Property Ratings at The Lofts at Yale and Towne
Not sure because of the articles on BLT if the apartments are safe.
I liove where I live Iâ??ll recommend to all friends and family to apply
Lack of a serious fitness area. I understand it is under renovation but the original facility for the price of the apartment is laughable. The parking situation is disorganized and scarce. The $125 a month fee far surpasses more expensive apartments and is unreasonable.
Pricey for what you get. Parking awful.
I would recommend this apartment for the affordability and location. However, I do wish that the fitness center had more features and machines.
YES
YES
Price is okay but amenity fee is steep when there is only 1 amenity (gym). Could go elsewhere to get gym membership for less.

it's a great, reliable community to be a part of!
Staff were all friendly. Property was clean. Apartments look great!
The lack of luxury amenities (i.e. pool/outdoor space, lack of grills, parking, etc.) for the price you pay in rent does not align. I love the aesthetic of the apartments but for security and amenity purposes, I would recommend other buildings before the lofts (as these are all amenities people are looking for and prioritize)
Location is convenient, but parking is somewhat inadequate, incl handicapped.
I love that my apt and this area is still close to everything, but far enough away from the loud, busy, party areas. Everyone in the community here are super friendly and welcoming!
The value isn't all there - for the price point there is very little in the way of amenities.
Renter Beware: Let me start off by saying the building is beautiful, it is safe, and the neighborhood is great. very convenient walk to the train, and lots to do close by. With that being said, working with the staff here is utterly frustrating. there is a constant turn around in the office because people can not stand to work in the mess and confusion here. Since moving in I have had countless maintenance request... all resulting in a replaced microwave, stove, washer, dryer, water heater, damaged floor due to water heater breaking/leaking, and 2 separate request for heating/air conditioning issues. Maintenence will give you the runaround and basically gaslight you into believing you are going crazy every time you put in a request. you have to submit the same problem 4 to 5 times before something will actually be done. They make you believe that they have fixed the issue, or that they are working on it, or act like it isn't broken. It took over 3 months to have a dryer replaced and the dryer was so loud it could be heard running all the way down the halls. you would have to run the dryer two times just to get a load of clothing dry. Now we are currently facing an issue with parking. My partner and I pay $150 monthly for garage parking and yet we are only able to park our cars in the garage about half the month. The lot is always full and management will not acknowledge this issue. They have been "working on the problem" since October and there has been zero progress towards a solution. Every time we bring this issue up to management we are only met with an attitude and maybe if we are lucky a $10 credit will be added to our account for the inconvenience. One of the reasons we pay for parking is safety. Although the building is great the area can be a little rough at night and when I come home from work at 2 am, I am often times forced to park up the street in a not so safe area and walk home to my apartment alone. My advice to someone looking to move here... DON'T. Pinnacle Living management company is run so incompetently it could make living in the most beautiful apartment miserable. If you are deciding to rent make sure that check EVERYTHING before moving in, and I MEAN EVERYTHING. You do not wan to have to go through a headache of having to reach out to the staff here.
Access to NYC and the Trolley service are Great assets. Would appreciate increased security patrol during night. Not sure who is responsible for cleaning up debris around outside of building and the lawn area on Henry Street & Canal. Parking for guests is lacking.
several businesses within walking distance! Grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, parks, and an 8 minute walk to the train! Love the high ceilings and exposed brick, so unique
I would recommend it only if they wanted to live in harbor point. I don't think there are other good rentals in Stamford. I think the management company doesn't care
The commmunity is great, however, the multiple issues that have been experienced in my apartment are beyond acceptable. Parking has yet to be addressed and emails have also been tossed to the side by management.
By the end of our first week at The Lofts, everyone on our hall had made a point to come by and say hello. It was a great welcome! The landscaping and building are very well-maintained, and maintenance requests are completed quickly. However, parking is extremely limited, the leasing office can be rather rude, and it would be nice to have a pool like all of the surrounding apartment complexes. All in all, it's a nice place to live within walking distance to the Metro North train station.
Amazing windows let in lots of light. High ceilings and high end appliances and fixtures. Great area with lots to do!
