Paducah is a historic community at the confluence of the Tennessee and Ohio Rivers in far western Kentucky. Renowned for its timeless charm, Paducah is home to countless historic homes and buildings, with a twenty-block historic district making up the city’s riverfront Downtown area. This part of town is packed with colorful storefronts dating back well over a century, which now serve as popular restaurants, specialty shops, art galleries, and other small businesses.
Farther west, shopping centers like the Kentucky Oaks Mall provide residents with more modern retail options as well. Living in Paducah offers endless opportunities to spend quality time outdoors, whether in town at Bob Noble Park or minutes away at the sprawling Shawnee National Forest. Best of all, the local rental market is full of affordable options, allowing you to find the perfect apartment, condo, or house to fit your lifestyle and your budget.

Property Ratings at The Lory of Greenway Village
We were lied to from the beginning by management and the owners of this complex. Our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. I had to clean it myself. You are expected to have the water turned on a few days before you move in so you can pay for the water to clean up someone else’s dirt. Direct Tv/ Internet can only be purchased through them and it is always going out with no discount for interrupted services. I have seen roaches, neighbors had bed bugs and mice. You better bring your own exterminator if you decide to live here. Don’t complain to management about issues because they won’t get resolved. Expect to pay a high deposit that you will not receive back. By far the most horrific apartment complex I have ever lived in.
The new management is incompetent and the owner takes no accountability for his staff or facilities. Service calls are not adressed completely or in a timely manner. Repeated problems with water leakage, electricity and internet. (Which is provided through Greenway ONLY) Tenants are being allowed to movie in that are loud, aggressive and do not look after their children whom repeatedly cause problems with the pool and other shared locations. A pool and clubhouse are great amenities but worthless if they are not able to be enjoyed due to reckless tenants. Repeated complaints have resulted in no resolution. It is not unreasonable to require a rental unit, costing nearly $1000 a month or more, to function correctly, with reasonable electric bills and accessible amenities.
The apartments are awesome and custom and clean. We got treated my the Management with nothing but the best respect and they were as nice as we have seen. They went out of there way to help get us in an apartment that would best suit our needs and price was very affordable. The Grounds are beautiful and cant wait to see the Clubhouse and pool completed it looks like it is going to be the best in town. The maintenance here is really good and they get things fixed very fast. I recommend everyone to check with Greenway Village for a place to live you will love it.
