The community is still very new and it's located in a great neighborhood. The pool area is awesome during the summer.
The maintenance guys at this apartment community are always wonderful!
Everything just felt comfortable, especially our guide, Quinton. He answered every question we had and made things easy in terms of choosing.
I would recommend as I've enjoyed my stay here and reflecting on how smooth the overall process was.

This was truly a great community with a great pool, people, and different amenities/games on site that would be fun to play with guest. The apartments were nicely sized as well and not that expensive either.
I would recommend due to the quality of construction, location & staff . I would not recommend if you like throwing get togethers due to the thin walls . Overall I would recommend .
Everyone was open and honest about the community and I've enjoyed all aspects so far. This place is also well maintained and clean

I absolutely love this community. I moved here from DC and everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I immediately felt right at home!
Pros: 1. Gym equipment is nice and all functioning. 2. Nice interior appliances fixtures etc Cons: 1. Hallways smell 75% of the time of both kinds of smoke or trash bags left by doors 2. Very thin walls so hope you luck out on who your neighbors are 3. Overpriced really for what it is 4. Pool view means parking garage view, both of which are loud from cars and or people 5. Non smoking community not enforced 6. Trash sit out hours not enforced 7. 50 50 on if office decides to reply to your email 8. Dog pee is a common find on elevator, hallways or mailroom
I have a better living experience here than any of my friends at other local complexes.
The only problem we have as residents is the common smell of weed in our hallway.

I lived here for a year and had multiple issues, yes the amenities are nice and my service request was answered promptly- thats about all I have to say about the place. However, whenever I had a question or a complaint it was like jumping through hoops trying to contact anyone at the leasing office who could actually answer a question. I'd send numerous emails that went unanswered, and I frequently had to try and swing by the leasing office hours during my lunch break which was a huge inconvenience but literally the only way I could contact anyone. Not to mention my car was stolen out of the parking garage, and when I notified them they told me that other cars had been burglarized as well- but they never sent out a safety notice to the entire community about the event. No, they aren't liable but you think they would notify residents about recent thefts/break ins so they can be on alert- but nope they did not. Moving out was a huge headache, they stopped auto-withdrawing from my account and then tried to charge me excessive late fees. They tacked on excessive cleaning charges on top of taking my deposits to claim that I owe them even more money. I asked for a second key FOB in case I ever had to have someone come over to watch my animals (the lease clearly states that they can do that you just have to pay extra money which isn't a problem) and they argued with me excessively until I finally showed them the documentation saying they couldn't deny me. They locked my yard from the outside in so I couldn't even access the gate, which in my opinion is a security issue on my end. Why would you lock a gate to my property and then refuse to give me a key? Everything about this place was a nightmare. I would highly recommend AGAINST living here, the amenities are not worth the hassle.

Apartments are really nice but the kind staff, no matter the situation, make all the difference!
The apartment is beautiful, the community is in a great area, and the staff I interacted with were all pleasant and informative.
Very expensive, no resident events or anything else other apartments give for free occasionally
Great community. Mostly respectful neighbors. And quality built apartments (i.e. I can't hear my neighbors partying all night.
Dog poop all over the place. Dog poop smell in the pool area. Huge dog poop in the middle of hallway was there for 2 days. Dry dog pee in the stair case. Dogs are swimming in the pool. Do not ever consider this place for moving.

Easy to get to and central to Dallas area, clean and new apartments
Great location with access to tons of eateries and shopping, awesome amenities (can't wait for the gym to open). Apartment is beautiful with nice views. Concerns about our health and well being as they have installed hand sanitizers in the elevators. Great neighborhood to enjoy a leisure stroll or power walk.
We haven't had many issues that were not resolved or looked into further! Thanks for all you do.
I would recommend because of all the features and location and environment. Reasons I would not recommend would be pricing for some.
This complex was pretty good, probably 3.5 or 4 stars, but then it was sold to new management last year. The changes have been obvious as there are no more resident events, less parking enforcement, more break-ins, and now they're taking away the package room so you have to go to the post office to get your packages!

Too many vehicle break ins - other than that it is a nice apartment

I really love this place however, trash cans are always in the hall and the hall floors never shines like the 1st floors at the leasing office
I love my apartment. It’s super cute. It’s quiet. It’s safe and convenient. And I do feel like things have improved, for the most part, since ownership changed.
From the initial application process to executing the lease, everything was very easy and seamless. I took a tour of the property before my move-in date and everything was exactly how it was pictured in the website. Living at the community is awesome. The amenities are great and the staff has always been helpful whenever I had any questions. The other residents in the community are also very friendly and respectful.
Just little things that are preventing it from being a 10. It would be nice to have some newer things in the gym area, a couple of Peloton bikes versus all of the basic spin bikes would be welcome. Having a scale in the gym to actually weigh in and monitor progress would be nice too. It is a little loud at times, though not too bad or worth complaining about to the management.
I have been living here for over seven months and since then I haven't been sleeping on the weekends till 3 or 4 am and sometimes on the week days too. Every time I asked the management to do something about it they told me that they have hired an officer and will start working from next weekend which haven't happend yet. After seven month finally the garage gate started to work and after three weeks it broke. One lighting and tv's in the gym went out and it's been more than 4 months and they are not fixed. Save yourself trouble and don't come tob this place . I am contacting tje corporate and if they don't do something about it I will go to authorities.
My daughter moved in here in December. The apartments were under construction with no one living on her floor and construction workers everywhere. I was and still am very concerned for her safety. It is now March and there is still no gate to the parking lot allowing anyone in. Today someone broke in to her car. They broke her window and stole all her possessions including her computer and work equipment while it was parked in the unsecured garage. As of today, the apartments are still under construction with workers everywhere, fire alarms go off at all hours many times a week, and all the doors to hallways are unsecured giving anyone access. I am worried for her safety when entering or exiting her apartment and would NOT recommend moving in these apartments. They are unsafe with unlivable conditions at this time.
