New carpet and LVP flooring, new countertops and stainless appliances, new extra deep kitchen sink and professional style pull down faucet, and new plumbing fixtures create an updated and pleasing apartment home. On-site management and an in-house maintenance staff ensures a well-maintained, clean, and peaceful property where maintenance issues are promptly and successfully addressed. The Magnolia is a tranquil community on the edge of Discovery Park providing hiking, running, and biking trails, beach-combing, picnic areas, tennis courts and boat-watching. The Elliott Bay Marina and world-class restaurant, Palisades, are at the south end of Magnolia with wonderful city and bay views and spectacular yachts. Parking is available at $50.00 per month in our enclosed, controlled-access garage and assigned storage lockers are available. We will consider one cat with additional non-refundable fee, pet deposit, and small pet rent charge. Please see photos for complete screening criteria and application disclosures.
