For Residents that don’t have a car it’s to far to walk to the garbage disposal there should be a way maybe placeing garbage disposals through out the complex

Any/ All concerns are handled right away, Some of the newer resident or their guest litter alot through out the property. The front office has always been very professional and handle all issues when notified. Love the area everything is very convenient.

I have their ups and downs. Wish the pool was better at times you’re ready to go to the gym for some reason. It’s always broke down. Good luck getting maintenance done in a manly time. Don’t lose your key to your mailbox the charger and extra fee or if they just feel like it, they just changed the mailbox key for you without you even knowing

Since moving here almost a year ago I can attest it’s peaceful and neighborly. The office has monthly projects for the entire family. I’ve had very few maintenance issues however they have been resolved in 24 hours or less and they clean up after themselves. Always friendly the entire staff here and willing to help.

Wasn't given the apartment I wanted or that I was told I would receive people do not communicate properly was never called about my place was very annoyed and hurt when moving in a very bad experience

I love The Luxe! Best decision my Husband and I made. The Staff members are top tier! The air blowing cold, everything is working well. The blinds are even top tier! So if you have kids that love messing with the blinds try The Luxe for your next move, they have children proof blinds! Lol. You most definitely get what you pay for out of the Luxe! Minor Apartment defects but overall it’s nice so far. Some lights don’t work and paint defects in the ceiling and cabinets are crooked. Bathroom vent also not working.

The LUXE is a great family friendly apartment complex. Staff is generous and helpful. Loud noise is not an issue, and there are always activities going on that include the children and other tenants. Little to no issues at all during my stay.

Although it sometimes it might be difficult to get in touch with the office staff, as I know that they have a lot of residence they have to deal with , other than that my experience has been very positive. The staff has been very nice. They’ve been here for me through every step of leasing the apartment and anything that needed fixing the financial aspects everything has been on the positive side, I would definitely recommend them to people ! Floors are peeling and I don’t like the roaches. I do like the way my apartment is design. I love the bathroom space. I don’t like the stoves and theirs no garbage disposal. I think they should have valet garbage also for the price of the community. Exercise room needs cleaning all the time. Staff is friendly ans hospitable.

I’ve been living at The Luxe of Southaven for 6 years. I can say it has it good and bad times but overall I like living here. I like how the new management is more engaged with the complex residents. Have have activities for the adults and kids. They show appreciation and celebrate some of the holidays but giving small tokens. This is the first complex I’ve stayed that did these types of things. The office administration are very pleasant and polite people. If you’re thinking about moving to The Luxe, I say give it a try. You have to make the best of any and every situation you put yourself in.

Moved-In and refrigerator was not working. Called maintenance phone to report problem. Robert brought a brand new refrigerator within the hour. I am so pleased with quick turn around time and professionalism of maintenance staff.

The apartment is nice but it need a little more work done to it. It really is not the price that they are renting it for because it’s hard for them to come fix anything because my air has been out for almost two months

The maintenance crew is very professional and take pride in what they do. Some have come and gone, but kudos to the ones that's here. Brandon from the office staff Is very helpful. Erica does well planning activities for the tenants.

The Luxe of Southaven is a wonderful apartment complex. Very friendly staff. Hard working polite maintenance men. Very reasonable living expenses. It feels like a safe community. Close to stores. I would recommend!

Slow response to issues so far but all staff seem concerned and acknowledge everyone
Management staff is horrible. Maintenance issues you have to contact the office multiple times for the issue to be resolved. No lights in some of the bridge-ways are safety issues. The trash all over the grounds is nasty.The apartments are large and spacious in a great area.
I applied for a unit and my credit was not great, but I was able to get approved with a deposit. The unit was renovated and I was able to find a good place to live next to the mall and still close to work.
All of my request have been processed in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is friendly, and to the l point of correcting my request. I am very pleased with the way they respond. Thank you, Sherry T.
This complex is by far the worst I’ve never seen roaches, roach eggs and rats in an apartment before and to try and cover it up is insane. This complex is a very in humane living space. I would not recommend. I broke my lease less than 24 house from signing it once seeing all of these horrid things.
Been staying here 4 years and I love the staff and maintenance crew. I’m highly satisfied with my stay here.

You can call, email and everything. You can leave a message and ask them to call back an leave a voicemail they won’t even do that. You can email them they wont even email you back that includes the assistant manager. When trying to communicate with about any payments or anything you cant get ahold of no one in that office via email nor phone. A few members of the staff is nice and understanding.

The office staff will not get back to you; you will have to pester to get any kind of answers. Additionally, when you do get those answers, they’re sarcastic and demeaning. If you do decide to rent here, do so knowing the office is no help.

My experience with this complex has been terrible since the day we moved in. I should have walked away when the leasing agent insisted that I drive 6 hours to sign the lease. I’m not sure why she would not allow me to electronically sign like we did for all the lease renewals. Also, there was a problem with getting the internet and cable installed. It was months before Xfinity was available in our apartment. Also, couldn’t getting any repairs completed. The last straw was when the pipes froze during the Christmas holiday. No water for days.

I don't care!! The Luxe Apartments is a rip off and a joke. This property has holes that people can fall in. I have taking pictures and will send them to the new station and I will let them know that these people don't fix NOTHING!!!!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. We lived in the Luxe from August of 2021-June of 2022. They never fixed anything. The pool was closed early and was not regularly cleaned and often had to shut down. There were roaches everywhere. We called everyday for weeks and were promised that a bug sprayer would come multiple times (they never came). Finally, we were on a month to month lease. When it came time for us move out, we informed the office. The week we were to move out, I called and reminded them again and they had forgotten. They said no big deal. The day that we moved out, the office was closed. We asked if we could move out and leave the keys on the bar (as many of our neighbors had done). They agreed, but told us we probably wouldn't get our deposit back. I disputed this, but decided I didn't care anymore, I just wanted out and figured this was a losing battle. After we moved to Alabama, they refused to do the walk through. I finally talked to a person that guaranteed me that they would take care of closing me out. (This was all because the acting manager was making a point that the key had to be put in her hand, even though we had permission to leave them on the counter and had already moved out of state). Today, I received a letter from a collection agency. They are trying to collect the back rent from the last 6 months on a month to month lease. I kid you not. Luckily, my family has connections with several real estate attorneys, one of whom is going to handle our case with them. If you can live absolutely anywhere else, choose to do so. This property is horribly mismanaged, owned by absentee landlords, and dishonest.
