The dog run is by far the best part of living here—always a safe and clean area. The pool is fantastic too and the location unmatched. Maintenance is friendly, helpful, and dog friendly (making it easy to feel comfortable with them entering your place for repairs while you’re away at work and your “guard dog” is at home).

The Madison is a wonderful community in the heart of the West Loop. The building is incredibly well maintained and the staff working throughout are fantastic people. There is a very big push for community in the building, mostly through monthly events like Yappy Hour for the dogs, Happy Hour for the adults, and grab-and-go snacks in the mornings / afternoons tied to certain holidays. Even though these are small things, they make a world of a difference when choosing a place to live. For those with dogs, this is the place you want to raise your furry friend — there is a clean and well-groomed dog run in the courtyard that is a great place to take your pups for a quick bathroom break or to let out energy after the work day. The building also has grills and a fantastic rooftop pool and spa. I highly recommend The Madison!

The Madison at Racine maintains the property and has incredibly nice employees who seem to care about residents. The 9th floor amenities are awesome and the view of the city can't be beat. The one area that needs some attention is the dog run--the turf is nearing the end of its lifespan, there are missing trees, and some areas of concrete allow water and urine to pool.

We love living at The Madison. The amenities are wonderful but the office staff and concierge is what keeps us there. We can not say enough good things about the building manager, Ishmaiel. He has made a point to make our experience feel like a real home. The maintenance staff has also made any minor issue, their main priority. We love this place and all of the continuous improvements they implement to keep everything top notch.

Overall is good. Nice location and neighborhood. Great rooftop view swimming pool and jacuzzi! However, the internet isn’t very stable, and it does effect to people who is working hybrid.

Amenities always broken!
No hot tub, no pool, elevators out of service frequently. We pay a lot of money for these amenities and hardly ever have them. Don’t waste your time! You might as well get an apartment with no amenities.

Living at The Madison is really fulfilling our dream of West Loop living! We love our luxurious apartment, featuring tall ceilings, contemporary finishes, and a large balcony overlooking Madison Street. Our location is something to envy, literally steps from local boutiques, restaurants, and the West Loop Market, and we are just a short walk from the Dog Park and the Saturday farmers market. Between the fast elevators, easy package pick up, clean garage, spotless building, excellent maintenance, and always helpful and considerate staff, its so easy to live here. We just love it! Thanks for all that you do for us!

I love living at The Madison at Racine! The location is perfect for a west loop apartment and the amenities are amazing. The building is always clean and in good working order. I think it is fantastic and has exactly what I am looking for. From a price standpoint, that is the only factor I am having trouble with. We have toured a ton of neighhboring complexes and the price point is a bit high. We're hoping it will level out by our move in date as it is a top candidate of ours.
