Property Ratings at The Lofts
overall goof and maintenance always comes fast, but electric consistently goes over allowance. also there are lots of cool events held in the office!
Maintenance is great. I like the staff run events. I appreciate the property manager taking time to listen to questions and concerns when needed. I wish the people I lived near were quiet and respectful of the property.
Great location and nice apartments! Less than 10 minutes to campus and also close to other places in the area. About same rent as other places in the area.
There's a lot to improve on. Amenities could be open longer, the apartment units could be better maintained, and staff could be more helpful. It's acceptable, but loses points for the cost. For the quality, it is way overpriced.
Everything has been great! clean apartments. I feel safe. Only thing negative would be the washer and dryer but they aren’t terrible. Especially how welcoming they are to our furry friends!
this has been super great so far; my roommate and I really like our place. our bathroom is big, the rooms are small but in a cozy way, and the living room is the perfect movie night spot.
The move in was smooth. Everything was laid out nicely. I was able to come way earlier and start moving in early which was nice as well. It was a great experience overall and everyone was helpful.
Apartment wasn't very clean when i arrived but I have had no problems with any bugs or noise disturbances. The apartment room is nice and big.
The lofts is a wonderful apartment complex to live at for students. There is many amenities such as a big pool and a gym with a basketball court. Maintenance is also great at resolving issues very quickly.
Maintenance comes fast, front desk is usually helpful, and pretty good parking/trash situation. The only thing is that with the recent change in management, there has been some hiccups regarding rent payments but so far everything else has been good!
Really nice and quiet and affordable during my stay as I was searching for an apartment for a long time and luckily was able to found this one…overall great staff and management is a bit understaffed but is still able to get every request done for my time being here…
The room is pretty small for the price I'm paying in rent, and everything was dusty with bits of plastic/trash left over from I guess cleaning. But other than that it's an ok place. The view from my window is pretty nice.
Would be like a 3.8 good for the price but good bit of things that maintenance needed to fix. Such as door handles lights and leakage. The amenities are very nice tho and maintenance had been quick so far
It’s pretty chill. People are cool and mind their own business so you shouldn’t have a problem. The apartments are clean and pretty spacious.
The office and staff have been kind and helpful while I was moving in. The community events are plentiful and all sound entertaining. The residents I have seen around have also been nice.
So far so good. Move in day was horribly bad, but other than that I’ve been liking the apartment. My roommates are chill and everything works well enough. Move in day the place was trashed but after hours of cleaning it up, we were able to turn it into something nice
Cozy 2x2 apartment with functional layout, decent storage, and natural light. Great for students or roommates, but slightly cramped. Good, helpful staff.
So far everything has went smoothly. Helpful staff, responsive to emails and phone calls and very quick to answer questions. Very thoughtful in roommate placement given personal situations as well.
The application process for the complex is very easy and straight forward. The staff is very easy to get a hold of and answer questions quickly.
The place is nice. Some of the staff is nice as well. Maintenance is quick and super helpful! I like the area because you can take back roads to campus. There's also a lot of food options nearby. The biggest complaint I have is that our apartment got randomly inspected (they said they couldn't tell us why) and they left our bedroom doors wide open and front door unlocked. They also left our lights on and we didn't know for how long (luckily we didn't have to pay anything over on our conservice bill). When I called the person I spoke to was super nice and apologized. When my roommate called, she spoke to a different person and she wasn't as nice. So it can sometimes be a toss up on what kind of attitude you'll be greeted with, but I'd say for the most part they are cool.
Great costumer service! They answered all the questions i had! The amenities are great! Pool, gym, study rooms and more! So far I don't have any complaints!

Hello, we are so happy to hear that you have enjoyed your time here and that you have made some great friends! Have a great day!
So far, the experience has been amazing. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer my questions. As a parent who will be dropping his child for college can be very scary, however, from the process of the application to the bedroom and safety, the loft team has taken away a good amount of worries. Two thumbs up so far. Thanks Team.
I really enjoyed living here. The community is so nice, staff is friendly and attentive, and the units are well done. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Maintenance is always kind and hard-working. Clean environment, and great staff! Me and my roommates have had a wonderful time in our first year here.
I currently live at the lofts and the employees are very helpful. For instance, I recently had a problem paying rent and Carl at the leasing office was very understanding and helpful.

We struggled to find a place for my daughter who’s an incoming freshman, but everyone here was so nice and helpful. They fit us in for a tour during orientation and Brandon was an absolute angel. so lucky to have found this place compared to the nightmare we had everywhere else. My girl is so happy!

they provide good amenities and maintenance. i like that food trucks come here often. the room size is small and you have lots of roommates for the price.

Hi Nicole, thank you for leaving a review! We're glad to hear you enjoy the food trucks we bring to property! Have a great day
Towed my car in front of my own apartment for no reason, not in anybody's space, which cost me $135 dollars to get back. Staff entered my bedroom WHILE I WAS SLEEPING without my consent. Lied and overcharged us on overages. Property manager does not care about any of our issues at all, nor will she care about yours. She pretends to be nice but is actually a really inconsiderate person. She does not care about what happens to us. Overpriced and fake.

