they got the worst customer service that you will ever find! they don't care if anything breaks at ur apt, wont even bother to follow up, always argument at the office, all they care about is their money, charges way too much for water, I had paid $120 plus for a month!!! they don't even pay that much for a house!!!!the most unprofessional one in there is Rachel, I don't even know why she is till there! u want a manager who stays on top of issues and find a way to fix it instead of coming with some lame excuses! if this place get a better management team, its a great place!!!!

They must pay people to write good reviews online that say they are "friendly".... I have never been treated so unprofessional, rude, difficult to work with, and all around AWFUL. I would never recommend someone to stay here based on it being ridiculously overpriced and the worst service you could imagine.
