The Madison at City Place

I have never felt more at home than I do here at The Madison at City palace , between the amazing staff and clean Dog park- it has been a dream the past few months

Jessica has been amazing in showing me the property and all I need to know for move in. My apartment was clean and ready to move in when I got here. And this place is absolutely beautiful!!

The golf simulator and the pool are some of my favorite amenities. Everyone I have spoken too has been super nice residents and staff alike.

I love it here! So peaceful living here, not only do I feel safe but also very comfortable! Best decision I have ever made and it’s only been one week and I’m just loving it!

Apartments are beautiful but the gate breaks down often and insulation between floors is terrible other than that it's great. Would recommend

I am new to the community so my review is based off of the application and approval process. All of the leasing ladies have made my experience a breeze. They listened to my questions and concerns and responded promptly and efficiently. I would recommend this community to all my family and friends!

So far so great we had a hiccup moving in the stove went off but had it fixed other than that the community seems very quite but that’s what me and my wife prefer

People are helpful and great. They answered all my questions awesome place to live. The place is clean and smells so fresh. The place is well maintained.

I love the events here! Everything’s clean and the maintenance responds quickly and are very friendly. It’s all newly built which is nice and there’s no pests. Plenty of parking as well!

The Madison at City Place is a newly built property the interior selections are nice and modern. They have great amenities through out the property for resident use. The ladies at that work in the front office are all very prompt to response to all communication. The maintenance team is always working on keeping the property nice an clean and solving any maintenance related issues at a very reasonable time.

We love living at the madison city! It has such a home feel and the amenities are top tier. We love the courtyard and everything about this place!

The Madison at city place is such a great apartment! They floor plans are amazing and the community amenities are unbeatable. We’ve been helped so much through every step of our move in process and it made it so easy.

The grounds trees and plants surrounding the buildings are beautiful and meticulously cared for. That’s obviously one of the things that they put a lot of thought and time into when designing this complex.

The Madison at City Place is a very nice place to live at. It’s safe, well taken care of, nice, and new! The management and staff are respectful and kind towards potential residents and residents. I really like that. Neighbors are also respectful and friendly. I don’t have a dog, but some of my neighbors do and the gardens and outside areas are always clean and neat! My 6 year old daughter loves the swimming pool. It’s spacious and it has beautiful lighting and plenty of seats and room for many residents. People are respectful. I love to come back home to The Madison at City Place!

Maintenance was quick to fix any problems I had and very helpful. I even had a couple questions answered for future references.

Having lived in various apartments with proper soundproofing and structural stability across different states, including new constructions, I can assure you that this place falls short. The lack of essential amenities like A/C and hot water upon move-in is unjustifiable, and my experience reflects this. Some of the property management staff are unhelpful, unwilling to mediate conflicts, and dismissive, referring to their role as "babysitting." They come across as young, immature, and inexperienced. A small example of their ineptitude: management should use "We" instead of "I" in emails addressing residents’ concerns. Details like these reveal their true nature, especially after a series of horrible experiences, though I won't go into all of them here. **However, if you need assistance, reach out to Becca. She is exceptional and will do her best to address your issues. Becca truly stands out and should be in a higher management role. Also, inquire about first-floor apartment availability in Building 3. Although they might not be listed, I know there are one or two available in building 3 closest to the clubhouse. The builder used the cheapest materials, resulting in subpar workmanship, despite promoting the property as "luxury." They prioritize the landscaping and clubhouse quality over the apartments, misleading you about what to expect. Nothing in the apartment is level, and the sloping floors lack stability, causing constant shaking when walking or using appliances. Even doing the dishes feels like an amusement ride. The appliances are of the lowest quality and performance. There is no sound proofing, so the banging, stomping, shaking and DISTURBING PACING from tenants below after 10:00 PM most evenings is inexcusable. If you enjoy listening to bass music in the middle of the night, truck engines revving/idling, and breathing in smoke from other tenants, this is the place for you.

This is a beautiful place to live. The staff is energetic and happy to help in any way they can. I love the pool and exercise room top notch and high tech. And another cool part is the surrounding community is growing with good positive vibes….very convenient to come and go as you please. Feeling free and liberated here.

From the day I first contacted The Madison I knew right off the bat that we would end up signing a lease here. My family and I moved from Ohio and leased this apartment sight unseen, just a model unit video tour. But the staff was incredibly attentive, answered all of my questions and didn't mind getting photos or videos for me. They helped us coordinate our move to where we ran into zero problems and just got to be home at the end of a 15 hour drive. We have a 2/2 unit on the second floor and we never hear our (incredibly nice) neighbors from above or beside us. The storage space is incredible, the balconies are super cozy and have plenty of space, the design inside isn't so "blah" and overly grey like I've seen at so many other apartments we looked at. The pool and gym are easy to access and clean. The community is also fully gated and very safe, with multiple layers of security that only residents have access to. I very highly recommend getting your lease secured here before it fills up. I have loved every second of living here, you will too! :)
