Amenities are incredible (can’t wait for summer so that I can hang out in the Sky Lounge) and staff is very friendly. The Margaret app is also very helpful, though the delivery options for food are a bit limited. Just moved in a few days ago so my opinion will change as time goes on, but so far I’ve been enjoying my time!

came into moving into The Margret with low expectations because I rented it sight unseen but the place turned out nice. Even the move in was easy. The process was a little off and slow but once approved it’s was easy. I thought the place would be where I stayed for some time. Unfortunately no, I can’t get into specifics but things turned very left. People make decisions based on reviews. I had my original one removed due to legal reasons. I can’t say everything, but I will say this place has cost me way more in more ways than one since my exit. I regret choosing this apartment, deeply.

Pretty quiet, no complaints so far besides the price to rent the community space on the rooftop. Other than that I love the location. Love the gym.

So far so good, lovely experience. I wish I would have been offered a tour of the facility. I signed a lease through an apartment locator and when I arrived I wasn’t offered a tour.

Mostly everything is great. My only complaint is the noise I hear. The ceiling is not very soundproof and I can hear every footstep from my upstairs neighbor. Also, my windows are not made very well as I can see a little gap where the outside wind comes through and I can also hear a lot more noise because of the little gap in both windows. It’s like they never completely close.

There are no trash cans for the dog bags anywhere or doggie bag stations, there is a lot of people not picking up and bring dog poop bags back into your apartment is not sanitary. The parking situation is horrible. The mailing/ food delivery situation is also terrible as well (Amazon and uber eats), the mail room needs a code instead of a key fob and in the 2nd building the package room is just open so anyone can take the packages. Also trash valet would be much appreciated for how much these apartments are. Other than that it has potential to be an amazing place to live.

I really love living here! Nice and clean residents are cool and we have the best view in the city!!! I love living here always pleasant surprises around the corner they feed us on every little cute occasion and it just feels like home 10/10 recommend!!!

Bathroom and closets are on the smaller, other than that it’s all good. Wished they had individual lockers for packages. Building is new so everything still has that newness to it. Pool has amazing views of downtown as well.

My windows weren’t installed properly and the road noise and foot traffic is really loud (2nd floor). The complex also has a ton of people with dogs that are always barking, I have complained and it doesn’t seem to have changed anything. Apart from this, the facilities are really nice and the proximity to downtown and the trinity trails is unbeatable. The staff are friendly (especially my leasing agent Ty), and the halls and stairwells are clean. Parking has never been an issue but if you have visitors on a weekend there probably won’t be room for them to park. A lot of residents also smoke weed openly at the pool and it makes it stink up there.

Nice amenities and cute apartment, could be more dog bag/trash stations especially trash stations. The staff overall is nice, although them following up could be better.

Great community with helpful tenants and management. Management really is upfront about everything and its nice to see the community grow. I have been taken care of, and the transition has been smoothly.

Tyler is great! The adjacent Green Space is very nice. Good construction of building. Mostly quiet Great floors. Maintenance and Janitorial staff are friendly and do a good job.

The apartment layout is fantastic, decent pricing, and you can't beat a new build. However, there is no callbox installed on the gates so food deliveries, visitors, and mail delivered after leasing office hours are a hassle. Construction finishing details that were marked out well before I even came to see the building have still not been taken care of, and the package delivery process seems to be so complicated that every mailperson I meet complains about it. Hoping these and other concerns get worked out during the start up process, as it's a new building.

Great apartments, 10/10! I absolutely love living here. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily life super convenient. The building itself is well-maintained, with modern amenities that really enhance the living experience, like a fully equipped gym, a relaxing rooftop lounge, and a secure parking facility. The management team is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The neighbors are respectful, and the overall community has a welcoming vibe. Ty and Sam have been awesome. I walked in the first time at 2 minutes to closing. They stayed late and showed me the amenities and studio options. I decided on the spot and they stayed over an hour after closing to finish my paperwork. My studio is great. I love it. Quiet. everyone friendly. Love the secured parking.

So far, so amazing. I was skeptical for a long time moving into the city that I would be bombarded by noise. So far, this is not the case. Being close to an exterior door and the elevator I do get the occasional noisy neighbor but it’s been very minimal. With doors and windows closed you barely hear anyone outside. The staff are amazing, the property is kept clean and so far the neighbors are beyond nice. Loving this place so far ??

The studio itself and anmenities are great! Only semi cons are neighborhood (but security is around) and pool hours (closes at 10pm, which is okay but for someone who typically gets home a bit later, it’s frustrating).

Everything has been great and I love the gym and pool area! I feel safe here and me and my roommate love our space so much. The walls are a little thin so you can hear the traffic but that just comes with living in the city
