Property Ratings at The Lofts at Ten Mile
At first, I really loved the property and the management, but since it has gone downhill dramatically. Most of my contact has been with Chloe and I have been MORE than disappointed. Recent snowstorms we have had and the property’s lack of effort to maintain the parking lot, I now have a mound of ice in front of my garage. After scraping the bottom of my car while also slipping and hoping not to hit the sides of the garage I have had to personally break the ice down to safely gain access for the space I pay an extra for. I had asked the management if they would take care of this, and they said they would. After the timeline they provided for "snow mitigation" there has been no difference in the ice mound in front of my garage or others in the complex. We are now in the middle of a new storm and the entire parking lot is not maintained. I had to email multiple times to get the 500.00 concessions included in my lease renewal. On New Years Eve 2024 I came home to a noise violation on my door. I had been gone since 7:00 that morning. When I asked them about it, I was told that the property manager had confirmed the noise was excessive on December 12th (3wks prior). They informed me that the noise was confirmed by the property manager from the hallway "multiple units down" (20-30yrds). Odd that this noise was so excessively loud that it took 20days to notify me and zero efforts to knock on my door to address it in the moment. Currently there are bike locks on the gates to limit access to the hot tub and pool. There are designated EV charging parking spots (for chargers I and others have never been able to get to work) but they are regularly taken by gas powered cars and the property does nothing to about it. Also, if you want to use the open parking spots for your friends and family to visit, note that there is a parking permit policy and if guests stay more than 4Hrs they are at risk of being towed unless you provide the office with their personal information including their license plate numbers. The management team issues property policies that are not in the lease agreement such as no personal door mats due to "fire hazards," yet the property itself has door mats at most all building entrances. The property is non-smoking, but you will regularly smell cigarette smoke as people will smoke in the parking lot or on their balconies. You will also smell weed. I have yet to see or hear about management doing anything about this.
This is a nice facility and the staff is great BEFORE you move in. AFTER you move in, they are not very helpful. The staff will tell you that you need to speak to the manager, and take a message, but the manager never responds. This happened many times. They owe me for an overpayment and keep telling me they will call back but they never do. All they do is give me the runaround. How hard is it to mail a refund check? Nice facility, but high priced, with poor management.

The staff has never been helpful for I have lived in these lofts for a few months now. They will also bleed you dry with any fees they can get away with. Do not live here

My wife and I absolutely love it here! The apartment staff have been incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Kevin. The complex is well built, and the gym is to die for - all Rogue equipment, assault bike, air runner, concept two tower, even a GHD machine!
