Property Ratings at The Lofts at Atlantic Station
Do not spend your time or money applying to this apartment complex. The staff is unresponsive and they will accept your application fee yet never communicate with you on the status of your application or provide any meaningful updates. After two weeks there have been ZERO emails or communications on the status my application and when I follow up the response is "Were waiting on corporate." In addition, the apartment that I applied to rent was never temporarily taken off the websites available apartment inventory so there are any number of applicants applying for the exact same apartment and all paying $150 each. It's a scheme.

After being offered a job in Atlanta, I searched for a place to live that was walkable, fun and beautiful. After living in Miami--where you needed a car for everything--I wanted an area where I could leave my car at home. I searched for months, and "google-mapped" through the streets of Atlanta and fell in love with this area. It seemed to have everything--grocery store, Target, West Elm, Z Gallerie, DSW and every type of food you can imagine. Then I saw the residences. Every floorplan you can imagine and in the middle of it all. The leasing office staff was helpful and patient. I know I drove Asha crazy (especially when I switched apartments!), but she was professional and helpful at every turn. Because I lived out of town, I asked a friend to visit my unit and take photos. Carlo was kind enough to give him a tour and allow him time to photograph the entire unit. And when I wanted to change apartments, Asha and Jeffrey accommodated my request, and never gave me a hard time...I moved in on time. Actually, I was about 2 hours late--and Asha assisted with a smile on her face. I've lived here for two months. The one maintenance issue I had (non-emergency) was resolved the very next day. The common areas are always clean and, despite living in an extremely busy area, not much noise penetrates the walls. But, it's apartment living, in a mixed-use community...there will be some noise. Nothing that has kept me up, or woke me up. My guests have never had a problem finding parking and I've enjoyed every weekend. Is it perfect? As close as you can get, while living in the middle of a city. Also, I read the reviews before choosing this place. I decided to leave a review, because it seems like the happy people don't leave reviews. Almost everyone I've met, has lived here over 5 years...and loves it. There are over 300 units, why so few reviews? Lots of happy residents!

I have been a resident of 17 Street Lofts and ATLofts in Atlantic Station for 5 years. My experience here has been exceptional. The location could not be more perfect. It is in the heart of Atlantic Station and is just moments away from many restaurants, Dillard's, Publix, Regal Cinemas, Target, and many more retailers. I literally get to shop, dine, and play all within steps of my front door. Safety is a top priority in the community. I feel comfortable knowing that Atlantic Station has its own on-site security department that is staffed with officers who patrol around the clock to make sure the residents and patrons are safe. They also work very closely with the Atlanta Police Department. The partnership and presence of the two, Atlantic Station Security and Atlanta City Police, are pluses to living here. The residential buildings and elevators are accessible by key fob only. As a resident, it also eases my mind knowing that I have access to a courtesy officer 24 hours a day whose response is timely. Thanks to long-time employees Nadine and Mario, the common areas in the residential buildings are kept clean and fragrant. Each morning as I head off to work, I am always greeted with a warm smile by the two. Each of them also take the time to celebrate joys and successes in my life and to bid me a good day. They inspire the atmosphere of the close-knit community that we have here. Cliff and Gabe have also been with the company for many years. They respond quickly to maintenance issues, and they take pride in their work. When it comes to household repairs, their knowledge and abilities are expansive. The facility and it's units are kept in shipshape. I have made very few maintenance request throughout my stay here. Also, I have never had to request they redo an initial maintenance issue because it wasn't done properly the first time. I have been very satisfied with their work. Jeffery is the new property manager here. I admire his work ethic and love his attitude of service. He works diligently to find quick, convenient, and peaceful resolutions if situations occur. He will work long hours and weekends to be certain the residents of 17 Street Lofts and ATLofts are safe and satisfied. He has hired an office staff that mirrors his vision of making the Lofts a well-sought after community by being cordial, accessible, ensuring the property is safe and clean, and paying careful attention to the residents' needs.

You will never sleep in again! I was tricked into thinking this area is so nice and quiet. Of course they aren't going to tell you that 7 days a week you will not sleep past 7am because of the leaf blowing and street sweeping! It's not shoppers and diners waking you up so early, because they're actually still sleeping. And it's not just this. My boyfriend was woken at 5am last week by a large truck brought in to pump the sewers. I've contacted Atlantic Station about this and they've made it clear that the residence don't matter. If you work late nights or don't have to be up at 7am, do yourself a favor and find a better place to live!!! Over priced with the inability to sleep in the morning! Wish I had known. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Besides the noise and inability to sleep we've had numerous issues. It took several attempts to get out $50 key fobs to work. The kitchen sink was leaking bad! The master bedroom sink held water. I hate when these types of things have to be found by a brand new tenant. Most recently I'm dealing with a bigger issue. When we moved in we were told we could use the small parking space next to ours, they said it was empty. I get a call from the leasing office one day asking if we're using the space. I'm told it actually belongs to an owner of a unit. I tell the office manager that it's not a full size parking spot and that I'm driving a brand new car. I tell him that a normal size car will not fit in the spot. He tells me he'll give me two different spots but that I was to wait about a week. I came home from 4 days out of town to find a dent and scratch in my brand new car, brand new! Only 2,300 miles on it. Just drove it off the lot 3/5. It's clearly from the gigantic white SUV squeezed into the tiny parking spot next to me considering the dent is white, I've not moved and the SUV clearly doesn't fit in it's spot. I have photos of the SUV partially in my spot because theirs isn't whole. Anyway I approach the leasing manager about this because now I want MY NEW CAR FIXED! This is clearly the fault of the leasing office for not taking immediate action. I TOLD HIM THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN! You know what his resolution is? To tell me I can end my lease early. The guy has zero ability to put himself in anyone else's shoes! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUNAWAY FROM THIS PLACE. To top it all off. Jeffrey gave us 2 new parking spots. We received a note on our car today telling us the spots actually belong to other tenants.
