Quiet and peaceful living so far! I enjoy it here. The location is great, very close to everything you’ll need plus entertainment. No issues with the community or neighbors. The people are friendly. The only thing I dislike are people not having their dogs on leashes. But other than that it’s been a great stay.

I moved in just about one month ago and I love my new home. The apartment layout is beautiful with fresh and modern finishes and new appliances. The complex is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are clean and so inviting. The valet trash service is great and dependable. The leasing office staff…so amazing and helpful. They take the time to listen and address all your questions, needs and concerns. I’m so happy to call the Maddox home.

Great place to live. Only complaint is that all people with dogs should be in their own building. Dog barks are loud. Need to have more parking for overnight visitors. All parking are taken at night time on the outside where visitors park. However this is a great resident. Wish we had a community room where u can have your parties verses the pool area. U shouldn’t have to pay for another car sticker if yours happen to fall off when getting your car detail. A $100 is too expensive when I’m a resident here. They also should have a back up generator when the lights goes off. But once again the overall stay here is great & peacefull

We moved in a month ago and everything is good, I had an ant problem but the staff and maintenance resolved the issue in less than a week. Other than that, everything is great except for the dog park, there is a lot of smell. Neighbors should pick up their dog s trash!!

I haven't been here long and I'm a bit biased as I'm leaving a terrible living situation. Please take what I say with a grain of salt. The process for leasing was quite nice. Staff were very accommodating to my communication needs and extremely friendly. Moving in was no big deal, they were even trying to reach out to me despite my awful schedule to make sure I got moved in. All maintenance requests I've submitted as a new resident were always completed within a 24 hour window. Maintenance staff are also very friendly. Regarding the Community; every resident I've passed by has been extremely kind. If I wasn't so introverted I'd invite them over for dinner but I don't think that my social anxiety would allow for that. Nonetheless, wonderful people live here.

Just renewed for year 3! Management was super helpful and understanding as I was getting ready to renew my lease. Maintenance was super quick to help once I told them my ac wasn’t cooking quickly.

the area is really nice everything is pretty much brand new. i love the stores that are close and how i have space to walk my dog and not have to worry about heavy traffic. its a small community but the only thing i would change is if we had more parking spots or assigned parking close to our individual buildings

So far not bad haven't had loud noise or barking dogs. Always a place for parking and the area stay clean. Love the gated community and all the other things like pool and trash runs are very helpful.

I’ve been living here for about three years and have beeen satisfied. Overall it’s calm and has been safe. Wish there was a bigger or second pool but I do like the design of the current one. I think it’s cool that we have food trucks at times and how we have resident activities.

All hallways, our hallway, the one walking to the mail room, even including the mail smell like weed EVERYTIME we walk in. We wanted a smoke free environment because we dislike the smell and I'm personally allergic to it. Management does nothing.

Truly honest review. The one and only thing I truly disliked about this complex is the how thin the walls between units are. If you work from home, make sure you get a unit on the third floor, otherwise you will hear everything from your neighbors upstairs. Floors are bouncy especially near the refrigerator, and your dog will go crazy if you live on any floor but the top floor. Apartments look nice at first glance but they're honestly not built correctly and the AC does not distribute air correctly unless all the doors in the unit are open. Staff is okay, nobody really ever bothered me about anything besides the noise complaints we had to make about 2 different tenants. Trash gets picked up but people are lazy and dont take their trash to the dumpster when valet is off duty. I moved here for location but after one walk through there was no way I would've predicted the noise issues.

It’s a decent apartment, but the walls are super thin. You can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. There is also no enforcement of pool hours. Maintenance is great and are very timely with requests. Front office needs to work on customer service. They seem very disconnected from the property they manage. They seem to care less about complaints actually being solved.

This place is everything and more! Great price, clean, luxury apartments and amenities. It is quiet here, I rarely hear any neighbors. I am so glad I found this place!

Maddox Appartments is a fantastic, friendly and beautiful place to live. I really recommend it! And one of the things I really love about this place is that it is pet friendly, my fur babies have met so many friends here.

It’s my 2nd year here! Very beautiful, peaceful and modernized community. The staff is also amazing. Maintenance is very responsive and efficient.

I just move in and I’m loving it, the gym area is so perfect and it got all the machines you need to a full and perfect workout I’m not going to need the gym membership anymore

The overall experience was good. Sara was very helpful. Other than traffic noise, I don't hear anyone or anything else. It's relatively quiet. I think I made the right choice!

I’ve lived at The Maddox for almost 3 years. The community as a whole is great, the staff is friend and always very helpful. I’ve not had any complaints since residing here.

It’s been a very pleasant experience starting from the point I stepped into the leasing office asking for an apartment to lease to getting the apartment I wanted. The staff were very friendly, professional and punctual.

So far so good. But the people that have pets need to do better at cleaning up after them. Other than that, it's a decent place to live. They do a pretty good job keeping the property clean.

Safe but the guest parking is scarce and rent is pretty high. If the cost was lower I would recommend 100%. Staff are great and very helpful.
