Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky, resting alongside the Ohio River on the Kentucky-Indiana border. The architecture in Louisville is a mix of old and new, with historic neighborhoods comprised of Victorian houses and towering skyscrapers scattered throughout the downtown area, many of which contain upscale apartments and condos available for rent.
The amenities in Louisville are just as diverse as the architecture. Renting in Louisville affords you the opportunity to see the famous Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, learn more about a boxing legend at the Muhammad Ali Center, and meet a range of animals at the Louisville Zoo. The city’s award-winning restaurant scene is an exemplary display of Southern cooking. Just outside the city lies the Louisville Mega Cavern, a vast underground space offering a broad range of adventurous attractions.

Property Ratings at The Madison
They are horrible at communicating, everytime you go to the office they have attitudes. The roaches are horrible and the door codes do not work so you have to bang on the door until someone open it. The crazy part is all these problems and they do not see a problem with any of it.
I live in these apartments, I have had a broken air conditioning for 2 months and I have a newborn baby. I have been to the office many times and they do not solve the case.
They don’t answer calls and ignore you. Wasted 50 bucks on an application fee and they didn’t even review it. Ignoring me when I ask about it.
I drove around the “complex” this morning to potentially apply. It’s was terrible and disgusting. There was trash and furniture everywhere. The building are badly painted, it looks almost looked like a scene from a scary movie.
Fails to give appropriate notice, tries to cover failure to do so. Evicting tenants during pandemic. They don't care about people, just money. You can upgrade, paint over mold and scuffs all you want, but if the landlord is awful, then you're not gonna be a happy resident. Take your application elsewhere.
It’s the worst place to stay at. It’s so easy to get in they check no background or anything all they want is money. I lived there for 3 years n I’m so glad I’m out. DO NOT GET A PLACE THERE u will regret it promise
Trashy, floods , bathtub doesn't drain , no cold water, roaches, no property manager , no maintenance man . Now they are wanting everyone to move out so they can gut the place and redo them but now they don't want to fix anything while people are still living here.
Customer satisfaction is their top priority for sure. Rooms are spacious. The manager was so helpful and courteous! Great Job!
