I was really stressed about moving across the county and trying to find a place. After looking at a ton of places, thankfully I found the lofts! I lived there about 2 years and loved living there. The manager Ashley is amazing and responsive to any issues on the property. 5 out of 5 in my book!
This is my first place to ever rent an apartment and I like it. You will always experience noises but that's to be expected when you rent an apartment, but it's not bad here. It's the only place that would allow our big dogs. We live in one of the new units without carpet in the living room, which is ideal for pet families. Everything was new and clean when we moved in, the only issue we've had is the washing machine leaked once, but someone came and looked at it the same day, and it's been fine ever since. Parking is fine in the newer unit buildings unlike everyone else's comment's. I enjoy being able to walk across the street to the Tavern or the coffee shop. Maintenance is good at emptying the dog stands and I rarely see trash and if I do, I pick it up and put it in the dumpster, no need to be trashy just because you have maintenance on site. The property manger is friendly and makes you feel right at home. I wish it came with a gym and pool like most apartments at this price, but it does have a big nice grill area with granite counters and pizza oven. However, it would be even better it you didn't have to request a key to use it. I'm generally happy to live here so far and the location is perfect, specially if you're new to the area. Although the rent price is high, utilities are fair considering our AC was pretty much constantly running through July. If you' renting a one bedroom and need to rent a storage/garage, you'd be better off with a two bedroom for almost the same price, the one bedroom units has very little storage space, so if you're downsizing from a house, be ready to get rid of stuff.
I just moved to Greeley from a few states away! To start out the property manger is on top of her stuff! Could not have asked for a nicer or sweeter lady! Very professional and the most helpful person I have ever met! The apartment is beautiful clean and fresh. very very quite and great place to live! If your looking for a great place to live give the Lofts a call! i swear you wont regret it!
Don't be mislead by a bad review . Come see for yourself. Nice neighbors and quiet surroundings. The few bad apples that were here have been sent packing (NO AMENITIES).She had no dogs but now they were always sick. WHATEVER... The area is nice and just minutes from shopping and Hwy 34. Very nice subdivision for walking the dogs and garages are available.
I moved into a unit that the former tenant had pets in. I am out of there now! Carpet smelled like urine, appliances were junk. Manager never around when issues arose. Dog pen was filthy and the smell was horrific when walking by it. Parking was a big issue. Never a close place to park by my unit. WAY OVERPRICED with nothing to offer! DONT MOVE HERE! GROSS!
My impression while we lived there, was there was no authority or manager avaiable when issues would arise. Parking was always an issue. Dog area was diseased and never disinfected, therfore our dogs were always sick. Trash all over stair wells, 3 fires from smokers on the premises, when that is a serious lease violation. Appliances are junk. Door handle broke on our refrigerator, then fridge was leaking non stop. Washer didn't get clothes clean. Some reviews on here are very misleading, as to the facts of these apartments. They are WAY overpriced for what they are and have.
My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year and plan on signing another year lease. We have had nothing but great experiences here. The property manager Franklin is super friendly, very helpful, and responds to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Our neighbors have been incredibly friendly and I can honestly say we have had no complaints while living here. If you're looking for apartments in Greeley, this complex is definitely one that you need to check out!
In a quick apartment search, The Lofts came in clutch with helping us find a home for me, my husband and our dalmatian. Franklin the Community Manager has been absolutely awesome, professional, courteous, fair and takes appropriate action! It's a clean complex with some unique amenities which make it a little different than other apartment communities in Greeley. I appreciate the casualness, yet firmness in the community rules and I would definitely recommend The Lofts at St. Michaels!
Following an impressive visit in May 2016, I moved in around mid June. My stay since moving in has been perfect. I love my big walk-in closet, updated kitchen and clean grounds. It is located in a new/growing area of Greeley and it's just 20 minutes from I25. The Lofts are minutes from a variety of Greeley shops and restaurants. I have also been extremely grateful for all that the property manager has done for me and one of the maintenance men. I would highly recommend living at the Lofts.
I moved to Greeley to go UNC, and I wanted to find a nice apartment off campus. Close, but not too close. Also it needed to be safe and well-maintained. The Lofts checked all these boxes and more. The property is gorgeous, in a nice neighborhood, and has all the amenities I was looking for (washer/dryer in apartment). And the manager Franklin is excellent. Best manager I've ever had. He's friendly, fair, and is always available to help solve any problems you might have. Truly, an excellent complex, and well worth the price. Definitely check it out!
