Property Ratings at The Lofts at Hawks Ridge
We’ve lived here a year and a half. The amenities are great, indoor parking, grills, pool, community room and gym. There is a nice walking trail near by. Quiet, country feel but close to highway, restaurants and stores. The few times we’ve needed maintenance they were quick to respond. Chloe (manager) is helpful and answers any questions we have. Chloe answers emails in a timely manner. Clean, family friendly complex.
I moved in , in October 2024 . From the beginning of the application to move in Chloe (apartment manager) was amazing and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The apartment was very clean as is the whole complex . What also was a huge factor for me is the security that’s in place . Couldn’t ask for a better place to live !
Did a walk thru to move into apartment prior to move in date. Was garbage in hallways, elevator and parking garage. Decided not to move in due to not wanting to deal with bugs.
I've been here since it opened and have had a few different managers. The location is perfect, near I43 and I90 making getting to work super easy. The decks here are big and nice for relaxing. Kitchens have lots of cabinets. Plus, you can rent extra storage in the underground parking garage. It's a great place to live and enjoy life. JS
If I could give negative stars I would. Maintenance response, horrible. Elevator was down last year over both major holidays for DAYS. Piles of garbage at dumpsters by the lower parking. Lower parking gets sediment dripped on cars ruining paint if not immediately washed after heavy rain or melting snow. You hear EVERYTHING with your neighbors. And my topper, Teronomy was happy to pro rate and take my money to move in a few days prior to end of a month but ARE NOT extending the same courtesy at the end of my lease. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE communication here. These are most definitely NOT corporate apartments.
I can hear neighbors as if I was in a cheep hotel. Elevator has been broken for a few weeks through thanksgiving and now a few weeks for Christmas which is awful when grandparents are stopping by with gifts. Internet doesn't work when most people are using it and you cant get your own. They have signs everywhere about how they can fine you 200$ for anything you could imagine. Worst management I've ever seen in an apartment.
At first, I wasn't very excited to sell my home and move into apartment living. I'm glad I finally did. No maintenance, no stairs and friendly neighbors nearby to talk to. I have everything I need here to enjoy my retirement.
i have had a wonderful experience with these apartments and i'm looking to move in as soon as one is available. the management people follow up with you right away. i tried other apartment communities and there were either stairs i had to climb every day or i had to park outside and walk in the snow. these apartments have plenty of underground parking and there is an elevator so no stairs. the community room and grill area is something i plan on using. i'm on the waiting list now but excited about a new place to live. these brand new apartments is what Beloit needed.
Teronomy and hawks ridge are awful at treating people with respect. They show up to inspect apartments with little notice. They don't clean the common areas and the property manager only emails back if it's something she's worried about. Also not a great place for pets. Absolutely awful

Maintenance replaced a light that began flickering the same day we asked for it to be addressed. We have walked the complex to see a beautiful sunset and people are all friendly. We look forward to next spring/summer when we can grill out and use the pool and volleyball court!

My husband and I just recently downsized and moved into these apartments when they first opened at the beginning of October. They are brand new and beautiful. There are many amenities such as a pool, fitness center with quality equipment, grills with seating outside and an activity room. The property manager, Crystal, is fantastic! She is helpful, responsive and patient. She wants the best for her tenants and makes sure they are taken care of and happy. Randy and his maintenance team are professional and personable and have also been very responsive. I highly recommend these apartments for your next home, sweet home!!
The apartments are spacious with updated stainless steel appliances and vinyl flooring. The premises are secure with key fob entry. The management on-site is very responsive.
The management team has been so fast, reliant, and empathetic! They're honestly amazing and made our transition into this apartment much smoother!
Crystal is an amazing property manager! She always goes above and beyond to make her residents happy. The building is brand new, so it's very nice! It is also very secure so I feel safe. I highly recommend!
I was leery about living in Beloit but decided to rent at the lofts. I like the fob entry system. Its cool for guest bc it rings your cell phone to let guests in. Apartments are nice/luxury. All vinyl flooring & stainless steel appliances. Flooring was a MUST since I have a large dog. New manager is nice
