Let me start by saying that living downtown is alot of fun. Having a community like O4W makes it better. Now full disclusure it was taken over by new management. It was some and still kinks that need to be worked out.Im giving them time to do so.Ive seen some changes that are being implemented and that good. The most important thing for me is that im able to go to the office and receive good resident service. Twynate has always had a moment to talk to me about any issues and go over new systems. Jason has been very helpful about getting me acclimated to the new parking. Shakeisha was very instrumental in resolving an issue with my reserve parking space, She was really nice. I really liked her conflict resolution methods. Im expecting that this level of service can only get better.
Ever since hilltop took over for Camden, the place is becoming much cleaner and safer. Hilltop is on top of service requests, with someone showing up the same day and problems being resolved quickly. I’ve been here for three years and truly love living here
I toured these apartments few months ago, they seemed like a good fit so I quickly put a deposit it down to lock it in because they told me it was refundable. I ended up choosing an apt more suited to my needs and it’s been 6 months and I still haven’t gotten my deposit refunded! It’s completely unprofessional, and if this is how they handle a simple refund I can’t imagine how poorly they would handle any other issue. So glad I didn’t choose Camden!!

there are loud parties every weekend (and occasional tuesdays). there is zero security and even if you call nothing gets done about it.

I loved living at Camden Vantage! If you are looking for a place in Atlanta I would HIGHLY recommend living here. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and welcoming. Japera and Summer always took care of me, and do a great job at managing the community. The maintenance team is SO quick about getting service requests completed, and are really friendly. The new renovations they are doing look SO good, I wish I wasn’t relocating! My favorite thing about Camden Vantage is the rooftop, they have the best rooftop view in the entire city, and I loved hanging out at the Jackson Street bridge to watch sunset. They have two great pools and the gym was just renovated! I really have nothing but great things to say about Camden Vantage and everyone that works there. Thank you for making my time here so great!

not a safe area door to my building has been broken (unlocked) for 10 months break ins are frequent , security is not very responsive. A lot of loud disturbances at night Random vaguely labeled charges on my rent as well. You can do better in this neighborhood

This does have a great location with a great view. Except that every time I cook, the fire alarm goes off. The hooks in the bathroom fell off, the walls are extremely thin and you can’t even play music off your phone without someone getting mad. The microwave, a piece of it falls off every time you open it AND most importantly, the a/c will not set to a temperature below 80, so much is wrong with this apartment for such a high price each month, there shouldn’t be this many issues. Other places in Atlanta are a lot cheaper with better apartments and appliances.

As a former employee and resident, I can honestly say that Camden Vantage is a wonderful place to work and live. The team is amazing and truly care about the residents, and the property itself is spectacular. It's right in the heart of Atlanta giving you easy access to so many different areas of town. It is also in close proximity to the highway, which is really convenient. There are two rooftop gardens that are both open 24/7. They have a panoramic view of the city that is the best view of Atlanta that I have seen. So if you need some time to yourself to relax or to gather with friends, the rooftop is the perfect place for that. They also have a 24/7, two-story Fitness Center that has everything you need in a gym. Seriously, you won't even need a gym membership anymore. There are two sparkling salt water pools that make you feel like you are at a resort. And last but not least, they have a Club Lounge/Business Center that is perfect for studying or working. It can also be rented out for get-togethers, as well as the Rooftop. Security is fantastic. They have a dedicated security guard overnight as well as a dedicated security hotline to call for any non-emergency issues. There are also two courtesy officers that live on property. On top of all of that, they have cameras in all the halls, the amenity areas, and the exterior of the property. AND first floor apartments that face the exterior of the community have alarms installed. Parking is surprisingly fantastic, which you wouldn't except for an intown property. Camden Vantage doesn't charge monthly for parking like most Itp communities. Instead it is just one time when you move in. Guest parking is located on the first floor of both garages where it is covered, but not gated. However, if you're looking for a guaranteed spot for your guests that is in the garage, you can check out a guest parking pass from the office. This allows your guests to park inside the garage on the rooftop area and you can have the pass for up to 3 days. I don't think it gets much better than that! If you're looking for an oasis in the city, look no further than Camden Vantage. You're going to love it!

