With Bryten Management taking over, we had hoped things would become better, however we are continuously more and more disappointed. The amenities were the most important thing for us, specifically the pool and hot tub as we have a kid, but the pool has been freezing all throughout autumn, winter and now into spring as they keep the temperature at the bare minimum. Everyone complains at the pool whenever we speak to them and kids leave the pool shivering. The hot tub on the other hand hasn't been the working for around 2 months now and all management says is to "keep an eye out for updates". In our 8 months of living here, we've also noticed that the finishes in the apartment are very cheap and overall badly constructed. The fake hardwood floors are starting to lift, the kitchen countertops don't have a finish so they stain very easily, the cabinet vinyl wrap is lifting and bubbling, residents misuse the outdoor garbage bins... I could go on. I've brought up the issue of pool temperature and garbage bins multiple times to different staff, but it is either ignored or they never follow through with their promises. The apartments have great potential and we have liked the location, however management needs to be better. They seem to only care about filling the apartments, and once you're in... you're history :)

This complex needs to vacate its tenants immediately. It was not and is still not ready to occupy. The Construction is not complete in an adequate and in several cases safe way at all. Telling a new tenant their building is not done being built 24hrs before their move in is absurd. How it is handled is even worse. Holding our money after vacating your temporary apartment because the true apartment is still not ready and this building flooded, mold evident, and settling issues that have balconies falling off the building. This management group did nothing when mold was reported. Damaged personal items and more moving costs and no responses. Do not move here and if you do live here, move out now! Reporting the management group to better business bureau now. Do not buy in to their responses to these other reviews either. Unbelievable that one response says itโs the first they have heard of the complaint. The management group held a meeting for a all tenants and it was as hostile as a meeting could ever get. How hard is it to patronize a business? We toured the Madison at Canyons and were ready to sign a lease. The leasing office gave us the run-around for over 2 weeks - hanging up the phone, unprofessional attitude, etc. We were told we were on the 'priority list' but nobody ever followed up with us. In less than a few days, we were able to tour, apply, and be approved for another new apartment complex in the area. Customer service goes a long way, and this place does not have it.

I just moved into the Madison last week! I found this complex back in August of 2022 when they were very first breaking ground and fell in love with the floor plan designs! Now that itโs completely built and I have moved in it has exceeded my expectations! The front office staff and management have been a dream to work with and are so responsive, helpful, and efficient! The complex is stunning & I am so excited to be living here!
I chose The Madison Apartments at Canyons because it's a beautiful new community that is in a quiet area, but minutes away from everything I need. It is situated in the hills of Castle Pines and everything I need is just a short drive away. The community is still in development, but what is open is beautiful and comfortable. The community area is gorgeous and welcoming. I love my apartment with plenty of kitchen space and cabinets. Everything is modern and sleek, sophisticated too! I am really pleased with my decision to move here instead of the DTC area or further into Denver. I can get to work in 25 minutes or less each way and that makes it so convenient!
The Madison Apartments at Canyons have been a great first apartment for myself, boyfriend, and dog! Any issues that have arisen have been remedied in a very timely manner. Tracy has been amazing at providing information and answering the bazillion questions we have had. While the community is still under construction, the dog park has been a great place for us to let our dog off leash to run around, the sidewalks around the complex lead to great walking trails and we have used the gym and hot tub almost every day! Overall this has been an amazing experience for us so far!
