The Lofts on Broadway

Living here has been great! We have rented various apartments in Idaho falls that have ended up being a nightmare and are so glad to find a place we feel comfortable staying for longer than a year. Management is very helpful and responsive.

I enjoyed everything about living at The Lofts. The apartments are new and look really nice, the layout is very functional, there is a grocery store, gym and Papa Murphy's (and other stuff) that you basically share a parking lot with and the club house is AMAZING!!! I've lived in many apartment complexes and this is by FAR the best club house I've ever experienced. You can also reserve it if you're a tenant and their hot pool (that's right it's too big to call it a tub) is open year round. Have you experienced sitting in a hot "pool" when it's snowing? It's spectacular. Yet the best part of living at The Lofts was how well they stay on top of maintenance. I've seen brand new luxury apartments turn to trash when maintenance drags their feet to repair things, doesn't do it correctly or doesn't do it at all. The Lofts is going to be a great place to live for years to com because they make submitting a maintenance requests a breeze, their response time is immediate and they actually repair things right the first time. Needless to say, I recommend this place. It's at least worth your time and consideration. Also, Mandy and Evelyn are delightful.

Excellent apartment for the price. I have covered parking, brand new appliances, and a very convenient location; to get all of that in one place is pretty miraculous in Idaho Falls. I love the layout of the apartment and it gives me just enough space to do everything I need. Staff has been very easy to work with, and the amenities that are provided to renters are definitely a plus! I was surprised at how fresh the unit was when I moved in, not just clean, I mean the rooms don't have 20 year old stained carpet, hallelujah! Would recommend.

I've loved how close this is to everything. I can walk to Albertsons, the pharmacy, the gym, and my bus! I rarely need to use my car. The management has been super responsive to any of my submitted requests. Very professional and kind. I plan to renew for sure.

The people that helped me apply and get into the apartments were helpful and friendly. However once I signed my lease they were incredibly unresponsive and disrespectful of my time. I scheduled numerous maintenance requests for items unfinished upon move in. I took time off work to be present for them to perform the work on times agreed. They didn’t show up on multiple occasions and failed to communicate that with me. This happened through the majority of my time living here. On move out I was quoted $150 to clean the ENTIRE apartment. I figured I’d save the money and do the cleaning myself. On the checkout inspection they found a few imperfections in the cleaning. I understand and would find it reasonable to charge maybe $20-$50 to touch up the simple items that were found. However, they ended up charging me the entire $150 even after I had poured hours of my own time to thoroughly clean the apartment. (Note: I helped manage/clean apartments for 6 years prior to living here so I understand what qualifies them as move-in ready) All in all I wouldn’t recommend living here due to the shady business practices and disrespect they have for their tenants.

The Lofts have been a spectacular place to live! Tons of amenities including a clubhouse, a very large hot-tub, multiple grilling spaces, a pickleball court, a dog park, and a free membership to high-quality gym within easy walking distance. The apartments are fitted with high-quality appliances, and a cohesive floor plan. Above all, the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful in every situation. I would highly recommend The Lofts to anyone looking for a clean and friendly environment!

This place is easily the nicest place we have lived. We love that these units are brand new so we haven't dealt with many of the problems you might typically find in an apartment. The appliances in the units are updated and there is plenty of kitchen space as well as storage, which we have loved. The amenities are amazing! We get to enjoy a beautiful clubhouse with outdoor seating, a fireplace, and a hot tub! The fiber Wifi included with the rent has been super nice! We also get a Bodifi gym membership included with our rent which has been so convenient. The gym is right next door and has everything we need. The location of the apartments is close to a grocery store, shipping center, and many food options. It's also just a few minutes from the Idaho Falls Greenbelt and downtown area, which we have really enjoyed.

I looked for a apartment for a couple of weeks in Idaho Falls. The Loft Apartments ended up being the best location for me. They're only about three or four blocks from the INL bus stop in the West area. They also have numerous convenient retail businesses next to them including the next door gym that is included with the apartment. Grocery, auto parts, shipping store, pharmacy, numerous fast food and pizza places, etc. The apartments themselves are beautiful. One of the nicest I've lived in. Great amenities, creative and decorative layout, upgraded kitchen appliances, inclusive washer and dryer, and extremely well made and quiet. Finally, the customer service, maintenance, and associated administrative support has been exemplary. Their responses are immediate, and any issues that came up were addressed to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place! It’s exactly as I expected if not better! The whole signing the lease to move in was seamless. I highly recommend this place. Management has been wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!!
