Central Midtown is the oldest section of Midtown and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Beautiful city parks, top-notch restaurants, and historic architecture help to define this iconic neighborhood. Midtown is one of Atlanta’s most popular neighborhoods for renters, so Central Midtown is in high demand. The Midtown Marta Station and the North Avenue Marta Station make commuting simple, along with Interstates 75 and 85 on Central Midtown’s western edge. Central Midtown is just two miles north of Downtown Atlanta, and it’s neighbored by popular communities like Old Fourth Ward and Atlantic Station.
Surrounded by the Georgia Institute of Technology, Emory University Hospital Midtown, and Piedmont Park, home to the beautiful Atlanta Botanical Garden, Central Midtown sits in premier location.

Kethen, We're thrilled to hear you had such a positive experience and are excited to welcome you in February. Your wonderful feedback truly means a lot to our team. Thank you for choosing us, we look forward to providing you an exceptional living experience!
Unsatisfactory The maintenance person who visited my unit said he would be back with a new part or information about ordering a new part and he never returned. I followed up with the office who said he was no longer with the company and would send a new person to look at my issue. I wasn't home when that "new" person came. There was no note left, no update provided on if the issue was fixed, or if we're still waiting for a new part. A piece at the bottom of my fridge is now loose. And I still have bugs. Roaches. I kill at least 6 a day. Usually more. They're in my sink, drawers, cabinets, and kitchen floors.

Megan, We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced. We regret the miscommunication and lack of follow through on addressing your maintenance issues. It is not our standard procedure, and we assure you that action will be taken to fix your fridge and exterminate the pests. Please accept our profound apologies for any discomfort caused by this situation.
I lived in this building from Dec 2020 (when it was still Skyhouse) to June 2024. I've seen nothing but decline in building management, response time, and community activity since the new management took over in 2022. There's a few reasons why you should just pick one of the newer complexes in the area, even if it costs you a little bit more. TLDR; There's much better, newer places than this building that's falling apart, staff that barely cares, and useless aesthetic upgrades that only get in our way as much as the construction does. Also don't trust the elevators. Look elsewhere. 1. The building is basically falling apart little by little. There have been elevator issues, pipe issues (a couple of bursts in a single year that flooded some lower floors), some of the older units have issues with lighting and flooring and old appliances (that they wouldn't replace when I moved in), now there's parking deck issues almost weekly. 2. The construction next door has been an incredible hindrance on daily living. Not only has it ruined most of the views in the building, the construction workers take up all the good parking spots because they let them park anywhere, it's caused insane traffic and navigating issues for residents, visitors, and delivery folks, and we've received no compensation for these inconveniences. 3. Sharp decline in staff quality. As nice as they are as people, some of the newer concierge members do not know how or just don't do their jobs. The package room remains a mess and unorganized, sometimes we don't even get notifications that a package is in the room OR the lockers, there's far fewer community events that take place than before, and sometimes we get no email responses or updates about what's going on in the area like water being out, street closure, or parking deck elevator being broken. 4. Useless upgrades. They put so much time into these insignificant, useless, fake upgrades to the lobby and elevator lobby that mean absolutely nothing and just caused inconveniences for months at a time. Including PAINTING THE DRIVEWAY?? 5. Overpriced. For the area and the market, the rent is TOO HIGH when there are newer buildings with more amenities around. Now I will say a few positive things about the place as well, because it wasnt ALL bad. 1. The maintenance team was always very nice and responsive. 2. The pool view is still pretty superb. Nice rooftop areas and club room as well.

We appreciate your honest feedback and are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced while living in our building. It is disheartening to know that we fell short of your expectations regarding the state of our building and our customer service. We assure you that we are looking into these matters seriously and making necessary changes, especially in aspects such as community activities, package room organization, staff training, and general upkeep of the building. On a positive note, we're glad you found value in our maintenance team and enjoyed some of our amenities like the pool view, rooftop areas and club room.
Honestly a great building to live in. The occasional package delivery issues and elevators breaking down, but the management and concierge are extremely nice and helpful when getting things fixed. The apartments even the non-renovated ones are nicely designed and pretty well maintained. Overall, few complaints! Maybe need more chairs at the pool but that’s it :)

Thanks for reviewing The M by Radius! We're delighted that you've been enjoying a terrific experience with us, as we seek to provide our residents with nothing less than excellence! Your compliments are appreciated, as well as your suggestions.
Un-responsive management, elevators are down all the time, deliveries/packages are missing often, poor communication, the list goes on and on.

Many issues since Radco took over: 1. The hallways smell of days' old garbage due to Management's inability properly maintain the trash chutes and recycle area. The pile up happens on numerous occasions and is never remedied. 2. Elevators are often broken or inaccessible with no ETA or communication given as to when they will be fixed. 3. Frequent errors and and contradictions in communications with the residents.

I've been living here for almost two months and everything has been wonderful. The leasing agents were super helpful in making sure I got the apartment I wanted, along with any questions that I had after I moved in. Maintenance staff were also very quick to fix any problems that I had with the apartment. The apartment itself is nice and has an amazing view, and the amenities are great too! Strongly recommend living here!

