Property Ratings at The Lofts at South Street

Not Safe
This place has its fair share of annoyances (paper thin walls, elevator smells like weed, the unit was filthy at move-in), but I can deal with those. What I can't deal with is the ridiculous amount of crime. I moved here four months ago, and already I've had two Amazon packages stolen from my door and my car was broken into. The building has no security; there are no cameras in the hallways or parking lot, and the main entrance is always propped open. I contacted the office about these issues, but they did not care. I do not feel safe here.
