I currently live here. We’ve been here almost a year now. I have absolutely nothing good to say. Waters off pretty much twice a week, none of the amenities are usable besides laundry but even then I’d never use it. They are super unorganized and staff is of no help. 0 out 10.
This was my first apartment and I’ve been without heat for a month, the water has been shut off twice since moving into the 2ND APARTMENT they moved me to. The first apartment they had me in had no hot water and they had the water shut off for almost a month in that building. My kitchen sink didn’t work, my dishwasher didn’t work, and my stove didn’t work. Since I was only there for 2 weeks, they moved me, but I’ve been here 2 months and have had nothing but problem after problem. Maintenance doesn’t fix things right - they fried my heater, attempting to “fix” it (they’re old heaters and they had it set to 90°). My tub spout came off a week after I moved into the second apartment and they spent 3 weeks telling me they’d fix it, they never got it done. I had to get someone else to do it. I’m now having to get someone else to fix my heat. The laundry rooms are always out of order. In the 2 months I’ve been here, I’ve gotten to do laundry once. Luckily, I have a lot of clothes. It’s been a major headache since I moved in. I personally will never rent here again.
Been living in a 2 bedroom unit and have really nothing nice to say about it. MOLD, damage flooring, water leaks, NO LIGHT FIXTURES IN BEDROOMS OR LIVING ROOM. if you live here invest in lamps. Abandoned units everywhere. Feel unsafe here with my family.
They suck. They don't care about their tenants. Everyone in the office has extremely poor attitudes and building 7 has constant water problems. As of December of 2021 until now, building 7 has had no water. And they do nothing but give attitudes to their tenants when they go up there to inquire about anything. Do NOT live here.

No water/hot water most days of the week, 6 managers in 3 years. All of them are horrible.
Water is constantly off even with "Class A" management and will be off for 12 hours straight with no warning and never let you know when it's back on, have no cameras anywhere when asked they said liability reasons (our clothes were stolen), washer and dryer room we're broken when we moved in, it's been almost 15 months and they're in worst shape. There's been fights outside, they hired security for a month and havent seen since. Will never recommend this place, and will not renew!
I've been living here for 2 months and it has been nothing but problems when you talk to them at the office and believe the office looks 20 times better than these apartments they must have spent all the money remodeling the office and couldnt pay to fix the big issues like fixing the apartments. Also if plan on moving in here you better not have an issue with illegal activities the noisy upstairs apartment it's like they never sleep they are always awake we have gone to management and nothing has been done if come to live here make sure your ok with noise rude personal and bad matnince repairs it seems like if you ask or complaine about things you get on the bad list and once your on the bad list your doomed you will be red flaged as a pain at least thats the way I've seen things around here an ive only been here 2 months I rented apartments and believe me this is the worst ive seen so if you plan on moving you need to really take your time and look somewhere else even if you spend a bit more its worth it good luck.
-water is shut off at least once a week -no hot water for 4 days -dirty if you live in the building by the loop -police drama -staff is nice -maintenance is unprofessional -Landscaping needs work -my neighbor smokes weed and it seeps into my apartment and the smell lingers for hours -when I first moved in, shower drain was clogged with hair (gross) -don’t let the pictures fool you!

Moved in 3 years ago..at the time all the grass was green, the pool was always clean, and the laundry rooms all worked. 3 years later office management has changed twice and now it is different. They never water the grass and now its all dead and almost all gone, the Laundry rooms have almost no working machines (many have been vandalized and they will not fix them - it has been 3 months), They have a habit of sending you a text at 10min before they do a property wide water shutoff that lasts hours (even for non emergency maintenance). Last year they sent a text at 4pm that all cars had to be removed form a lot by 9am the next morning for resurfacing or be towed, (what if i had been out of town on a trip?) They spent a bunch of money resurfacing the pool only not to clean it for 2 months. Even preventative maintenance like pest control or changing air filters you will get a notice at 5pm that they will be coming the next day...good policy for non emergency maintenance is a FULL 24 hours or more not 12-14 hours notice. I honestly don't think they know how to manage or maintain a property. Units have alot of SQft for the cost that is the only saving grace. I can live with old property issues but lack of the fundamental knowledge on how to maintain the grounds, state and local laws concerning property maintenance (I believe it is against fire code to have a grill on a balcony), inability to maintain community facilities such as laundry and pool, and poor tenant communication are reasons to stay away.

