Shadow Glen, a residential community located 10 miles south of downtown Nashville, is located off Nolesnsville Pike. Since the day I met Jessica, it's been an incredible experience! She's been so helpful and on top of everything to make sure I am comfortable here at the Lofts. Then I met Samantha over email & phone and she's just as pleasant to work with, great team all around. The neighbors have been welcoming and the neighborhood is safe.

Love it so far! The last place I stayed as nothing compared to this. The staff is extremely nice & even left me a welcome home gift. The views here are so beautiful! I will have to check back later on and give an update as well
Quiet neighborhood with 9/10 neighbors. It is also very peaceful with beautiful views. However, managment is too involved and disruptive. They enter our residences too much and it consistently causes added stress to our routines as tenants. Can confirm, we all feel this. Also not a worry for us, but a lack of amenities and inconsistencies with lawn care is definitely something to consider when thinking of living here.

We been living here for almost 6 years and love it .close to everything we need , grocery stores Kroger, Walmart ,sprouts, Publix just minutes away
Spacious layouts and great amenities make for a comfortable living experience. The location is convenient, and maintenance is responsive. However, during rain the noises can be loud and being on the ground level, a lot of bugs get in the house. Overall, a solid choice.
Lofts at Rose Monte is a lovely townhome. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are spectacular. They offer a remote system so I can adjust temperature before I arrive home.
The townhomes are spacious, modern and well kept. Maintenance has been friendly and responsive. Adding more street lighting in the side streets would be a plus.
Always quiet, friendly people the only downside is winter weather like most neighborhoods your stuck and cant leave the area, but other than that no complaints.
The management themselves are kind and helpful. The systems, websites are constantly changed and so has tenants confused and scrambling to figure things out constantly. They’re only available Tuesdays and Thursdays which can make it tough.