Thanks you so much for the kind words! We love having you here at Skyhouse Midtown!
I've lived in SkyHouse for just over 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. The management is incredibly friendly & helpful. The concierges are all such nice people, they make you feel welcome every time you enter. If you put in a maintenance request it will be filled within 24 hours, or least that has been my experience. The rooftop is an awesome place to hang out. The management also hosts social events so you can meet your neighbors. They always include food which is a plus. I personally recommend the leasing agent I had, Malcolm. He was incredibly helpful with finding the right unit for me at a better price than I had originally expected. We also received two complimentary bottles of wine, 2 small wine glasses, and 2 towels upon our move in. Couldn't be happier with choosing SkyHouse.
Disclaimer: personally, I don't mind paying a little more if the added benefits are deemed worthy, but I would also not bother to spend my entire life's earnings just to live in the nicest place possible. Hence after doing research for 3 months, I picked Skyhouse Midtown! Amenities: Lobby & Front Desk - nice and spacious. Its not the fanciest lobby you'll ever see but it is above par. Great big floor to ceiling windows encompass the space, with the center piece being a large cream colored couch. Of course this is also where you'll find the front-desk security personnel. All the guards are extremely nice and helpful! SkyDeck (Pool, Courtyard, Gym and Enclosed Commons Area)- The pool is quite big (this one is on the 23rd floor and not the 2nd or 3rd like other buildings usually advertise as a 'roof-top' pool). There is a large outdoor courtyard with multiple gas grills and seating areas. They also have a double-sided gas fireplace which looks amazing! The Skydeck area has outdoor TV's which never really work (oh well).Adding to that, they also provide a few iPod docking stations, but the tech is outdated. WIFI is good! Gym - by far the best I've seen in an apartment building. It has several weight exercise machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, bike stations and even one rowing machine. You'll also find a free-weight rack that goes all the way up to 50lbs. There are also 2 bench press stations! Commons Area - it is huge! includes multiple seating arrangements, a pool table, a couple of big screen LCDs and a small kitchen with an automatic coffee machine. Apartments: Mid to high end finishes (depends on what you're used to). REAL hardwood floors (for once...) and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Decent size bedrooms, though a bit on the small end (same goes for the closets). Nicely sized balconies and overall good quality kitchen appliances (all stainless Whirlpool). The apartments also come with a Whirlpool Washer/Dryer which is great! FYI, the ceilings have the more modern 'unfinished look' which I really like, but it may not be for everyone. Trash shoots are located on every floor as are the recycle bins. Please do keep in mind that even though the building has 3 elevators, it takes forever in the morning to use them! ALSO, if needed, maintenance is quick when it comes to repairs! Location: 10 min walk to Piedmont Park, 5 min walk to the Marta station, 20 min drive to Airport, cool bars and restaurants are everywhere!
Overall had a good experience with the apartment. The location is in Midtown Atlanta, and is a little off the beaten path, as there aren't too many restaurants closeby. The floorplan we have is very spacious, however, I'd say for the rent some of the other one bedrooms are oddly set up. It would be nice if heat/hotwater were included in the rent, and there was no carpeting in the bedroom and was all hardwood floors.
I really love this apartment. Huge fan of the complex, and the rooftop pool/patio is amazing! Location is right in the heart of Midtown, and is a short walk from Piedmont park. I can pretty much walk anywhere I need to get to. Occasionally the elevators are slow, but other than that I can't complain too much.
Overall, I am happy with our decision to live here. One drawback to moving into a brand new complex is things aren't complete (no retail shops on ground level), but we like the location and the building/amenities are great. One mistake, however, was choosing to live on the top floor (22nd floor) directly under the weight room. At first we thought it was free weights that were being dropped and causing loud banging noises, but it turns out that it's both dropping free weights, people bouncing a weight ball, as well as the weight stacks on the machines that clank/bang when dropped down. The staff has said they will get signs to let people know that dropping weights is bothersome to their neighbors, but I don't think that will resolve the issue with the machine weights. Overall, that is my only disappointment, had we chosen a top floor unit that wasn't directly under the weight room we'd be completely satisfied. One note on the concierge staff, all with the exception of one is very friendly and personable.
Love it here! Friendly front desk staff, amazing amenities like rooftop gym and clubhouse, and I can walk most places in Midtown. The only downside is no free guest parking, which can be a pain.
love the view ! in the heart of midtown. Roof top pool fun1 fun!
Very nice building and incredible amenities. It is well kept and an incredible location.
Skyhouse Midtown offers a safe urban living environment in the heart of Midtown. It also provides a contemporary and comfortable living space. Overall, it appears to be a great place to live.
The place is nice. The staff is overall great, except for the one time I had a question. The lady took down my email address and said someone will get back to you within 24 hours. After 36 hours, I never got a response. I had to ask my question again, after 48 hours. The building is not 100% sold, so that makes the noise level very low. But I have noticed, the more people move in, the more I can hear people in the neighboring apartments. Overall, I like the place, but my only concern is what will be the noise level once the building is 95% occupied - not sure if I will be OK with the noise level then.
The door staff are top notch. Very professional! It is quite noisy. You can hear everything that is going on in the hallway from within the unit including conversations and the elevator.
Just moved in about a month ago. Great overall place. One of the best things is the Concierge, Security, Leasing/Office, and Maintenance Teams. They are all very helpful, available, friendly, and just seem to enjoy their jobs!
I waited a year for a building like this to be available. For those of us not ready to take on a mortgage, but who want to enjoy living in Midtown, SkyHouse is great. I love the apartment, the location, and the building overall.
Great place to live. They are very proud of the building and you will be paying for it
