Property Ratings at The Loop
Roaches, unprofessional management, poor employee retention, outside covered in cob webs and dead bugs, ignored maintenance requests, this place is a nightmare! Almost every resident I’ve spoken to that lives here has had a problem with management. There’s a reason they have referral specials and are putting up signs all over the property asking for new staff and new tenants! I see a new moving truck getting loaded up in the parking lot almost every day now, everyone’s moving out.

Rude and unprofessional management! Rules are ridiculous, and beyond what the average lease agreements are in Texas. They play favoritism for some residents, allowing rule breaking. Many many complaints about mold, dog poop everywhere, and out of control barking.

They are extremely misleading in the office. I’m currently living with mold that is spreading all throughout my apartment and has been for week and they’re doing absolutely nothing about it (including test it). They just want to wash the walls in hopes of fixing the issue. Save your money and go elsewhere!!
The apartmentments are ultra modern and very sleek looking, stainless steel appliances, black cabinets throughout, subway tiles for the back splash, and the floors are amazing. The girls in the office Darla and Tamara were absolutely the most friendest and helpfully I have ever came across in an office, extremely knowledable about everything! Did I mention the pool, it is breathtaking, long enough to swim laps with a shallow side for sun bathing and small children to play. Kenny the maintence guy is very helpful, social, and always around if you need anything!
Beautiful complex! Colors are perfect inside and out. Appliances and kitchen is awesome. Under-counter mounted sink on that black granite is stunning. Love the "wood" floor look in the living/kitchen/bath. Copper gutters and drains are very nice looking. Tamara and Darla are dolls!! They made the whole process easy and painless. Always available. Always had an answer. Kenny (maintenance) is very friendly and made sure we knew where/how to get a hold of him if needed.
This apartment complex is brand new and absolutely amazing. Move in was a breeze with the help of the front office. Tamara is great! She answered all my questions and helped with the move in process. I highly recommend The Loop.
