The absolute worst complex. Do not move here. It takes them forever to repair anything, the complex is dirty, leasing office rude, noise complaints, and non residents in and out.

The place is getting older and there is not much upkeep. They offer no security and people can easily get in and out of the property (robbers). Seems to be going downhill. The apartments are larger than the newer ones but the place is not a luxury complex as it once was. The maintenance crew is great, they clean up everything. Unfortunately residents throw their trash around the parking lot often.
I have been looking forward to doing this for a while. Security is rarely there and absolutely useless a the front office are a bunch of incompetent humans, it took me three and a half weeks to finally move into my place and have my own set of keys. My truck has been hit and run there are no cameras in the parking garage, a car blew up in the parking garage 3 months ago still hasn't been cleaned up, the manager is nothing short of an extremely rude human, and the other people that live here half of them are amazing and the other half are the most rude inconsiderate humans you will ever meet. They will nickel and dime you.
I have lived here a few years as well as a few friends of mine. It has been safe and well maintained so far. The maintenance crew is awesome. They are on site daily. Marisela keeps things clean and the espresso machine working plus much more. The management staff do their jobs. They are starting a once a month event. Last month was margaritas and tacos. They handle the tenants issues quickly. They do seem over worked at times and should probably be paid better. They do a good job. The floor plans are bigger than newer apartments.
This place is filthy!! For this place to be located in the galleria area!! Pet owners don't care about other tenants Management doesn't fix problems'!! Maintenance is very unresponsive!! There is always dog pooping in the elevators!! People here are not respectful always loud music!! I hate it here and can't wait till my lease is up!!
Pros A clean, well maintained environment. Very friendly and helpful maintenance staff and close proximity to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Nice amenities and a true sense of security. Cons 1. Office Staff. We have been living here for a while and had the pleasure of working with Vincent and other office staff. They were very friendly, helpful and always willing and attentive to concerns that we had. The community hosted events regularly and this allowed neighbors to meet each other and also for management to develop a closer relationship with residents. There was a really close sense of community. It is quite obvious that this is NOT the case with the new office staff. They rarely address concerns, their attitude is definitely NOT customer oriented and they do not seem bothered by the issues that affect residents. 2. Noise If you are living on a lower level apartment, you will be forced to be subject to jumping, stomping and running from tenants living on the upper units. I really don't know how people with babies and small children can sleep with this constant noise. If you live close to the gates, you will also be interrupted by the slamming of manual gates and the loud chatter of people on entry and exit. The same is true for people living close to the pool and club house. You will be subject to constant noise from events, parties and weekend fun. 3. Rising Cost If you do your comparisons, you will see that the cost of living here is considerably astronomical as compared to living in other apartments. You will get more square footage and the same amenities for less if you do your research. In the past, very attractive incentives were offered to new and existing customers. These offers no longer exist.
Me and my husband have lived in this complex for almost 2 years! We love it ?? here. It's a beautiful property we sweet staff and live in maintenance worker! The gated property is full of amenities the gym alone allows you to cancel your other gym membership. Very convenient uptown area walking distance to Galleria mall, Randall's grocery, Walgreens and a great park off of San Felipe. We used the movie theater ?? several times very nice! I always felt like I was living in a house ?? with the beautiful trees but still that pretty ?? city landscape. The windows are big highly suggest the large 1 bed room and 3 bedroom great for family. We were supposed to move overseas Thursday but because of Hurricane a Harvey our flight was cancelled they were so understanding and allowed us to stay until Monday. I would definitely live here again.
THEFT. THEFT. THEFT. I have had 3 incidents in 2 months. One incident included the entire vehicle being stolen. I am counting the days until I can get out of my contract. Until then I am nervously awaiting my next stolen vehicle or bashed window. Security is weak, and the video cameras do not provide any help (too poor to make out images). Management does not respond to issues other than the "sorry about your bad luck, we are not responsible" pitch. Don't let the gates fool you, theft really is a regular problem. I am currently in the process of two simultaneous police reports. I would also advise avoiding other properties managed by CIM Group, unfortunately they just don't respond to critical issues.
Stay Away!!!! Horrible experience. First off the people living there are allowed to make as much noise as they want with no repercussions. Additionally, if you live in an apartment near the main gate be prepared to hear the loud squeaking of the gate constantly. Secondly, the management of the Company writes the leases in the sneakiest way possible to force obscene days notice to vacate. Then if you try to contact them about it they are too important to talk to you directly. Additionally, the people that work in the leasing office will be nice to you until you sign your lease and then they are unhelpful and down right rude. There are plenty better apartment complexes in Houston. STAY AWAY from this one!!!
Close to everything and nice value. This is a newer property with amenities abound. We did not lease here because we found another place that was cheaper and closer to work but if you can afford it, this place is nice. Again, I can not comment on noise, maintenance, or office staff because we only visited.
At first I thought they were just like any other apartment complex but it turned out they are perfect
