Bad cockroach infestation in this building!!!!!!!!
KPL management is non existent, no employees or trash removal services, broken locks and towing parking pass owners, no maintenance services and bad elevators, already preparing for legal action if asked to pay unnecessary maintenance fees at the end of lease. Please completely disregard any positive review after November of 2020. The only thing that works in the building are the stairs and 1 garage door
I am currently a student living in an apartment directly across from Cleveland State campus with a panoramic view of Lake Erie. It is an ideal location with the RTA bus service right in front of the building. If you don't want to take the bus, there is a parking garage on the bottom of the building where you can park your car. A security guard is on-site to greet tenants when they enter the building.There is a wide variety of amazing restaurants located nearby to tempt customers and Playhouse Square is just around the corner. Positive renovations are definitely transforming the city of Cleveland!
