Wonderful property with caring staff and awesome amenities. The bike storage room is very large and secure; 24-hour spacious gym with variety of equipment, cozy pet wash room with treats, balls, etc. available. Game room has a couple arcade games and pool table, as well as additional club house where resident events are regularly hosted. The community feels safe and secure, the grounds kept clean.

I have lived in quite a few different condominiums in my lifetime. Luke has by far been the best regarding the friendliness of front desk workers and with the speed of maintenance requests being completed. The Silletti is clean it is safe and it is in a superb location. Those are all qualities I have very much appreciated!

My husband and I have lived at the Luke Apartments for five years. We have found living here to be safe, conveniently located, well managed, neatly maintained, both inside and outside. Choosing The Luke was one of the best decisions we have made! The location is perfect. Everything is close to you and it's a very safe area. The staff is wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful. The apartment complex itself is beautiful and includes tons of extra amenities. They also have frequent social events for residents. The Luke really goes above and beyond! Out of the apartments I've ever lived in, I will have to say The Luke is the best overall. With all that's happening with COVID, The Luke has taken every necessary precaution to keep everyone safe. The Luke's entire staff has been so kind and I don't say these things lightly. They're genuine and will go above and beyond for their residents. This is a large apartment community, however, it's quiet. If there's ever a problem, The Luke would take care of it immediately. These are some of many reasons why I chose to live at The Luke over other apartments in the greater Seattle area.

The Luke has been pretty great. It's got easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The community is very clean and the apartment layouts feel spacious (I am in a one bed/bath). My favorite part so far has been management. All the admins are super friendly, helpful, and responsive.

This build for people who seeking to meet nice people and have a friend management who are on top of thing all the time love this place and we are family of 4 and we consider the Luke our Home
I can't speak for every resident at the Luke, but most of the ones I've met have been very happy with this community. The Leasing Office staff truly cares about their residents' concerns and safety, as well as going above and beyond. I've never been at a community where there are so many events, which is a huge plus as I try to meet new people in the building. The Luke treats everyone like family. Even though it is a longer commute for me to get to work, staying here at this location is not as bad and it is worth it. The convenience of the transit center location to the building, the walkability to different eateries, and the convenience to the major highways. Overall, I don't plan on moving out of the Luke for the fact that they treated me like a human being as opposed to other apartments I've lived in around the greater Seattle area.

Living here at The Luke has been the best living experience Ive had! An entirely wonderful staff, very safe secure building and great people to live around.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I always feel very welcome when I ask them any questions. Apartments are modern and clean. They also have a good amount of space. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the community. The building is also very close to the Redmond Transit Center, which makes it very easy for me to get to my job. Overall, it is a very nice and convenient place to live.
Living at The Luke has been wonderful. The building is in an excellent location, secure and modern (a new build). The management team is professional and friendly. The organize regular community events which allows us to get to know our neighbors. The maintenance staff is also very professional and efficient.
The Luke staff has been incredibly amazing. You can tell they care about us and they want to help us have an amazing experience living here at The Luke. Everyone is so incredibly kind and sincere. You just will not find any other community that can do what they do for us residents. The events are fun and i have made some lifelong friends because they host these events for us to attend FOR FREE by the way. The response to a work order is extremely impressive. I am very happy i made the choice in living here. There are a lot of new buildings going up in the area and it has never crossed my mind to leave. Why would you leave when you have found the best. Thank you Luke team for making this an amazing home for us.

The Luke is probably the best place to stay in Redmond. Maintenance and management are very responsive and helpful. The few problems I have are mainly how weak the blinds close in my apartment and how tight parking is. However, these are really minor inconveniences with how comfortable staying at The Luke is.

The Luke is one of a kind. There are other properties you can move to but you will be missing out on something wonderful.
What makes The Luke special is the staff. The office staff is consistent, super friendly, helpful and professional, not to mention they host regular community gatherings. The amenities and location are excellent. You can walk for groceries, library, banks, restaurants and the walk-able area continues to grow and get better. If I were to pick anything to consider a down side, 164th is the road for emergency vehicles. Regular traffic is mostly easy to deal with air tight windows. A roof top community area is the only item that would have been nice.
The ENTIRE team at The Luke is AMAZING! They are patient, kind, understanding, efficient, helpful and so much more. They exceed all my expecations from an apartment team. They work as a team and communicate between themselves which is also very refreshing. I am so happy I live here!
