I would recommend living here. The staff has been extremely helpful and courteous. The grounds are maintained (although I believe the outside are is over watered near my apartment). I have not seen a cockroach here ever and I lived her for 2 months. The neighbors are nice and the gym is kept clean as well as the pool area.

The office ladies are absolutely rude and hateful people, who have no idea what they are doing and the maintenance is never kept. There are roaches everywhere and everything is nothing like the pictures. The only nice building in the whole complex is the office, where management sits and does nothing all day. I would NEVER recommend staying here.

This place is a dump. The gym is dirty all the time and the pools are green. No one cleans up after their dogs or themselves, so there are cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere. Aside from the filth, this place is not safe. There have been multiple incidents where gunshots have gone off right outside my window. When posting on the community wall to warn other residents about the gunshots, my posts were denied. The management doesn’t care about our safety, and won’t even let us warn other residents about safety concerns either. I am counting down the days until my lease is over. Do not live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I was hopeful that the new management would improve this apartment complex, but it actually has made it worse. My air conditioner has broken 3 times in the past 2 months and every time they patch it up and do not ACTUALLY FIX IT!! Maintenance technicians are extremely rude and office staff ignores your phones calls and messages. Maintenance requests are marked as completed when no work has been done. Unacceptable in every category! Stay away!!

The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom have water damage and the office don’t help you if you have ANY ISSUES!!! They find ways to keep your deposit too!! Dog poo on the grounds everywhere and the office only cares about taking your rent and not making sure you are safe and comfortable!!! This is a dump!!

When I moved down to Texas from Ohio, I needed a place to live in less than 3 weeks. I found my apartment complex and they have been really nice and they take good care of their tenets. I love this place so much!
It is an OK place to leave. The area is surrounded by good schools and some grocery shopping stores and restaurants which are in walk in distant. The apartment management is very slow on fixing things and since its a old building, every things are breaking constantly. Energy bill is high here due to building maintenance issues such as having big gaps on doors and windows. Rent is very high compare to other neighborhood near by newer apartments.
I moved from Illinois to Texas last year and rented this apartment only by looking at the website and speaking with the office. I have a very good location it is a second floor corner apartment. The few times I have needed to call maintenance they came quickly. The pool and laundry room are very clean. The landscaping is very well kept.