I moved from CO to GA and the first thing that was great about this apartment was how helpful the office staff was with my transition! I asked a lot of questions and they never got annoyed or acted bothered by me and continually made sure that they were there to help me with anything I needed. My apartment is beautiful with updated appliances and countertops, new carpet and modern fixtures. I love all the common areas! There are courtyards all over with fountains, fire pits, bbq grills, pools - you name it. The rooftop lounge areas are wonderful for watching the sunset. All the amenities offered to the residents are a big perk. Access to the city is great due to the location of the apartments. One complaint is the guest parking is not very efficient, but you learn to manage.

The areas on both sides of the garage labeled guest parking is now being strictly monitored as such. We also have a system in place where you can check out a guest parking pass from the office. Great location to downtown, Beltline, and other attractions in area. Concerns about safety, as my car was broken in to three months after I moved in and my fiances car was recently broken in to. Lots of lights on the property are out, leasing office blames it on GA Power.

I love living at this property because the location is great!!! I'm in the middle of everything and can walk to many different shops and restaurants. The property use to be Alexan 360 and then Camden took over. They started off pretty rocky, but things seem to be getting better since they have taken over.

Fantastic views of the City! The location is right in the mix of the hip Old fourth ward area. Located close to the Atlanta beltline which is idea for those looking to take advantage of the scenic routes of the beltline. Extremely close to the downtown connector and within walking distance of prime nightlight on Atlanta's Edgewood Ave. Conveniently located not to far from Midtown, Grant Park and Virginia Highlands areas as well. There is also a Rooftop terrace available for residents to reserve and two beautiful salt water pools with lounge areas. The staff is great and always available to provide assistance to residents. Great place to call home!

We just moved into these apartments and so far we LOVE it. The location is perfect - close to downtown, GA State, Little 5 Points, and maybe 10 minutes drive to Buckhead. We chose a one bedroom apartment, very spacious and the high ceilings make it feel even more open. As far as security, this place is on lock down. You need a key scanner to get into AND out of the parking deck, as well as to gain access to the hallways from the parking deck and to gain access to any of the amenities. This could be problematic if we were to ever forget out keychain but that's a risk I'm willing to take for the level of security that's offered. The entire complex is very clean and maintained perfectly. Lots of people have pets and I have yet to see any accidents on the sidewalks at any point. I could go on and on, but basically it's perfect. So far we do not have any complaints, definitely worth a look if you want a great apartment!

Living at Camden Vantage was an overall good experience for me. The only issue that I had with them happened within the past 2 months, which I'll explain later in this very long review. So I signed my 15 month lease in June 2014. I was starting grad school at GSU and I wanted to live somewhere close enough to campus for me to walk, but I didn't want to live with a bunch of students. Initially, I was weary of living alone for the first time in Downtown Atlanta, but there was never a time when I personally felt unsafe in my apartment. The complex did experience a few break-ins & whenever a break-in did happen, management would send an email to the residents providing details (mainly vague ones) of the incident. I wished they would have specified which floors the break-ins occurred on, but they never did. I lived on the 5th floor and experienced no issues. So if you can, live higher up, it's a little less accessible to the bad guys. Cool activites: Rooftop yoga, bootcamp, and there's a food truck that visits the complex basically every Thursday. The amenities are nice also - valet trash, well maintened pools, and the rooftop view/atmosphere. Now onto the issue that came up recently. 60 Day Notice: I had been getting emails here and there about resigning my lease and what my new rate would be if I did. I wasn't interested because I knew that I wasn't going to be living there after my lease ended at the end of September (school reasons.) Those were the only emails that I received. I never got an email saying that I must give them a 60 day notice if I was not resigning. I assumed that me not replying to those emails was enough of an indicator that I was no longer going to be living there. I found out otherwise. When I told them that I wasn't resigning, they quickly told me that I was 4 days past the time of giving them my 60 day notice. And that I would be charged for those 4 days (an additional $200 added onto my last month's rent.) I was highly upset because those 4 days could've been 3 if someone would have explained that to me the day prior when I was sitting in the leasing office and I verbally stated that I didn't plan on resigning. There was no email sent out saying that you had to give them notice either. It was mainly just confusion and miscommunication with the office. But had none of that happened, my time there would have been perfect.

