Property Ratings at The Lone Oak Apartments
My complex is not high-end by any means. There's no air conditioning, the roofing insulation is slim to non existent and its fixtures are generally circa 1970s. No in-unit utilities (w/d nor hot water heater). 2 coin op washers in the back of the complex. The 2 bdrm units are generally way better than the 1's or studios. The 1s have pretty small galley kitchens. One annoyance is the bathroom windows all face in toward the central courtyard. But the onsite managers are cool folks and you know this place is not headed for any radical price increase in the foreseeable future.
