Property Ratings at The Lofts at Pocasset Mill
So a few tips about this place. 1. Poorly constructed. The walls are very thin so if your neighbor sneezes you will be able to Bless them. If your neighbor smokes, you are now a smoker too. Don't bother complaining about the noise. Management can't be bothered to actually address issues directly. 2. Garbage is not taken on a very good schedule so dumpsters are often full with residents leaving garbage on the ground so expect to see rats. 3. Halls reek of pot but again don't bother complaining to management. The most they will do is send out a general email but fail to actually address the issue with tenants known to be smoking. So not a great environment for a family. 4. Management used to be good but the new ones are totally useless. They refuse to address issues. They never bother provide feedback. You need to constantly hound after them for follow up and even then get incomplete answers. They also enforce the rules poorly and seem give preferential treatment to tenants they prefer.

I have been living at the Lofts at Pocasset Mill since January of 2013. I have a two bedroom two bath with a den (office) and also rent a garage space. I am divorced with a grown daughter...but obviously I like space and I like living here. The proximity to highways and central location in the state allows me to be where I need to be in a timely manner. As for the visual appeal; if 18 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, 15x5 windows, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances are your things? Then this is the place for you. Over the years the office and maintenance staff have changed but have always been helpful, polite, professional and understanding. Currently, Tiffany runs the office. As for residents, I have been fortunate with respectful quiet surroundings. I have never had issues with pests trash or recycling. Parking in the winter can be tricky but if you follow the properties parking procedures there should be no issues. Overall, I would rent here again. I enjoy my loft.
