Ethan was a huge help and great ambassador for your property. I haven’t even unpacked yet, but am looking forward to all that lies ahead. I would have given the extra star, but I’m dumbfounded as to why a newly renovated apartment does not have a garbage disposal. That said, so far so good.

Feels like a great place to live so far. The move in process went smoothly and Ethan was a great help in getting everything taken care of and answering all questions. The building itself is neat and right on the river with great views. The new updates to the apartment look great. Overall happy with my experience so far

I have enjoyed the spacious living space and I do enjoy the amenities. Also, I do enjoy the dog parks. I do wish the amenities work consistently. Overall, a very nice place to live

Off street parking, great amenities, airy space, updated appliances, historic charm. lots of natural light. Love the vaulted ceilings!! Excited to try the pool and yoga studio!!

Love my apartment. I’ve been having a good experience here. I love the location, I love the amenities and I love the people. My only complaint would be the costs but worth it.

Everyone is so nice here! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. We love all the amenities, and so does my dog! We’re looking forward to take a dip in a pool!

Move in was pleasant and effortless, i believe to be created by the leasing agent and staff. Apartment building is beautiful appearing to be positioned in a subtle community. Im excited to see how the living situation fits lifestyle and amenities seem very fruitful.

A good place to stay. The community is good with a good amount of amenities like indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna bath and a conference room.

I’ve lived here for over a year and love it. The amenities are spectacular and the team in the office are always willing to help out if a I have questions or concerns. I enjoy the events they hold for us and love meeting my friendly neighbors ! I’m so glad Ethan followed up and asked me to come in for a tour!

Very good apartment to live on with good amenities and events. Grocery stores and other convenience stores are with in 5 miles radius. A good place to live

Very helpful professional staff. Great amenities! Beautiful apartment! The delivery room is a bit unorganized. There are some plumbing problems. Maintenance people came right away to fix (even on a Saturday).

The apartments are great, really no complaints. The amenities are great, and the community. My smallest complaint is that I’m a floor above the parking garage and sometimes people are really loud down there but that’s all I can think of.

wish that the amenities we pay for would work. I also wish that when they broke the office didn’t let it stay broken for months. disappointing considering how much money we spend

Jesus was so helpful the entire process! He was always available to answer all of our questions and if he was busy with something else all of the other staff were able to help us too. Being able to book amenities and control appliances via phone app is so amazing. The elevators are pretty spacious too

A very nice deal. Had some issues with onboarding but they are going to fix it. Only thing is Amazon packages is sent to the other side of the street. Very inconvenient to pick up.

There are things I loved and things that could have been better. For instance almost the entire time I lived here i.e. 8 months my washer has been broken and molded. No fix

So for good in my experience in lofts. Amenities are good. spacious apartments, gym, party halls, coffee machine, swimming pool. Jacuzzi all are good

The lofts are the best! They are professional, understanding and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The went above and beyond to fix a “wrong”. I get nothing but good, positive vibes every time I encounter a staff member. I highly recommend this community…

Everything was mostly smooth. Friendly staff and Beautiful Apartments. There is a very strict onboarding process which I respect but can also make it a little overwhelming. Overall I am very excited to be here.

While I really love the atmosphere and my apartment, I would love it even more if my appliances worked correctly. I’ve addressed it many times with staff and still don’t have working appliances. My apartment was also being renovated when I moved in over a year ago. I still don’t have my new countertop or kitchen faucet and light fixtures. But I’m paying the renovated cost for rent.

Some improvements have been made recently; however, there are still issue. I have seen cars in the parking lot for about a year and a half now that are either broken or have been untouched In that time. There are still inconsistencies when maintenance comes into the apartment for repairs/checks. There is no note of what was done or if they came at all. While I understand that this is an old building, there are a lot of rodent issues that need to be addressed.

I moved to the beautiful Harmony Mills apartments a few weeks ago and am delighted to be living here. I was impressed by the high ceilings, wooden floors, amenities, history, and location on the Mohawk River. Ethan was very kind and patient during the move-in process and ensured that I acquired a lease swiftly with minimal stress. I really appreciate the staff and would definitely recommend the Lofts! A lot of things need to change.. dog poop everywhere. Spiders and creepy crawlers. Appliances going bad. Creepy neighbors. The maintenance never answers the requests and when they do, they just Mark as they did it

Day 1. Very happy. Very comfortable. Great staff. The amenities are awesome. I rented sight unseen and was not disappointed! The views of the river are incredible.

