We keep resigning our lease because this place is just top notch. It is always clean and welcoming, maintenance makes repairs within the day, amenities are ACTUALLY resort style (not just advertised as such like most places I have lived lol), and they have so many community events that are fun and free. Best place I have ever lived in my 9 years of renting.

I would like to thank Mary Beth for welcoming us to our first apartment with open arms. The process is so simple and not as complicated as I thought. The location is everything to me, it’s close to everything and anything you could possibly need. Not to mention how quiet and safe it is. Security is one of my biggest priorities- The Loree makes it theirs too. Not to mention the apartments, it’s super clean and well taken care of. We have a community pool which is breathtaking, a party and study room. It makes you feel like you’re at a resort. We also have a gym, which is impeccable. With their cleanliness, and heavy weights. I have been here at the Loree for a year and a few months! They are so friendly and eager to please the residents. The maintenance staff needs kudos! I work from home and own a small business. I came home a few nights ago and my air-conditioning was not working. I put in a request for services, and someone was at my door within 20 minutes and the problem was solved within 15 minutes. It actually worked better afterwards than before! I thank them for responding quickly and I'm happy that it was solved in one visit!

My experience with the Loree has been the absolute best. The Loree staff was extremely responsive and timely. Met one of the maintenance guys yesterday. I like living at the Loree and have been here for two years. I generally think it is a bit pricey. However I always feel safe and feel that the community is aesthetically pleasing inside and outside. The community used to be mostly working professionals but I have noticed more families moving in. I think the outdoor maintenance has gone down a bit. They answer to maintenance requests very quickly. I would recommend the community.

The Loree is a beautiful place to life whether youre in college or married. The pool is the perfect place to hangout when its hot. Theres dog parks all over the community so you never have to go far if you have a pet. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.

The Loree overall has been an ok experience. However, maintenance has left my house door open for hours because they didnt secure my apartment when leaving. Very disappointing especially for the amount of money I am paying. Also, its not satisfying to keep talking to your employees and not even getting back to me. Something else needs to be done!

Ive been at the Loree for a month now and have no complaints. The staff is very efficient when getting things done, I had a problem with my dryer and it was fixed the next day. Also the community is very nice with awesome amenities. The management is great, Tatiana was very helpful with my move-in process. Im definitely loving it here!

Great place to live overall. It seems the rent has jumped quite a bit. Some dog owners aren't getting their dogs treated for fleas so fleas keep on hitching a ride on my dog when I walk him. Thankfully, my dog is treated so the fleas die once they bite him. That has been an issue for several months so I suspect the guilty owners haven't made any efforts to get this infestation under control. Also, I've noticed that several tenants own restricted breeds. Finally, the grills are always out of order or slow to heat up (or get too hot).

I have been in this community for years. I have not regretted since the day I rented this apartment. I found solitude and felt I am taken cared of. The management team has been awesome. Always attentive to my needs and maintain their professionalism. The community itself so refreshing. I rated 5 star. And highly recommend. Thank you. Rika F.
Great place to rent, would definitely recommend. Hard to beat the price and location - easy access to the major highways plus the ease of cutting across Southside to get to work. Plenty of storage space, high ceilings (top floor), and great light. Plants grew well in the windows! Excellent pest control (I'm picky about this and there were no issues in the 15 months I lived here). Good amenities, plus the pool was never crowded or excessively loud. Safe area, never had issues with neighbors, would walk laps around the trail across the street at night without having to worry. Office staff were always very friendly and responded quickly to all requests. Overall, had a great experience living here. I've been renting in Jacksonville for a while and this was my favorite yet.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Do not move here! This place is the nastiest dirtiest apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have NEVER dealt with soo many roach problems like I have here! We constantly had live and dead roaches in our apartment and we are clean people! I would clean up like a mad woman to avoid this but they just kept coming back. I called pest control about once a month to come in but these roaches are immune to it. The Loree staff does not care at all either, they do not care to fix the root of the problem. There are multiple times I would find roaches outside our complex. Also I would see dead roaches inside the building and they would stay there for weeks which proves they do not clean the grounds. They also state that they do weekly building cleanings and that is an outright lie, do not believe a word these people say. I lived here for 7 months before we escaped and only noticed it cleaned twice and never was cleaned on second floor. They only cleaned first floor and that is because that is where the show room is. Do yourself a favor and do NOT move here! Loree is disgusting and the staff is rude and incompetent. They do not care about you at all. I am so glad to have escaped this hell! Do yourself a favor and do not move to this disgusting roach filled apartment complex.
The Morgan Group management has ruined this community. My toilet broke over Thanksgiving weekend in our 1 bedroom apartment. Rather than fix the issue immediately (which is required by law), they took over 5 days to bring a new toilet in. We had to spend 5 nights at a hotel on our own dime, and the manager didn't even have the decency to apologize. If you are considering, do yourself a favor and rent from someone else.
I lived at The Loree for two years and the management in my first year of living there was wonderful and it was quiet. Then recently management was changed and this is when I had problems. First, the portal for the new management wasn't set up yet and those of us that had rent due at the beginning of the month had no idea how to pay the rent since management didn't notify the tenants of how the process was done under them. I had to call the front office to inquire about how we can pay our rent example: personal check, cashier's check, etc. When I got the cashier's check I then went to the front office to drop it off and no one was in the front office. The previous management always had two people in the office!!! Then I started to have trouble with the noise. I am not one to complain and tried to ignore it, but when the New Year began some folks in Bldg 800 had a party which consisted of loud music, loud talking and fire crackers outside which mind you my bedroom window faced outside. I decided to move even though I signed a 13 month lease ( I will never do that again)! I gave my notice to vacate in a timely fashion which I had to do in person and had to wait 15 minutes for the front office to finally assist me. In addition, I was never late on my rent and paid my final rent for March on March 1st, 2018. I moved out on March 1st and cleaned my apartment from top to bottom and even steam cleaned the carpets!! I also turned in my keys on 3/2/18!!! I then get a final notification of payment of $195.44 for fees today dated 4/9/18. $95 for their service for steam cleaning the carpet (I am not a dirty person!!) Then the other fees for water, sewer, pest control and trash which totaled $100.44. This was for the period of 3/2/18 to 3/29/18. Keep in mind I didn't live in the apartment, but they still charged me fees for services I didn't even use!!! I would like to warn people to not LIVE here!! You will lose a lot of money. I lost about $1333.00 and DON'T ever sign a 13 month lease!!!!