This place is great because the amenities are amazing and the new office. Homero was very helpful and knowledgable about the property and answered every question

Thank you Elizabeth for a great tour, the apartments are clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful, especially our tour guide Elizabeth who answered all of our questions.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Close to campus and walking distance to many stores (5 minutes to Walmart, Pizza Joint, Olive Garden, Checkers), it is an excellent location for your Knight! Fair price and the amenities are perfect, and also (very important) the staff at the office is super friendly. It is great that they are dog friendly, we even spend last Thanksgiving there. They are renovating the main office and the gym now, and I love that they have so many activities on-site all the time (food trucks, giveaways, scavenger hunts, raffles). My son and now also my niece just moved in. They are really happy there.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at The Lofts. We're happy we could meet your expectations! Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything. Have a wonderful day.
The Lofts provides a nice home for competitive prices. In comparison to the rent of nearby student apartments, the Lofts are one of the cheaper ones. Maintenance isn’t too fast which is a bummer, but overall it is solid.

Just moved in and I love it! The apartment came super clean and the staff is always helpful and nice. The amenities are all new and the study areas are cute and super appealing! Definitely recommend The Lofts ????

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at The Lofts. Have a wonderful day!
Super dirty upon moving in, manager and office are rude to students and weren't at all responsive or helpful unless there was a parent involved. Also had an issue with someone illegally living in our apartment while my roommates and I were home because of covid. Filed a report with police but yet again management offered no help or answers.

We're sorry you did not have the best experience with us. We provided as much information as we had to assist. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us for assistance.
After sending the deposit return to the wrong address, the office was attempted to be contacted for the weeks to follow. That was over FOUR WEEKS ago. The manager in charge of this place (Ramos) has avoided full responsibility every time. Attempting to contact them mid-day you will find them out to lunch, and they will send a response email around 5 for an update. Jokes on you if you try to reach out around then - attempted to call at 4:50pm and since they close at 5pm, Ms. Ramos refused to come to the phone according to the people running the desk. After numerous phone calls and emails resulting in no updates or progress to correcting the issue, it feels like management is intentionally avoiding returning the security deposit.
This place is so amazing! I moved back to Orlando and hope to get another place as nice and clean as this one! Best place yet!
Thought this place would be better than where I previously lived and only because I didn't have roommates. I was only allowed to move in mid-August but had to pay rent in July AND they make you pay a whole month's rent instead of just two weeks. When I moved in, it was so dirty. What do they do for the two weeks it's vacant??? There was dust EVERYWHERE. In the corners of the walls and behind the chest of drawers. The microwave was FILTY and they used a swiffer to clean the tiled floors - that's why it was insanely sticky. There's have been 6 roaches in the beginning of our move in. They apparently get furniture from a local place and the faux leather on the chairs comes off after like a month or so of use. The same goes for the cushions on the couch. Throughout the year, they're slowly replacing everything so nothing really matches. We have a countertop in the kitchen that's broken and maintenance said they'd get someone to fix it and never did. The surface of the bathtub is peeling and gets dirty REALLY quick. Mind you - we are extremely clean people and don't wear shoes inside. When you move in and walk barefoot, your feet will turn black but staff will just tell you you need to vacuum multiple times before it goes away. Pets aren't allowed but you see people walking their dogs, big and small. So you'll find dog poop everywhere, even at the shuttle stop. The staff are kind but their policies are all jokes. We have loud upstairs roommates and have only reported them a few times. They'll have parties past 12am and when we call the CA, they'll tell us to call back in 15 minutes if it continues. What makes you think that after a number of hours with people having a party that it'll just all disappear within 15 minutes? It's a complete joke. Also people here steal from vehicles, especially company owned trucks. This is definitely student housing for unrespectable residents. If you're into that kind of thing, this is the place for you.
I'm absolutely in love with my apartment. The area is gorgeous and safe and the complex itself is incredible. The rooms are big and the furniture is awesome. We have temper pedic beds and leather couches and i was blessed with awesome roommates. The rent is perfect and all the free food throughout the week is an addes bonus for sure. Dominos even comes and sells pizza right from our clubhouse. We have a nice gym, pool and computer room and everything in between. I couldn't be happier living at the lofts!
I would say the Lofts is the best apartment complex around UCF. As far as I know there hasn't been one crime at the Lofts. Three-Four cops live here and there is almost always a cop here hidden. The best part is the internet, TV, gym, and the pool.
Great student housing for safety, a little outdated, charge extra for utilities. Great place for students, one of the safest out of the area.
The rent is about average for the area. The apartment complex is kept up nicely. During the middle of the semester, the wifi sometimes went out due to the high traffic. My car was stolen from the parking lot outside the complex. Overall had a good experience living there.
Beautiful place, really close to everything and everyone's really nice