Love the apartment, the neighborhood is great and the people are nice. The apartment itself is great although the maintenance could be better.

Super helpful leasing office and I love my apartment. My move-in was smooth and management helped ease any of my concerns. I look forward to hosting friends here and making this a home.

It’s alright. The community events are nice. Everyone is friendly. Issues with my apartment not being fully ready. AC stopped working second night and tub was leaking into apt downstairs. This all should have been checked prior to me moving in.

Amazing. Ethan is awesome! The apartments are so much better and nicer than you could ever imagine. I would recommend Harmony Mills to anyone looking for stylish yet affordable homes.

The hard work of the rental office is greatly appreciated!!! The lofts are as pictured on their website. Just stunning! It is pet friendly and views of the lake are spectacular.

We have had a great experience so far in the past 6 months. We love the amenities and overall community. The apartment itself is very nice and the staff here is super responsive.

Great pace so far. Every time I have needed assistance the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment looks great and I love the central air!

Overall great place with great amenities and spacious rooms! There were a few little things broken when we moved in recently (emergency maintenance helped immediately with one of those, others are small enough to fix ourselves by tightening some screws or making some maintenance requests). The hot tub hasn’t worked for a while, but the pool and all other amenities have been fantastic! I’m also excited for upcoming community events such as a donut bar and a pizza night. They have great staff at the leasing office, Ethan has been excellent at answering questions swiftly and making sure we were prepared in time to move in. I haven’t lived here long, but I’ve definitely enjoyed it so far.

Washer doesn’t work. They keep saying they fixed to without turning it on. The water pressure sucks. The lighting in my apartment sucks. Dishwasher barely works.

I really enjoy my apartment but the complex or community is very quiet. I don’t see many people. I’ve had some issues with getting into the garage. Maintenance was very quick with one of the issues I had.

Incredibly high price for what you get. Management is lacking in response, there are dead rodents that are not taken care of swiftly. There are instances when packages go missing despite having a “secure package location” with cameras in these locations. If you do have an issue, it is an ongoing battle to attempt to reach someone to help solve your issue. There is frequently garbage lying around. There are people who sit in their car and smoke cigarettes, which is unfortunate if you happen to have your window open because the exhaust fumes enter right into the apartment. There have been multiple instances of the fire department bursting into the apartment because the “carbon monoxide detector” is going off yet no alarm is sounding. Garage doors don’t work in Mill 3, elevator is frequently broken. Overall a place that is lacking in luxury, has high rent, lacks quick response from the property both maintenance and administration, genuinely not worth what you pay for.

I love my community and the people who work here to make everything wrong so smoothly. You will quickly learn staffers, from the leasing office to maintenance, who go out of their way to make sure your satisfied with living here.

While i thoroughly enjoy living here, i wish that the renovations that were supposed to be done before I signed my lease would be completed. It has been almost a year since i moved in and im still not seeing these renovations get completed. Should have had my countertops upgraded to granite. Still need my new faucets. Dryer is broke.

I would give you 4.5 if I could ... my main concerns are 1) the drama behind getting the hot tub to work ....as of today the water was not hot 2) the people who sign out amenities and don't show 3) the number of small items that need attention and repair. I have been lucky here and have no complaints about my unit, like all the people who work in the leasing office and maintenance. All are a great bunch of people. Most of the tenants are top-notch also. All in all I always recommend the Lofts

I’ve just moved in and so far I’m so amazed by all the technology and the management!! I didn’t realize how advanced these apartments really are and I’m excited to be living here!

So far, I have had a good experience with settling in. The leasing team provided a seamless format via emails to get set up. The community is underrated with so many great things to see and enjoy!

Everything is broken, leaking water, or full of trash

Apartments are large and in great condition. The amenities are high quality and easily accessible. The community is pet friendly with no breed or size restrictions. I would highly recommend this community.

Granted I haven't lived here very long but my Washer and Dryer has been broken for over a month. I've put in multiple requests and the issue has not been resolved and now I'm wasting money at the laundry matt. One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was the Washer and Dryer, what a rip off.

Love my apartment and the location! The amenities are amazing, especially the included garage parking and storage locker. Only downside is the bountiful different apps used, two to unlock the building, one for my individual apartment, one for community posts, and another website for rent payments etc
