely offered for tenants to use the pool when we've already been 4 days without water. They don't care about you, they want your money.

We are new to property but it is very clean and very well landscape. Nice lighting at night. I read a comment about thin walls. Well this is the only complex that I have lived at where I can't hear my neighbors ...walls are very thick and other than cars outside passing you can't a thing. Office staff is great and have answered all questions asked. Parking is not so great but apartment layouts are amazing.

I had a great time at this complex for 1.5 years, until I received orders. Upon leaving the complex, I left 5 different ways to contact me (cell, email (work and personal), family's address/phone numbers, and my work center number) in case of any additional fees or anything they needed me to sign. Instead of contacting me while I was on the other side of the country, they preceded to take the $32 to collections, leading to a 6 month battle with a Management Support collections agency to try and get it remove my credit report. Its paid off and I'm still currently fighting this battle, all because their management is a joke and can't do their jobs.
This complex was simply awesome when I moved in 2005. Now it's just awful! The grass wont even grow! EXPLAIN THAT! The management is RUDE AND CONSTANTLY CHANGING!! The don't return calls, although they ask for your phone number each and every time you call the office. The trash runneth OVA!!! Thank goodness it's in the back of the complex. Don't let the high end cars in the lot fool you ...insurance companies use this complex to house their insured when they have a peril. They'll be gone in 90 days of less! There's only one word to describe their maintenance...SLOW! Well, I'm at work writing this review and I'd better get home before 6pm because after that time ..there is absolutely NO PARKING! Take my advice ..don't move in regardless of special offers and flexible lease agreements. (flexible lease ..warning) ..the bloom is most definitely off the rose at the Lodge!
This was the worst apartment that we ever rented from. They called us the night before we were suppose to move in to ask if we could move in later because the apartment was not cleaned. We could not postpone the move because we had movers coming the next morning that charge by the hour. When we moved in, the apartment was filthy. The carpet was filled with black dog hair and infested with fleas. When we walked on the carpet, it turned our feet black. There was even food left in the pantry. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. We could hear our neighbors getting it on. The garages were below us and you can hear them going up and down constantly. Also, you can hear the traffic from 151. The trash area is terrible. They only have one dumpster. It gets so full that people dump their trash along the road. They have stray cats, dogs, and raccoons that hang out there. When we got military orders, we still had to pay a month's rent...apparently there military clause is paying one months rent instead of two if you break the lease. If you are smart, you will stay away from this place.
Don't rent here, The management will not do anything about loud music or any noise complaints. They will just laugh at you when you complain. Also there is no parking. If you come after 6:00 pm you will see no spaces left to park. Some people are parking in the red zone. And the trash area is bad. They have dangerous animals by the trash area (Mean Dogs, Racoons). Turn around and run from this place. There is so many other new apartment around the same area.
