Property Ratings at The Malt House
We love living at the Malt House! This building is such a cool & rich piece of history that is so well preserved but also beautifully modern & updated. We feel so fortunate to live here! The apartments are beautiful with updated appliances and modern touches. It The amenities are great, the community here is so friendly, and the management & maintenance are just beyond amazing. You really can’t ask for more!
Really enjoying my time here so far. Apartments are walking distance to many bars and restaurants and relatively quiet area. Close to many breweries. Newly renovated with a ton of closet space and clean amenities!
A downtown apartment with a vintage-modern feel. Pet friendly and good management.
This is such an amazing building and location. There are a ton a great amenities and the rent price is great
Love how spacious my unit is! The property manager is very responsive!!
Super modern and safe. Parking is tough but for the price - we’re happy!
Great location, easy to access, friendly atmosphere, historical building in the heart of “Old Milwaukee”
I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far I have loved the package room, gym, and appliances in my unit. Only issue would be parking but that is expected to be difficult in a city setting
I moved in a few months ago and I absolutely love my apartment. The floor plans are super spacious and the common areas are great (especially the rooftop)!
This place is awesome it is central and very walkable to the down town area. Also has a gym and a bunch of other amenities that make it a great place to live.
The atmosphere in the building is great! Close to everything you’d want to do!
Had a great time living here. 7th floor is quiet and the apartments themselves are beautiful.
My partner and I have been living here since the beginning of summer and have loved our experience thus far. It is a beautiful, clean building with a separate locked package room to keep packages safe. There are so many fun amenities and it’s within walking distance to the Fiserv and some of the fun bar areas. I previously lived on the East side and this is a much quieter area in comparison despite being so close to so many fun places.
It's nestled in a pretty nice and quiet neighborhood. I love how it's surrounded by bars and 5 minutes away from fiserv (by foot). It has several modern amenities too. However, the only downside is probably the lack of a parking garage in the apartment and that the street parking is usually packed.
Modern and great location! Great bang for your buck!
We love the Malt House. It is in a beautiful historic building, located in a perfect location to walk to places to eat and drink. The management is very responsive and helpful.
This building accommodates so many different life styles. Great for pet lovers. Wonderful pet wash room, kool movie room, great size gym with nice equipment and a wonderful game room. This is truly a gorgeous building. I love my cream city brick and the patio personally. My doggie loves it too.
I’ve lived in apartments for years, and Malt House is by far my favorite. It’s located in the brewery district, which is close to all the downtown fun, while still maintaining that quieter neighborhood feel. The building itself has awesome amenities, from the game room, to the beautiful rooftop deck, to the super spacious fitness center (my favorite). The management and maintenance team on site are super helpful and respond quickly to any inquiries. On top of all that, the building’s historic and industrial aesthetic make it unlike anything else in the area. You won’t find better priced apartments for at the same amazing quality like at Malt House.
No sepárate parking for the residents. The building had terrible security measures set in place. People would steal packages. Homeless people would get into the building and roam around or sleep in the dog bath. They even followed a woman. Management didn’t communicate about events that would happen in the area in a timely manner, our vehicle was towed one time due to that reasoning. The rooftop was closed half the time. Then you had Air BnB units and loud parties going on. Overall not worth the price.
