The Manor at Weston

This has been an amazing place to live! I am on my second lease renewal and this has been a consistently great community with excellent staff!

Its very good apartments to live and enjoy, We have club house for playing snooker/ foosball. And also there is a theatre room to watch movies/ anything.

Absolutely love it here! Quiet community and the property is well taken care of. The amenities are great! I love that there is a movie theater and tons of games in the clubhouse. We've had a few date nights so far in the clubhouse. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that it was a challenge to get ahold of management during the application process.

All and all, the apartment is fine. However, I feel like there is room for improvement. Occasionally, the hallways smell musty or like urine. The parking garage can get a bit dirty sometimes too. I moved in a few months ago, and I saw a roach for the first time last month as well. I was a bit disheartened because I keep a clean home. Overall, I feel like the maintenance of the property can be better. Aside from that, the amenities, like the gym and the clubhouse, are good. I've never actually been to the pool or courtyard, but they look nice. I do have a problem with the business center since the printer is always down, but that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

I moved here in August. I have been absolutely delighted with the quality of life here. The apartments are so lovely and quiet. The staff provides top notch professional support for any issues bringing us a very positive atmosphere. It is clean, and I feel very safe. I love the people here too. I would love if the residents were a bit more social but I have a feeling the springtime will bring that about!

So far so good! Building is nice and maintained well. Parking deck is always a plus for the winter months. Great area with food and close by shopping

This is an excellent community. All the staffs are very helpful and acting in a timely manner on any issue/concerns raised. I love how the gym equipment are well maintained and neat. Love the apartment.

We've been here for a few months and LOVE the Manor at Weston. Its been a great place for us and our young kids (even our dogs)! From the great staff, to the clean property, to the comfortable apartment–– we love it here. You don't feel like you're living in an apartment when you're home (no noise, etc) and the businesses next door are great to have close by.

We love staying here in manor, we have a play school very near and we have the market centre which has Target, Ross and Tjmax. And the staff is friendly as always

It’s been a fantastic experience! Maintenance requests are handled promptly, shared spaces are always kept clean, and safety is a top priority. In summary, I would highly recommend The Manor at Weston without hesitation.

Me and my fiancé have been living here for a good while and I can’t say enough good things about living here. All the residents are so nice and convenience of being so close to everything makes it even better living here. The staff is always amazing. The property and all of the amenities. So glad to call this place home

The Manor at Weston has significantly declined in quality over the past two years. When I first moved in, the complex was well-maintained—hallways were clean, housekeeping was regular, and maintenance was reliable. Unfortunately, these standards have steadily dropped. Roaches, once a rare occurrence, are now frequently spotted, particularly in the hallways, where they sometimes remain dead for weeks. The overall cleanliness has deteriorated, with trash, stains, and even gum on the walls. The trash rooms are in terrible condition, with overwhelming odors that likely contribute to the pest problem. The area around the dumpsters is similarly neglected, with trash scattered on the ground. Maintenance services have become inconsistent. While there have been some recent improvements, there have been multiple instances where requests were marked as "completed" when they clearly weren't. My biggest concern is pest control. Despite paying a monthly fee for this service, I continue to find roaches in shared areas like hallways and the mailroom. Additionally, the amenities provided in the complex are no longer reliable. The parking garage leaks significantly during heavy rain, much more than it did when I first moved in. Printer paper, which was once readily available in the office, now requires a visit to the leasing office to request some. The free coffee amenity has diminished in quality as they no longer provide cups. It feels as though management is no longer paying attention to the state of the complex. If they are, they may want to get their eyes checked. I should not feel obligated to submit maintenance requests for issues outside my apartment; if so, management might as well be paying me.

It was good experience , overall process Is smooth front desk and manage is too supportive. Application process is smooth and straight forward.

Have lived at The Manor almost 3 years and really enjoy it. It’s been surprisingly quiet as that has not been my experience in past communities. Love the entire staff as they are so friendly and are great to work with.

It’s been about 4 months and we love it here! The community is quiet and clean. We love the look and layout of our apartment. You can’t beat the location either!

've been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, it's a nice place with good amenities and a friendly community. However, there's one area that really needs improvement: parking safety.

Great tour and application process. Debbie was great in showing us around and the campus is beautiful! The apartments we saw were in great shape and we have decided to rent one of them! We look forward to moving in soon!

Living here under a month, so far so good! I love the convenience of the location, very quiet. Leasing staff Taylor was very helpful and informative.

This complex is very large but very quiet at the same time. You are able to have access to two different gyms allowing for more private training sessions. There is also a gated parking deck and key accessed doors providing for ample security.

center of the Morrisville and Cary, and neighborhood, good security for the rented families, maintenance wise top notch, except children play area we have everything

Loved living here for this first month. The amenities are clean, I did find some bugs in the apartment which bothered me, but other than that, it has been a great experience.

I haven't even moved in yet and this has been a great experience getting to work with The Manor at Weston team! Everyone has been patient, kind, answered all of my hundreds of questions, and more. I can't wait to move in!

This is the best community I have ever lived in. Being a single girl living alone, this community ensures all my safety checks. The apartment's maintenance is very good and attends to our needs in a timely manner. The community gym, pool is maintained neatly. Overall this is a really great community.

Enclosed and secured gated community and best thing is 4 floor parking ,i took 1 star away for the printer and the work zone which is always out of service from the time I’m staying I never got a chance to use it

So far, I have enjoyed my experience with Manor at Weston. The leasing process was so simple and stress free. Taylor and her team have been very helpful with making sure we have what we need to settle in and feel comfortable. I think I’m going to love living here.

Best place to live in the Morrisville / Cary area . Friendly people , nice apartments and lots of parking.

I appreciate the excellent amenities offered by the management and their prompt response to work orders. Trish made the lease sign-up and move-in process seamless; her assistance was truly commendable. The apartments are well-maintained and clean, including the corridors. The friendly residents and ample parking spots contribute to a hassle-free living experience.

Trish in the office was so nice and helpful when I took a tour and signed my lease. The apartment I rented is spacious and very nice.

Manor at Weston is a good place to join for new comers to Morisville. It is one of the Luxurious apartments I have seen with very good security measures to enter into building or parking area. It has a covered parking unlike other apartments. Fob facility to enter from any door which is more secure as no stranger can enter.

I love living at the Manor at Weston. My apartment is beautiful, but what I like most is that I feel really safe here. It's not a place where somebody can just stroll in and break into apartments. My car also loves it here; she really likes snuggling up all cozy in the brightly lit parking garage where she is protected from the elements.

The best gated community in the town. The shaded parking is icing on the cake. There are some community even in almost each and every month which is incredible. We get time to connect and chat with society members.

Very conveniently located with shops and restaurants nearby, and feeling safer with security systems in place.

Love the property, staff, parking deck and all the beautiful amenities. Close to every thing. Great place to live.

The Manor is a secret jewel of an apartment. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are well appointed. The residents are thoughtful and respectful.
