Property Ratings at The Loop at Wedgewood
Management has changed two times. No they don’t care. They replaced all the doors and didn’t install mine right. It took 2-3 months and a change of management to fix it. They simply kept closing the work order. Places is very loud. And the front office does not care. I have sent noise complaints about my neighbors dog for 2 years now. Still, nothing is done. Go anywhere else. It’s not worth the money.
I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 because it’s good and not great. Pros: location, dog park, parking, Ashley in the leasing office, sun room, water pressure, maintenance is fast, lots of closet space, only two stories, pool, multiple grills located about the complex. Cons: hard to get ahold of the leasing office, golf course is shut down to be turned into townhouses, dirty apartment upon move in, busy during the day and at night with people coming and going, highway sounds, walls aren’t thin but they aren’t thick you can hear the beat of the neighbors music. Overall it’s good just know that it’s not perfect
Cons: No walk in closets, water heater taking up half of one bedroom closet, nice pool but no hammocks, no microwave, small kitchen, no lights in either bedroom, one small light in living room, not much natural lighting due to lots of trees and apartment placement, dusty bathroom vent, dusty ac closet, apartment smells like cigarette sometimes from upstairs neighbor smoking, electric stove, a bit outdated Pros: good size living room and bedrooms, big screened in patio with storage closet that locks, ac works good, water heater works good, plenty of cabinet space in kitchen, large windows in bedrooms, pretty quiet area, new carpet before we moved in, nice office staff, fast maintenance, no bugs in the apartment
We returned to The Loop in 2021 after living there from 2019 when we returned to Lakeland. We love the team and consider them family. Our apartment home featured the screened in patio and amazing landscape. The team is always there to fix any repairs and we love the food trucks!
Absolutely love this community! The team is super friendly and is always working hard to do everything they can to help with any needs we have! We’ve been here a total of 6 years and we just love it here!
Leah and Angie are awesome. They are always helpful and on top of issues and concerns you may have. The maintenance staff is great and fast an efficient on getting any job done. The entire staff goes above and beyond to take care of things. For the most part everyone here respects everyone and in the evenings things are quiet. We have been here going on our second year and are very happy with things. Thank you to the entire staff for being awesome.
Great place to live. Can’t hear my neighbors beside or bellow me. Love the staff and maintenance crew. I would recommend “The Loop at Wedgewood,” to all my family and friends.
Love our Maintenance Team and the Ladies in the office! They are all so helpful and make us feel like family. I love our home and my favorite is my screened in patio! Thank you all for your hard work!
Leah and Angie are amazing. They work with you and you can actually tell they care about their residents and property. Also, Rafi (who is apart of the maintenance crew) just came to fix something on my door and he went above and beyond! He fixed the problem, noticed something else slightly off and took the time to fix that as well something I didn't even think of! I really really appreciate that! He paid attention to detail and it was a job well done!

My husband and I have been renting a two bedroom apartment at The Loop at Wedgewood for the past two years. We are so grateful for our leasing and maintenance staff! Leah and Angie provide phenomenal customer service in the leasing office! Oscar and the maintenance team are so helpful, responsive, and thorough! The staff are incredible and have truly made renting a positive experience!

I loved living here until the Golf Course sold- now the areas around the apartments looks overgrown and really horrible. Yes they stay on top of work orders and friendly but for the price- plus it is going up by $100 mid year- spend a bit more for more amenities, gated community and way better views at other communities around Lakeland.

We needed a temporary living arrangement and the staff was super helpful and welcoming. We wish our stay could have been longer and feel like we have friends there forever. If you're looking for a reasonably priced apartment with lots of amenities, a quiet but convenient neighborhood where you feel safe and welcome, and a maintenance and property staff that is fantastic, this is it!!

This is an absolutely awesome place to live. The pictures do not do the interior of the apartments justice. Not to mention that there is amazing view. The staff here is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgable of the apartment complex, its upgrades, and everything in between. If you need help with anything administrative or technical within your living space, I am sure the appropriate staff member will provide great assistance. I am definitely pleased with living here.

I've lived at the Loop @ Wedgewood for 3 years now and I love it. Ever since the new owner and staff came on board they have changed a lot to make it much more enjoyable for us residence. They are very friendly, always asking how I'm doing! They actually went to my son's bus stop at 6:45 in the morning to give out snacks and drinks to all the kids. I truly love living here and plan on staying for a long time!!!

The apartments are renovated and even the pool area has upgrades for comfort. The staff are friendly and the lawn is maintained. I endure plenty of quiet, peaceful nights. Highly reccomend!

The office staff is courteous and efficient. Beautiful golf course views. Central location close to everything you could need. I-4 is easy and fast to get to.