After looking for 2 months and not finding any place that I wanted to call home I found The Lofts at St. Michael's. Not only are the grounds beautiful and well kept, the apartments are beautifully done. The granite counter tops, high ceilings, and full size washers and dryers in every unit are amazing. Not only are the apartments great, but management is also top notch! Franklin is great at what he does and has the knowledge and experience to back it up. I have never lived in an apartment community that has been as friendly, and that go out of their way to make you feel at home.
It's been a long time since I rented, as I came to Greeley for work. I wasn't looking forward to apt living, until I saw the huge kitchen in the one bedroom unit, and the community here is very quiet, and remained quiet for the entire year I've lived here. However, my favorite part of living here was working with Franklin. From the beginning of finding this property online from my living room in Texas, to showing up to view the apartment, the move in process to the few mishaps of dog poo poo, Franklin has been very helpful, kind, and has a wonderful sense of humor. If I could take this apartment, and Franklin to my next job adventure, I would... but I can't, so
My husband and I sold our house and needed an apartment to stay in while we got ready to purchase another home. We were a bit surprised to speak to leasing agents and apartment managers at other complexes in town who were unfriendly, unscrupulous, and even downright rude. Thank GOODNESS we checked out The Lofts and were able to work with Franklin! Franklin was exceedingly helpful and we now have a comfortable, modern apartment with a great layout in a very nice neighborhood. Our neighbors are all very pleasant and considerate, and the property is well-maintained. After living here for several months we are very satisfied with our choice! -The Toledos
I moved to The Lofts in March 2016, so I've been here about 10 months now so far I'm very happy with my decision. Apartments are very nice (don't see granite countertops in apartments often) and the floorplans are well designed and cozy. Apartments seem to be exceptionally well insulated, so not a lot of noise disturbance from your neighbors. Franklin, the manager, is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also its one of the very few locations in the area that already has available fiber optic internet with 1gb/s speeds (Only $80/mo too) which is great for me since I am a techy type. The location is great, especially if you have to travel to I-25 for work. Being on the edge of town you don't have to deal with congested traffic heading westbound, but its still close to everything you might need. Not a very large complex which means its quiet and you get personal service from management. Overall a great little community.

I moved to the Lofts at St. Michael's after having my own home and being used to complete peace and quiet and plenty of personal space. My experience has been top notch from day one. The manager has been great to work with the entire time. He makes sure that any issues get dealt with in a timely and effective manner. I have a small dog and the amenities at The Lofts have been more than satisfactory in supplying for pet clean up as well as an area to go to in case the dog just needs a potty break. The surrounding neighborhood is really beautiful and great to take walks through with nice paths. I'm on a ground level unit and haven't experienced any issues with any of my surrounding neighbors. From what I've heard the only two kids in the complex live across from me and it's never ever been an issue, they're great neighbors and the kids are no bother at all. Everyone I've interacted with in the community is pretty respectful overall, and it's just a relaxing place to come home to. I love that there are garages available, and have taken advantage of that from the time of move in. Colorado weather can be pretty unpredictable and it's really nice to have an actual garage even though it's apartment living. The location overall is really convenient both to shopping in Greeley as well as Loveland and Fort Collins, etc. I would recommend The Lofts at St. Michael's to anyone looking for upscale apartment living in the Greeley area!

Relocated to Weld County for work from Southern Colorado. Looked at places in Ft. Collins, Loveland, Johnstown, and Greeley. St. Michael's was by far the best property and fair price. The Community Manager Franklin was always responsive and flexible and made sure our move was as smooth as possible. The property is in final stages of completion but the construction crews and everyone has been great. Quiet area of Greeley with all the grocery, retail, and restaurants you want in (3) miles or less from community. Neighbors are friendly. Finishes in units are nice and the floorplans are nice and spacious. Not all the amenities are in place yet, but coming and compared to other properties we looked at this was best for location, local shopping, and convenience (its right off the 34 Hwy but not so close you hear any of the traffic. You should call Franklin and see for yourself. We have been here a month now and love it! Kirk C.
