Property Ratings at The Lofts at Roberts
Lofts is in the city so be ready for noise, lights, and all that comes with a city. The residents here are not friendly, and will not accept you unless you fit into what they want. The staff is great, but to live here is not good until the residents start to take care of Lofts and stop being bullies.
If type of neighbors matter to you. This is not the place for you but these are very nice apartments and well worth the cost. Near railroad tracks, so trains go by very frequently but across from a beautiful park where community events are held. You can enjoy concerts, movies, community events, food festivals, etc, Great little shops and restaurants in downtown. It's a very good place to live if you enjoy the arts, nice community theater. The downtown is being revitalized, you're across the street from the convention center and children' museum, An upscale hotel and parking garage is being built down the street and should be ready Fall, 2015.
Went to an open house, and though I will not be able to move in until May 15 due to current lease somewhere else, I was most impressed. The place had just been renovated and the job done was beautiful. The location is excellent, good neighborhood, close to transportation, museums, and more than ample parking.
I put my aopplication in aug.2013 and sent a deposit to make sure I had my apartment. My complain is this I have told everyone from bus driver to taxi driver and anywhere else the great apt. i have. two of those people are moving in they sign up before dead line but can't move in till after because of lease. now this is just not right I did my part and miller valentine should do theres and give me the 800.00 my email is thank you