I've lived at Camden Vantage for a year now and it is honestly the best complex I have ever lived in. In my opinion, amenities and location are a huge factor in finding a comfortable place to live and Camden Vantage excels in all categories. Located just a short walk from the heart of downtown Atlanta, Camden Vantage boasts two rooftop views of beautiful downtown, two private pools, a two-story gym, multiple ways for residents to interact with each other, private deck parking for each building, balconies for every apartment, updated appliances, etc. Any work request I have had to put in gets addressed within 24 hours. A lot of the time it is addressed first thing the very next morning. As long as I stay in Atlanta, I plan to continue living at Camden Vantage. I highly recommend it for any renter looking to live in downtown Atlanta.

Camden Vantage is a spectacular place to live. Its close to the action yet offers quiet beautiful views of the city. Its withing walking distance to historic sites in Atlanta and still convenient to the newer attractions. The grounds are clean and safe. My neighbors are wonderful and its pet friendly. What more could 1 want?

Overall, Camden Vantage is a pretty good place to call home. Maintenance does a good job with the property upkeep and the staff is friendly. The upgrades to the amenities have been superb. The only down side to the property is the lack of visitor parking spaces.

We are so glad to hear you appreciate our community and staff! Regarding the lack of visitor parking spaces, we have made some changes in that area due to feedback from our residents. The visitor parking areas on both sides of the garage are now strictly for guests. We monitor these areas daily to ensure this. Also, we have a system in place to where you can check out a guest parking pass. Once you sign the guest parking addendum, you can have the guest parking pass for up to three days and your guests park in the garage on the rooftop. The property is excellent, and the management is usually very responsive. Camden Vantage is in a great location, within walking distance of dining and nightlife options and historical areas of Atlanta. Unbeatable rooftop views offer unique appeal and bragging points. Amenities are accommodating with exercise classes, a comprehensive fitness center, and large, well-maintained pool, and paying rent is always convenient. The only negative concern I've had is with sporadic break-ins in other units.

Our team takes pride in providing Living Excellence. We understand your concerns about crime and due to an increase of crime in the Atlanta area, we have responded by putting several measures into place. We have installed LED lighting around our community, cut down bushes for visibility, are currently installing strike plates on the doors of all apartments, and are in process of upgrading our cameras. We also currently have our property patrolled 24/7. Although we cannot prevent crime from happening, we are doing what we can as a community and are seeing the positive results from it.
Camden vantage is a beautiful place of residency in a crime ridden part of town, but what's wrong with being a diamond in a rough area? Everyone wants to apparently break into the aforementioned "diamond." That's right, break-ins are normal, both to cars in the "secure" parking garage, as well as the "safe" buildings. Did I mention our security officer was not a police officer at all but rather a mediator? Yeah...the poor dude has to handle noise complaints every night because of blaring rap music in the wee hrs of the morning. And, if your fortunate enough to live by the pool, it echoes through the courtyard and is twice as loud at 2am, yay! And how could I forget the shootings? ...as in gunfire. Who needs an alarm clock when the local gangs can awaken you with their activity on the sidewalk just around the corner? "Siri, set an alarm for...oh wait, I'm probably not going to get any sleep tonight anyway." Well, if potentially getting your car broken into or having your apartment ransacked doesn't bother you, and you enjoy the soothing sounds of R&B at late night parties in near by apartments, or the gang activity near by sounds surreal to you, this may be the perfect place to call your home! If so, here are some pros: There are two salt water pools, completely enclosed by apartments, so no riffraff can wander in There is occasional yoga on the gorgeous garden rooftop overlooking an amazing skyline They are pet friendly with no weight restrictions, so the neighbors above you can have Fido, the 100 lb pony...I mean dog, gallup above you There is a two story gym open 24 hrs When the gate isn't broken, the garages are gated and secure-ish Although they don't allow you to have grills, there are many located all around the facility the staff as the potential to be helpful if they're having a good day Overall, Camden vantage is...well, an apartment in Atlanta. If you rent here, I would suggest purchasing mace.

My apartment building is part of a larger complex with its own little driveway and a number of common areas, including a gym, two pools, and two rooftop decks with grills. My neighbors have all been kind and considerate so far, as have the building staff. Everyone has huge balconies that are great for growing plants and spending time with friends. Best of all, it's a 15 minute walk to the MARTA station, and even closer to the restaurants and bars along Edgewood Avenue, as well as the King Center and other important landmarks in Atlanta's history. Would it be nice/more walkable if it was less than a mile from the nearest grocery store? Yes, but I know that will matter much less once it stops being so hot outside (review was written in late July).

