Property Ratings at The Madison
I lived there for 1.5 years with no problems. Quiet, clean, and safe. Fantastic view of the Hollywood Hills from West Hollywood to Griffith Observatory -- it always cheered me to see the Sign and the Magic Castle. When machines failed (elevators or parking lot gate) management took care of it quickly. Friendly staff (thanks, Randall!) and residents. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the Metro.
Property Manager at The Madison, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for you kind review! You will be missed and it was a pleasure to have you as a tenant. Best of luck on your future endeavors! The Madison
I LOVED the four years I lived in the Madison. Management was top notch and staff were always helpful and cheery. My studio apartment was very roomy and light-filled. I never heard noise even from outside because of the double-glazed windows. Having a pool and then a newly built gym were perfect extras and my neighbors have always been fun and interesting. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
It is my favorite apartment. Manager, management, maintenance, safety, view… and the feeling of it is spectacular. All of them is so helpful and do their job so decently. It was an amazing beautiful fun journey in my life. I will miss it a lot and my great view from my balcony.
I lived in Madison Apartments for two years and I give them a perfect 10 out of 10. The management team is amazing, and the maintenance team is even better—everything runs smoothly. The building is always clean, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. They've updated everything, from elevators to laundry facilities, which are modern and new. The mail room is secure, and the entire place is covered with cameras for safety. A special thank you to Randall—he was incredibly helpful with everything from parking and elevators to my move-in process. Madison Apartments truly exceeded my expectations.
I have lived here for a year during college and I cannot recommend this place more! It is surprisingly quiet while being in the center of Hollywood, I felt safe, never had any major issues and Randall at the office always solved any issue I had as quickly as possible! Great walking location as well!
The Madison is a great place to relax after exploring all the attractions around. The management is friendly and will always respond quickly and the maintenance crew are always on top of everything.
I love living here. The studios are huge with a big balcony and beautiful view because its a very tall building. And the lowest floor is 5. So no matter where you are, you have this beautiful view to the hills or the city. Private pool. Great maintenance in the building and overall. Its really safe. Also my personal favorite feautire is how thick are the walls. You literally can blast out music and nobody will hear a thing outside of your unit. I highly recommend it.
I've been living at The Madison for almost 4 years now and although it was a cute little complex when I initially moved in, it has had the best revamp in literally every way. The new management is so much better at handling tenant issues and they seem to actually care about keeping the complex nice and safe (which to me is a major improvement from previous management). They added modern updates throughout the building. Overall It's a lovely complex and I'm happy to call this place home. ??
