Just moved in, it’s been a great experience so far and location is very good. The only thing missing is the elevator, since we live on the third floor.

Quiet and peaceful living so far! I enjoy it here. The location is great, very close to everything you’ll need plus entertainment. No issues with the community or neighbors. The people are friendly. The only thing I dislike are people not having their dogs on leashes. But other than that it’s been a great stay.

I moved in just about one month ago and I love my new home. The apartment layout is beautiful with fresh and modern finishes and new appliances. The complex is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are clean and so inviting. The valet trash service is great and dependable. The leasing office staff…so amazing and helpful. They take the time to listen and address all your questions, needs and concerns. I’m so happy to call the Maddox home.

Great place to live. Only complaint is that all people with dogs should be in their own building. Dog barks are loud. Need to have more parking for overnight visitors. All parking are taken at night time on the outside where visitors park. However this is a great resident. Wish we had a community room where u can have your parties verses the pool area. U shouldn’t have to pay for another car sticker if yours happen to fall off when getting your car detail. A $100 is too expensive when I’m a resident here. They also should have a back up generator when the lights goes off. But once again the overall stay here is great & peacefull

We moved in a month ago and everything is good, I had an ant problem but the staff and maintenance resolved the issue in less than a week. Other than that, everything is great except for the dog park, there is a lot of smell. Neighbors should pick up their dog s trash!!

I haven't been here long and I'm a bit biased as I'm leaving a terrible living situation. Please take what I say with a grain of salt. The process for leasing was quite nice. Staff were very accommodating to my communication needs and extremely friendly. Moving in was no big deal, they were even trying to reach out to me despite my awful schedule to make sure I got moved in. All maintenance requests I've submitted as a new resident were always completed within a 24 hour window. Maintenance staff are also very friendly. Regarding the Community; every resident I've passed by has been extremely kind. If I wasn't so introverted I'd invite them over for dinner but I don't think that my social anxiety would allow for that. Nonetheless, wonderful people live here.

All the residents are so nice and there’s a sense of “community” on this property. The maintenance team is great and fast! The office staff is really nice and try their best to help everyone.

Just renewed for year 3! Management was super helpful and understanding as I was getting ready to renew my lease. Maintenance was super quick to help once I told them my ac wasn’t cooking quickly.

the area is really nice everything is pretty much brand new. i love the stores that are close and how i have space to walk my dog and not have to worry about heavy traffic. its a small community but the only thing i would change is if we had more parking spots or assigned parking close to our individual buildings

Beautiful apartments with great amenities. Nice location close to shopping areas and great restaurants. Sara is a jewel, professional, patient and compassionate. Bella is extremely polite. Thus far, my experience has been amazingly wonderful. Love the new apartment.

So far not bad haven't had loud noise or barking dogs. Always a place for parking and the area stay clean. Love the gated community and all the other things like pool and trash runs are very helpful.

Moving here was the best decision I've made this year. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. My dog feels comfortable here as well as my children. The amenities are great! I will definitely refer family and friends to live here.

I’ve been living here for about three years and have beeen satisfied. Overall it’s calm and has been safe. Wish there was a bigger or second pool but I do like the design of the current one. I think it’s cool that we have food trucks at times and how we have resident activities.

All hallways, our hallway, the one walking to the mail room, even including the mail smell like weed EVERYTIME we walk in. We wanted a smoke free environment because we dislike the smell and I'm personally allergic to it. Management does nothing.

Pretty good experience here! Clean area very quiet! Amenities are great for the most part other than coffee machine not being there anymore.