I have lived here for 5 years and am so happy with the changes. The office staff are friendly and always available. When I place a work order they usually get the job done same day. Pool Party was amazing thank you ladies!

The manager is the worst and does not care about anyone at all, she will yell at you and be rude to you just for having a problem. The staff is terrible except for the 2 friendly people who've actually listened to me when I lived here. No one else cared about my problems or me. My apartment flooded several times for months, and the maintenance guy didn't even know what was wrong. The only time it got fixed was when they sent a different guy and that was one month before I moved out. My car always got scratches of other tenets and only four of my neighbors were friendly to me. And I'm sure there is a gas leak where they CLEARLY just taped a gas line shut outside, you can smell gas everytime you walk past. That's been like that for the whole year I lived there and is still like that. This was by far the worst apartments I've lived at.

We've lived here 4 yrs and have had recurring issues. And it's taken this long to half way fix them too. I'm now not able to renew my lease, I guess we've become a bother.

The new management is what this place needed. They are understanding and helpful I had a work order issue with my AC. They came out to my apartment with maintenance to help resolve the issue. The pricing is cheap, apartments are old but not bad. I would recommend anyone to live here.
I lived here for a year and could not wait to leave. The front office staff and management is horrible - the worse experience I've ever had. They were completely unorganized and unprofessional in every manner and rude most times. There was a period of 2 weeks were I thought I had bed bugs and went to the office every other day because they weren't doing anything for me. And when they did call the exterminator it took them 4 days to come out, they set a trap and came back a week later to do a general spray. I was miserable and completely eaten up by some kinda bug - never found out what it was because neither the exterminators nor the apartment complex came to check on the apartment. The washers were always broken. If you were lucky one would actually work. I left for a long weekend and came back and my car window had been shattered. I moved out June 1st, turned in my keys in person, and a week later received a phone call asking me to turn in my keys or I would be charged. I would give them a 0 rating if I could. I can't think of a single positive thing to say about living there. It's been three months since I moved out and I'm still getting calls about charges I owe. I moved out June 1st. I turned in my notice more than 30 days prior to my move out date. And now I'm receiving calls from debt collectors for rent I owe for June 1-16. I had to call to get the charges cleared from my account. It has been a never ending struggle with this complex.
I have lived in the apartments for 5 months and have always been able to call and talk to the office about any problems. I have been calling about my AC not cooling AND the leak in my bathroom for over TWO weeks!! I have recently called and been told that I can't call and ask this issue anymore I have to use the resident portal, would be fine if I could check on my work order and not place one! Then when I added another one try to make them see it wasn't getting handled they sent me and email that it was fixed. WRONG!! I called to talk to the manager and she told me that they were only taking work orders over the portal in person and that it would get looked at and told to have a nice day. I went in yesterday and talked to another girl and she sat and called the maintenance man and asked if he could run look at my apartment ac. She was very apologetic and sincere in wanting my stuff fixed. I would never refer my friends to this complex. The lack of management skills is ridiculous. I was in the office when she got into a verbal altercation with a couple about their lease not in her office with a shut door but out in the open for all of us to hear. When she did pull them into her office she left the door open. Very unprofessional!
While moving in I ran into someone that I knew, who lived there at the time and they informed me: "Don't Do It!" I ignored them and moved my things in anyway. Wasn't long before I knew what she was trying to tell me. I had numerous leaks, which was a total nightmare. Some of my things were ruined, and when I called maintenance out they took a peek and called out the carpet people who then put in several fans to dry up the water, only the leak was still going. I ended up standing in water that w/end with the sound of a airplane due to fans and a dehumidifier, which kept the apt at a steady 85 degrees. This leak took a total of 2 weeks(half the month) to fix. When I asked office for compensation they gave me enough to cover the electrical usage, and informed me take it or leave it. Very miserable experience. When I first moved in they gave me a $10 gift card to give them a 5 star review on this site. This 4 star rating is totally paid for. I needed the money and the time, so I did. Now, the actual truth is: I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemies.
This was an absolutely horrible experience. We had 6 leaks over the course of the year. The ceiling caved 6 different times. Maintenance staff took their time taking care of each leak. When they did finally take care of the leak they threw my personal property out of their way, they even uses my kitchen table as a construction table once. The office staff was horrifically rude. They ignore noise complaints. I couldn't sleep literally the first two months at my apartment because of the neighbors who like to party every night of the week. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU LIVE HERE.
