We just recently moved into the Mariner building from out of state. The leasing director, Kathy, went above and beyond from our very first interaction and made the entire process a breeze. She was helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. We couldn't be more grateful for her expertise, time, and energy. We have only lived in the building for about a week, and all of the management staff we have encountered have been equally as friendly, helpful, and responsive.
This is a wonderful second home for us. Everything our home in the country mountains and lakes region is not...nightlife..anything and everything in walking distance. Always immaculate building and super friendly, accommodating concierge. Great roof deck and covered parking, spacious apartments... Living is easy here!
Loved it so much I missed it and moved back. Nothing like it, the fellow residents are kind and friendly. The cleaning staff is top notch. Guadalupe and Raphael work hard to keep our community clean and Andre and Brian maintain and are super responsive to any issue in the apartment.

This management team has been exceptional in assisting me though my transition in moving cross country. They treat the residents as family members. Leonard, Mo, Andre, Brian, Wilson and John.... youre all so kind and helpful!! You make such an amazing team and youre all valuable assets to The Mariner and the Bozzuto Management Company. On several occasions, my co-workers happened to be present & overheard my conversations with the Mariner staff; they actually said I cant believe how thoughtful and considerate your management team is!! I told them to come in for a tour!! On a separate note, Id like to add that you do a fabulous job of maintaIning every inch of the building! It looks and smells so clean, fresh and new! Its noticed & very much appreciated! Thank you all for your dedication to providing such exceptional customer service.

Love living at The Mariner / close to train, highways, restaurants, Capitol Theater and any store you need. The apartments are beautiful and live larger than their square footage. Rooftop is great. Gym more than adequate. Responsive maintenance staff.

We've been living at The Mariner in Port Chester since the summer of 2017. It's been a fabulous experience on balance, overwhelmingly positive, totally glad to be here. Friendly faces at the Concierge Desk to greet you, responsive management whenever called on, super friendly and professional service staff that keeps the place clean and fresh while addressing any issues with appliances or lighting in a flash. Pet friendly, 7 minute walk or less to Metro-North, close to 95/287/Hutch access, great restaurants within walking distance, The Capitol Theater!, Costco, AMC Theaters and a local government looking to improve the waterfront experience. Great views...just great really.
