The Lodge offers studio, one and two-bedroom apartments for rent in Denver, Colorado. You can feel at home in one of our upgraded apartments. Our kitchens have stainless steel appliances, electric stovetops, and microwaves. From our smallest studio apartment starting at 473 square feet to our larger two bedrooms at 933 square feet, we are confident you will find an apartment that will fit your needs. We invite you to scroll through our photo gallery and see the luxury that could be yours. The Lodge offers so much more than just a place to live. We offer an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck where you can relax and soak up the sun and our 24-hour fitness center that includes treadmills, free weights, multiple weight machines, and a punching bag.At The Lodge, we try to give our residents the best place to live. Some of the conveniences we offer as a pet-friendly community is a bark park, where your furry friends can run around. We also offer short term leases that allow you to have the convenience you need. Through our resident portal, our residents can pay their rent regardless of what time it is, so when you have had a busy day and can’t get to the office before we close, you can pay your rent from the convenience of your own home. The lodge is the first community that I moved in by myself. They made the whole application and move-in process very efficient, and definitely was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the whole process went by. I honestly feel at home in my unit and the community. Amenities are a nice bonus and I'm just a 20 min walk away from my office! Thanks!

Honestly, I was a little sketch with the reviews when first moving in to the Lodge. However after a year and a half living here it will be hard to go somewhere else. The community is fairly quiet in a really nice neighborhood and location in Denver with access to literally everything. Most of all I am thankful for the management. They have been very very understanding of a hardship that I had faced and needed them to work with me, and they went above and beyond in communication. Again, very very thankful that my first own apartment has been this well. Only thing needs improvement is the team of maintenance, but I am understanding that they were short staffed for a while.

This place has roaches and the maintenance is horrible. If remodel 1970 unit is painting cabinets and adding new appliances then band aiding the plumbing issues, then you can call this place home. We felt like we live in a dog shelter most days with all the barking and poop in the grass. The parking roulette was super fun on snow days, especially when know had taken care of the ice sheets Infront of the buildings. I truly have to thank the tow truck that hit our moving truck as we tried to move out during the snow storm. Know in the office cared the next day, but we enjoy the charges we received on our credit report never got a bill in the mail nor a phone call. Shady practice, I should send you all our medical bills and the tow damages etc from that night, but again no one in your office answers the phone. Just like you didn't fix our hit nor deal with the roaches

Everyone I’ve encountered as part of the lodge team has been beyond helpful and provided amazing customer service. They are present around the property, not just in the office. Maintenance has been responsive and helpful. The amenities from the gym, to the pool, to Amazon lockers and package delivery are great

Very poor upkeep of apartment grounds. Unprofessional and incompetent management staff. Large amounts of car break-ins/theft. Lots of towing in a parking lot that always has an abundance of spots available. I was told that if I had an unexpected guest show up after office hours that they would have to park on side roads or risk being towed. However the closest place to my apartment not in the parking lot is a good distance away, in a neighborhood where I have heard gunshots late at night multiple times.

I would not recommend the lodge apartments, i lived here for 10 months and everything was constantly breaking. Not only was everything breaking but it was a constant battle with maintenance to get it fixed. All of the “new renovations” are not done well and break super easily. You can definitely get more for your money, especially with them raising the rates so high

Great open space, plenty of parking, awesome team members. I wouldnt live here now though because of all the ways they try and charge you for things which should be basic human decencies (such as the crazy expensive laundry, to name one).

Good staff. Gift basket was great idea. Gym Key fob is very small and could be very easy to lose. I wish the key fob was easier to keep up with.

The Lodge is a safe, clean complex just far enough from the bustle of the city to remain accessible to night life but peaceful at night. Residents here respect one another and take responsibility for their pets. Management is great and approachable, and the online portal makes maintenance requests and paying rent simple!

Outside of the apartments being renovated and maintenance being wonderful I had a challenging time living at the lodge. From the additional utilities you are required to pay to the tenants leaving the place a mess I would not recommend living here.

I wouldnt rent here. Minimum upgrades and the ones we have dont work like our ac ! All wired wrong ! Have to put ac to 85 for it to pop on ! No security! Dog parks are over grown and fence is falling apart. Soccer court has nothing but nets and most are ripped with holes. Packages get stolen constantly.

The staff and residents are extremely nice. It is a great place to move if you are single and ready to mingle. Ive met a ton of people in just a week and they are the coolest. The pool and hot tub us amazing. Love that everyone gets to enjoy a huge balcony. Im very happy to have made this choice.

I really like the location of the Lodge, close enough to everything but far enough away from downtown to have green space, trees, and a quiet neighborhood.

The move in was easy, and quick. The staff are really helpful, and helped me move in and quickly addressed any issue I had. The neighbors are polite, quiet, calm.They are so good with animals, when completing a maintenance request they were careful and considerate when completing any work with my cat in the apartment. My cuddles and I have never been happier.
