The Madison is a beautiful community, with a courteous and dedicated staff.

I love living at the Madison. The community is a nice collection of a people where one can make many acquaintances/friendship or be very private if they so choose. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained and very conveniently structured. The responsiveness of the management is great and the maintenance team always provides quick and effective service. The location to local amenities and the highway is great, yet set back far enough from it all to have the safety and quiet of a private community. It is a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone from individuals to families.

I am very happy with my experience living here. The place is always clean and well-organized. The staff members are wonderful and extremely helpful. Everyone has been very attentive and accommodating, making our stay here very enjoyable.

We had a great experience with the leasing office from when we first called to schedule an appointment all the way through moving in. Danielle was extremely helpful and provided any information that we requested.

Living here has been a wonderful choice for my family. We have made new friends from the close proximity to other families. We have established ourselves in the school community.

The Madison is really well run. The staff are professional and focused. I have always felt heard, and each issue is dealt with quickly. I also feel safe living here as a single older resident, and I never feel patronized or made to wait. And I have net some wonderful residents. Thank you! Thank you!

I have nerve damage from Covid and it's been a tough adjustment for me to suddenly need canes and walkers etc. The staff and my neighbors across the board have made me feel safe and a part of a great community. Thank you especially to Danielle who enabled me to move in quickly so that I could start work at the radio station across the street. I'm feel incredibly lucky to have found The Madison at Marshfield.

I have lived at the Madison for over two years and I really enjoy it! All of the neighbors I have met have been very kind. The amenities are great and the staff in the leasing office and facilities are helpful and professional.

Life here at Madison at Marshfield has been very pleasant and comfortable. It is a very safe and friendly place to live.

My little family loves living here. All the staff are excellent and Ellie in the office is always so helpful in getting me everything we need! I feel proud when I having new friends over for dinner and for me, that’s everything!

The Madison is a lovely community away from busy streets. I love the open space for my morning stroll with the baby. The new walkway to town is super!

Highly recommend, touring apartment to finalizing lease took less than 4 days!

I love living here although it’s getting too expensive. Rent shouldn’t go up every year when your on low income housing.

We have been here for 2 years and have always had the best experience with the office and maintenance staff.

I enjoy the location, our layout, most of the staff but the walls have zero insulation and my neighbor is so noisy and rude we're considering relocating.

Front office has been understanding, friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been done efficiently and with Quality.

The madison has been a very positive and beautiful place for me and my daughter to live. I feel as though we have our privacy but also the joy of knowing our neighbors. The staff is available whenever I've needed anything during office hours and have gone above and beyond to help me in certain situations. Also any maintenance personal I have met has been very polite and kind and work very hard to complete their job.

Our experience raising a family at the Madison in Marshfield has been wonderful. The feeling of togetherness and being a valued resident in a safe and beautiful housing community has made our most important moments and milestones as a family and with our children that much better.

Lot of people smoking. No one cares about parking rules. Dogs pooping right outside our first floor window when it is only 60 yards away from the woods. Smell smoke all the time in the apartment.

The Madison is the best place to Live! The Madison Team works respectfully and professionally. Jean who’s the maintenance man handled my requests in a timely manner and with care. I highly recommend for anyone to live here .

The apartment is spacious, appliances are new, and the overall look and feel of the community is excellent. Office and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful. We have very much enjoyed our time here.

There are things I love about living here.. My apt is beautiful. The common areas and grounds are well-maintained. Love the amenities like the gym and pool. Residents and workers all seem very nice. Down side is moving in is super challenging bc we had to park like 3 lots over. Parking nearby is rare and it is a pain lugging groceries in bc I am typically parked 3 lots over and then I have 3 flights up. There's one dog that constantly barks here.

My wife and I have been at The Madison at Marshfield going on 3 years now and couldn't be happier. The cleanliness is next level and welcoming. Paul and the rest of the maintenance staff are friendly and always answer in a timely manner. Danielle and Aurora are knowledgeable and always available for questions, e-mails, or a phone call.

Front office staff is timely in answering concerns/questions and very friendly and professional. The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. We have lived in 2 different apartments and the balcony views are great and apartments in clean, nice condition!

The staff is very professional, both office and maintenance. I have always had very timely and courteous interactions with them. The buildings and amenities are very beautiful, and the amenities, especially the gym are excellent. Resident smoking, cleanliness of common area hallways, and abuse of common areas seems to be a problem. The grills definitely need maintenance. Also the appliances, dishwasher, HVAC, refrigerator are very noisy.

Nice community. Beautiful apartments with great clubhouse and pool. Close to the highway.

!2good things i really enjoy about living here is the quiet and all the trails out back for me and my dog to explore. Management is a joke! So many problems are brought to there attention and nothing is done. We are told to move if we don't like it here. Not enough time to list all the issues. But there are so many other problems take a min and talk to any resident and you will quickly wonder where the 5 star reviews are coming from.

Living at the Madison has overall been delightful staff is friendly and maint is always on time when things need to be fixed.

We are very happy being here. Conditions and experiences have been great. Our only complaint is that there are insufficient rest areas. If you a walker, there are only two benches.

The property management and maintenance staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The facility common areas both inside and outside are meticulously maintained all-year-round. Paul, the Maintenance Manager, expeditiously responds to emergency and urgent maintenance issues, and oversees the common area and landscaping services which are always maintained in excellent condition. I lived in this community for 27 months and always felt safe. The residents are friendly but not intrusive. There are many children in all age ranges who have always been respectful and courteous. All-in-all, a great community to live in!

Wonderful community to live in. Would definitely recommend to anyone who can afford the prices. Love the dog park and community center. Everyone has been extremely pleasant to speak to.

I love living at The Madison at Marshfield. It’s safe, quiet, clean and GORGEOUS. I love both the inside of my apartment home and the stunning decor and amenities in the clubhouse. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend. Marshfield is a great town and our location provides quick access to all of the fun the town has to offer!

Poor soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors which is distracting.

Poor quality construction. All day every day I heard running and stomping from my neighbors. Unfortunate because the apartment was spacious and beautiful. No serenity listening to impact noise all day. Couldn’t enjoy my apartment nor my experience at the Madison.

Great amenities grounds are well maintained overall great experience. Maintenance team is awesome very responsive and efficient.

Although the apartment is spacious, the appliances could be better quality. It is pretty quiet and maintenance seem to be available at all times.