Camden Vantage has many things going for it. It's biggest amenity is its location! The view from the rooftop garden is amazing and there are so many good restaurants nearby. The moving process was so fluid and easy thanks to the amazing staff that works here. Everyone is willing to answer your questions, whatever they can be, and they do it gladly. Everyone is very helpful and they'll go the extra mile to accommodate you as best they can. While there are some minor complaints like very few guest parking, the occasional noise complaint, and others, it's not nearly enough to deter someone from living here. This is a great community and they will always take their time to hear whatever complaint you have. This is definitely a great place to live!

At the age of 43, I decided to be a renter. Growing up, I lived in my parents home....at the age of 26, I purchased my first home and at the age of 33, I purchased my second home. After living in the suburbs and in a single family home, I decided I wanted in-town living in a great apartment community. I searched high and low and discovered Camden Vantage. Its my first apartment and as far as I am concerned the best. Great city life, great location and a great community. I have access to the best of Atlanta and I have not one single regret. The view is superb, the management is great and attentive and my apartment is cozy; its home and I love it. Camden Vantage, the first and the best!

I have been living here for 4 years. I have not had any life treating event. I'm a very respectful person and always think of others. I lived in building 3/4 for the first 2 years. I always speak to my neighbors. I really love the staff, it took a while to warm up some of the staff. Everyone know my name and that's Awesome!!!!!!! The parties are great and the taste great. The maintenance crew are really on point as far as fixing things. I would love to WIN this free rent. I have been unemployed for a while and this would really me. Please pick me. I love where I live!!!! The location is fantastic, and the view from the rooftop garden is absolutely beautiful!!!! I love to go up ther and grill, or sometimes just read. Sometimes my friends ask me if they can go up there just to take photos. The day I have to move will definitely be a sad one.

This community is very accessible to just about every major highway in Atlanta, is roughly a mile from a MARTA station, a few blocks from the Atlanta Streetcar, and right by the Freedom Park trail that takes you directly to Atlanta's Beltline. The amenities are fabulous and well maintained, especially the rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful Atlanta skyline where there are grills, lounge chairs, dining tables, and comfy couches to enjoy the view.

This beautiful apartment is a prime location for people who want to be near everything (literally). It's a 1-7min drive to downtown (depending where you are going), and minutes away from Inman Park, Midtown, Little Five Points, and the list goes on; getting on 85 North/South is as easy as exiting the apartment and making a right or left and I-20 isn't a far drive. The apartment itself has great amenities; my favorite - the two rooftop terraces with the gorgeous view of the city. Everyone uses the bridge next to the apartment to take in the view, from television, photos, video shoots - and we get to enjoy it in the comfort of our home. Staff is also nice and the property is very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I've been here for three years. The place was fine under the previous managers, but now that we are under new management, the service has went down, some of the tenants have become unruly, and cleanliness in the realm of cleaning up after pets is unheard of. I guess that's what you get for renting near a major university. The best thing is the location directly off of the Downtown Connector, north of Edgewood bars/restaurants, and east of Downtown.

Finding the heart of the city wasn't easy, but Camden did it. With a planted spot beside the Beltline, less than two miles away from local food, fast food, and one of the best breakfast places in town, Highland Bakery, the buildings are somehow close to everything you could crave. It's located directly across from a public library and is a mile away from Georgia State University campus, and is host to many students. On a micro level the inside of the apartment complex is spacious, giving you and your roommate the volume you need while maintaining a reasonable rate of rent. The gym and pool are only an elevator ride away, along with a legendary rooftop view and a grilling area that is fully furnished for your enjoyment.

Office staff is great! The community is nice and very well kept. They always have some kind of activity, like yoga u, boot camp, food trucks and community appreciation type things going on. Very happy to live here!

I've lived here about 4 years. My appartment has the best view in the city for the best price. It's also located in the perfect part of downtown Atlanta.. I'm minutes from accessing the expressway to any desired direction in Atlanta or surrounding suburbs. The Pool, Clubhouse, Rooftop, and Gym are amazing.
