I enjoy the walking paths and lakes. The entire area is beautiful. My apartment has been recently renovated and I enjoy my stainless steel appliances and having a washer and dryer is a huge plus. In addition to the great location, renovated apartment, the management is amazing. Rookwood Properties' on-site manager Sharon does a fantastic job of ensuring maintenance issues (have had only one in 2 yrs) are promptly taken care of and makes this complex a place you will enjoy living in. My neighbors are great, I am really happy here and highly recommend it.
We have everything around us that we need. Parks, walking trails, pools, stores, anything that you need. Our rent isn't super high and it's a comfortable place to call home. I feel safe and happy living in Villa Hills.
My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now and have definitely enjoyed it! There are a lot of walking trails which make it perfect for us! We did have our rent raised $25 after the first year but it still was much lower than the other apartments we had looked at previously. All of our neighbors are awesome and quiet as well. We really love living here and don't plan on moving any time soon!
This is a great place to live! Office staff is friendly and maintenance is very fast. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
