I lived here for 2 years I'm so glad I moved. Over those 2 years there were multiple shootings, a man murdered outside his apartment zero camera footage (cameras didnt work), apartment break ins, loud music in lots, no security, poor staff, rude manager, unauthorized unit entry, poor maintenance response, rats in the was, car tows without reason, trafficking bust, pool always closed or dirty,

I paid all of my fees prior to moving in. Upon first months rent, I noticed the same fees were reapplied to my balance as if it was never paid. I showed the manager on site twice the receipt of my paid expenses and they still did not put it on file. New manager came in and made me repay the same fees.. also told me to call the number on the back of MY RECEIPT to see if THEY cashed MY PAYMENT TO THEM. Not to mention, we did not have hot water for 2 weeks after the 3rd day of moving in. Oh and I have not had a working oven since I moved in as well as my refrigerator went out the same weekend of moving in and I lost all of my food.. was informed we had renters insurance and when I went to talk to the manager about it, that said they could not help because the insurance was explained to me wrong. If no stars were an option definitely would not recommend.

I've lived here for a year and six months exactly. Only change management once, which both are awesome. Love the staff in the office. Mrs.Anna and Mrs. Evette. They are very understanding they key thing is Communicate. My stay here has been wonderful. Yes, maintains has been out, but not a long wait. I say it's a nice place to stay and the staff is caring.
I have had a wonderful stay at spring brook , management is very nice also has other residents , very quiet , defenetily recommend it to anybody . -Miguel
If there were an option to give this place a negative star rating or zero star rating I definitely would. I have asked several times for things to be fix they do not fix them, I've had to fix my own toilet. There's trash everywhere, they let anybody move here, I have mold In my shower that I've put a work order in and she put it as a toilet issue and she is never in the office to speak with. I have reach out to regional management and to no avail am I getting any assistance. Then I get a notice to pay more than what my rent is and once again no assistance to get my balance inquiry and I went before the office was to be closed and it's closed during business hours as usual. I am two months until my lease is up and I wouldn't Dare renew let alone give them another Penny. Do not move here, don't waste your time and money, you're better off going to a homeless shelter. The manager Mary never does her job she's always having personal conversations with certain residence that I'm sure are getting perks, she sells her products in the leasing office and she is always harassing me every chance she gets. This is the most stressful place I have ever lived in my entire life, I can't believe people treat their PAYING residence this way. Also since the mold I have has caused me to have a very raspy voice and cough ALOT!! If I go to my doctor and the mold is the cause I definitely will be suing, I am actually saddened that I am paying rent for almost a year and it doesn't feel like a home or a place I want to be! Do not move here at all, it's over priced and not well put together!!
I've been living here for 5 months now and the mold in my restroom keeps growing I've called the complex a lot of times they came out twice to fix the problem but just painted over the issue the wall is leaking water and they still haven't fixed it I have a 7 month old baby and he's getting sick I don't recommend this place to anyone for the price it is not worth it.

I love this community lived here 4 years and absolutely love it! Best this is the monthly events for residents!
It is a great community. Very small and tight knit community. There are monthly resident parties with free food and drinks :) Work orders get worked at a reasonable time, usually within the same day. Townhomes are nice. There are apartments that are available for those who prefer an apartment. Its about the same price so I opted for stairs. No washer and dryer in unit or connections, but they have a laundry facility. I would definitely recommend this for single people really. It is a peaceful community!
With the previous owners we had no problems but with the new owners they have not only been poor with communication but do not provide any sort of help if something happens to your apartment, at least not without charging you or without making a subtle threat of not renewing your lease when it is time to do so. If you want the upgrades (which aren't really upgrades) you will pay almost 900$ for a 1 Bdr 1 Ba apartment and you lose storage space because they remove the dishwasher and put in shelves and take out the overhead cabinets and put in a small line of lights. Not to mention the granite counters they said they were going to put in is nothing more than a spay on lamenant. Upgrade is not worth the price. A two star rating is a little more than they deserve but there isn't an option for 1.5 star rating. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
