Property Ratings at The Lydell
I regret to say that my experience at this apartment has been far from satisfactory. Despite its new appearance, the use of cheap materials is evident throughout. Several neighbors, including myself, have encountered issues like broken bathtubs, leading to safety concerns such as one resident cutting their foot. The presence of an unknown gas leak adds another layer of worry. Moreover, the facilities are inadequate, and the property management has changed three times during my stay, causing a lack of consistency and communication. Many neighbors have opted to move out early, which speaks volumes about the overall dissatisfaction. I urge prospective tenants to think twice before choosing this place, as the positive reviews seem questionable in light of these persistent problems.

Great neighbourhood and safe area. Many daily essentials are near by. Lydell does lack engagement of residents and activities to bring community together.

I absolutely love it here. I love my cozy, convertible studio and the view that comes with it. Everything is top notch and the building still smells brand new. Always a pleasant smell in the hallways. Love the ButterflyMX and the moving and grocery carts are a huge plus. Quiet neighbors, everyone has been respectful so far. I don’t see myself moving! Brand new construction is a plus and the deep soaking bath tub is a HUGE plus. Also, the microwave is really fancy! It has a rack in it too! Everything was easy from start to finish. SHOUT OUT TO BAILEY FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN!

Apartment is new and nice! Easy walking distance to many things. Lots of amenities available, however a bit disappointing that the pool and construction is not done on time.

Once we did the viewing of the apartments we knew that this is where we wanted to live. Bailey was very helpful, we wanted to change our apartment the day of move in! One week at the Lydell and we are really happy we selected this apartment as our next home! Wonderful early morning sunshine on the patio to keep my basil and parsley growing strong! Just a half mile walk to the beach to watch the sunrise at 5:30 am before we start the day! So convenient, I rarely use my car anymore!

so far I have no complaints. the staff has been nice & very helpful whenever I have questions. my apartment is lovely, I love being the first person to ever stay here & im hoping I can feel this same way in a few months

Neighbors are very friendly and respectful, staff is very friendly as well! Noisey neighbors can be the worst and I’m happy to say there are none!

Beautiful, new community. Clean, quiet and upscale. Minor downfalls are how hard the doors close (garage), the gaps underneath the doors and temperature controls. The living room and bedrooms are totally different temperatures.

So far, The Lydell is everything that we wanted in an apartment. Friendly staff, fresh/new apartment. And Starbucks in the lobby anytime you want it. What more can you ask for?

So far it has been great. Building and amenities are still being built. Leasing staff and maintenance have been very helpful. Nice new apartment can't complain.
